- Amanda (1/5): Pictures look much better than the in-person experience. Dissatisfied with experience. - The pool was great and the location was good. It was very outdated. The bathroom, was not only old but had mold and was not easy to use. The toilet was loose from the wall and bathtub fixtures were in very poor condition.

- Wendy (6/5): We would not stay here again, the Condo was not well maintained. - The view was amazing, and a very easy walk to the beach. The key pad was very easy to use to enter the condo if we left the outside light on. The Condo was in a great location The pool is not kid friendly. They can't go into the hot tub and really no playing in the pool. The pool police came by daily.
I called the first weekend for maintenance and he came the last day we were there. Our stove only had 2 working small burners, made it very difficult to cook. Sliding screen to the Lanai fell off each time we used it. We needed to keep the flies out. A bulb was out over the kitchen counter. The 2 rugs were very dirty under the coffee table and kitchen table. The bathroom was a disaster. The light blinked when turning it on, so we left it on. The fan didn't work in the bathroom. One of the 2 glass sliders wouldn't open into the tub, so turning the water on was difficult. The hooks on the back side of the bathroom door were falling off. The shower walls and tub really needed a deep cleaning which I couldn't do because there wasn't any cleaning supplies in the Condo. The 3 extra fans to cool off the Condo were so old and dirty they barely worked. The Condo was very very hot. Construction noise all day long from the next door Condo and the one above us. Above us was the worst hammering over our heads. When I went to use the Washer machine, there was a load of men's clothing inside. I thought this was a non smoking resort but the smoke from the parking lot filled our room with smoke daily. When I called about our reservation I was told it was a bottom floor, just having had knee surgery the 2nd story stairs were very difficult. But the view was beautiful.
