Parts of the house quite worn out, maybe because of humidity or usage. Like the sliding doors, some drawers, washing machine not working (but we did not rally need it)

Shaun (8/5): - Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job.
Heidi (8/5): Great stay - easy well stocked kitchen. - convenient to have laundry. Directions to the unit - as we didn't realize it was through a single door to access both sides. So it was hard to find in the dark.
