Tereash (6/5): - The administrative staff was friendly but not professionally dressed at all. There's an area behind the extended stay at the edge of the parking area where people loiter which I didn't care for. I constantly heard noise on the ceiling sounding like a kid running back and forth and I often heard kids or adults talking. My stay was not a quiet one. There was also a day where the fire alarms went off two to three times which interrupted my work since I work remotely and I'm required to have a quiet work space. Don't use the canteen machine because it will take your money. It was okay but I wouldn't stay here again unless I just have to.

Melissa (6/5): One night visit - The hotel itself seemed to be recently built and was clean and in a fairly good location near many restaurants and shopping. However, it appeared that a number of people live there on a permanent basis. Every time we came in and out of the hotel, common areas smelled strongly of marijuana. They also did not provide breakfast. The rooms were clean and seemed well kept.

I reported on Friday around 1pm that my bathroom sink did not have any hot water, then when I checked the status of the work order, I was told there was nothing that can be done until Monday because maintenance has left for the wknd. This is not very good customer service.

Area by elevator reeked of weed. Room floor clean, but greasy, from old mop. Bed squeaked, spring were on their last legs. Not a good stay, don't understand how this got a 8.2 rating.

Verified traveler (6/5): Poor Communication - I had called earlier on my arrival date to make sure I would be able to check in early, if at all available and I was told that I could check in at 2 when I got someone on the phone. When I got there a little after 2, the man working the front desk, which name I didn’t get, told me very rudely that check in was at 3pm. When I told him I had spoken to somebody, he said that she hadn’t even been down to check in with him (I’m guessing she was with housekeeping).
JAMILA (8/5): - Staff was nice. They honor my requests without hesitation. I was impressed about the good customer service. Rooms are clean. What's so cool about the room is the energy efficiency. I like that. Also the stove is tricky at first but you will NEVER here about someone causing a fire because of how "smart" the stove is. The laundry is facilities are nice and clean and you can download this app that tells you when you finish washing and drying clothes and it also gives you a free was when you sign up.

Romyer (6/5): - I had a late arrival. I received a call from the front desk asking my ETA. I thought it was strange and the front desk is usually 24 hours. But when I arrived, the doors were locked, and the gate, yes a gate, to the front desk was down. There’s a phone between the outside door and inside door you can call, but it too about 20 minutes for someone to arrive. That was a lot after an exhausting drive. Also, I didn’t notice when I arrived, but after getting some rest, I noticed that the room and bathroom had a lot of hair that wasn’t mine. There were also guest walking up and down the halls. Seemed a little sketchy. My first and last time there.

JAMILA (8/5): - I stayed over a week here so that was enough time to scope out a few things. I'm starting to wonder is this some sort of hotel that people transitioning and a program helps them. I really got that vibe. Mixing customers with clients may not help ratings. Maybe dedicating a floor or two to actual customers may help. Then you won't get complaints about noise and other "uncomfortable" issues. But the place is really clean. It had that new smell. I would suggest putting a broom or similar in each room. Hopefully as time progress a few different things will be added. Keisha is great!

Room was cramped and they couldn’t be bothered to put a door on where you hang your clothes! Floor felt like it had sand on it! In bathroom there was no hand towel, or place to hang towels after use for them to dry! No tissues and in the morning realized there wasn’t a hairdryer! When I call the front office to maybe get one no one answered…and found out reason why, no one shows up till 9am when most have checked out! We will never stay in this type hotel ever again! Oh and not even a coffee pot! WTH

Kimberly (8/5): Clean enough, no roaches as previously stated - I read the reviews after I was locked in. I was terrified to stay here! Good news: we saw no evidence of roaches, rooms were quite clean, outside of the very dirty floors. Floors look clean as they're new, but dirt doesn't show on them, but they turned our white socks filthy on the bottoms. No hair dryer, no dishes or utensils of any kind. Odd as they habe a kitchen. Not even a plastic cup in bathroom. Checking in felt sketchy. You cant get it front door without being buzzed in regardless of time of day. Worst thing, though, is the smell! My guess it is from a mix of people cooking putrid things. No matter how long you're in your room, you can't get "nose blind" to it. Over all it was fine for a quick overnight stay. Wouldn't return

Karen (8/5): Good For Our One Night Stay - The stay was good for the price and a one night stay. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The property is close to the interstate and other easy to access food establishments. No lobby coffee or on site breakfast options. That was not a problem as this hotel is a long stay property with a small kitchen but had no coffee pot or kitchen items for self serve. A late night check in was accommodated by a very pleasant front desk employee.

Joseph (6/5): - We stayed 6 nights. 4 out of the six nights there were people screaming and fighting in there rooms during late hours. No simple amenities in room and need to go to desk and ask. Which there is only one employee doing multiple tasks so you need to wait. No blow dryer or iron in the room and only receive one role of toilet paper so you need to get at front desk and give you an attitude when you need to ask for more.

Kimberly (8/5): - This is a no frills kind of place. It’s new and clean, but that’s the one real positive. The bed is basically a cot, with a foam mattress on a noisy metal spring platform. The bathroom had a small bar of soap and a small shampoo bottle. The “kitchen” had no dishes or, well, anything other than the fixtures. The walls had to have been made of paper as I could hear conversations all around me. The late check in process was odd albeit effective. I mean, it’s fine, just a little too much like camping for me and I understand the low pricing. It was a place to lie down for the night but not a restful, comfortable room. I think I’ll spend a little more in the future.

Jacqueline (4/5): First and last stay - Towels were not clean, tub had hair in it . Beds not comfortable . Had to take dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. Staff was nice and good location but I won’t stay there again
Shakay (8/5): - My stay was good. Good price comfy bed. My only complaint is I called for extra blankets and never got them. The guys said they were drying and I would get one after but never did. The check was quick and smooth. The manager checked me in not sure if her name but her energy is amazing. Great customer service made me feel very welcome
Shannon (10/5): - The property appears to be newly built which was a huge plus during our stay. Rooms were clean and neatly designed. One of the doors near the elevators was inoperable during the stay but this was only a small inconvenience. Staff were nice and professional. The front desk receptionist appeared to be overwhelmed and didn’t have much help with a number of people checking in but she continuing to offer her apologies and remained calmed. Would definitely book again in the future. Overlooked that breakfast isn’t provided so this would be the only reason i wouldn’t utilize the hotel due to having children and breakfast being offered would save money and be more convenient.

Kim (6/5): You get what you pay for. - It’s a brand new no frills hotel. Rooms are very basic with vinyl flooring. There are a lot of people that hang around the outside of the hotel. The garbage cans right outside the doors was overflowing. There are always individuals sitting in their vehicles nearly around the clock. Last night when we came back from dinner, there were beer bottles in the grass, a pair of rubber gloves and an empty prescription bottle on the ground.
