- keelie (6/5): - The best part of this hotel is the room with a view of Epic, fantastic! The hotel itself is quite small, felt cramped in the lobby and bar area. The roof top bar is really nice but unless you have an outside seat there is no view of the park, plus the menu was limited, nothing plant based, GF etc.

- Srinivas (8/5): - Pros Very convenient if you want to visit and spend time in epic universe. Good shuttle service to other universal parks as well. Cons They should atleast provide water bottles for guests during check in or ensure the room has couple of water bottles. Rooms are not that luxurious considering the high prices that they are charging.

- Claire (8/5): - Lovely hotel and great perk for early entry to Epic Universe. We had Hotels.com vouchers otherwise I wouldn’t pay the nightly rate as I just didn’t feel this was worth the £500/£600 per night price tag. The hotel was nice, clean but pricey.
- Sherri (10/5): - This is a new hotel. It is expensive but convenient to the new Epic Universal Studios. Dining options are limited in the hotel itself, menu in the restaurant is not the best for kids or traditional meals. Beautiful hotel though and it will stay busy due to the proximity of the park.

- Adam (8/5): Five stars for style, one star for silence - The design? Stunning. The location? Prime for Epic Universe. But the walls? Practically made of tissue paper. You and your kids will get to know your neighbors very intimately. (Let’s just say we all heard the same bedtime story.) If you want to be fully immersed in neighbor’s vacation, this place is for you.

- David (10/5): You can’t get closer to Epic! - Amazing hotel in the heart of Epic Universe. I can’t really fault the hotel, the only thing it doesn’t have is a food court for a quick service meal but other than that, it’s perfect!

- Pamela (8/5): - The property was beautiful and the staff were great. The issue I had is for the price, the room should have been bigger. We paid about $800 per night for a 2 queen room and it was sort of small. The distance from the bed to the wall where the TV was- was narrow. We kept having to go 1 at a time through that a space. Toilet paper was rough. The bed was very comfortable and direct and early access to Epic Universe was a plus.
