Guest Reviews
- Anthony (6/5): - The reason for this stay was location. It was walking distance from a Beer Festival so my daughter and I had a safe walk there and back. If I was with my wife she probably wouldn’t have wanted to stay. Very sketchy building but it served its purpose. $140.00 is a joke but luckily I can afford it.
- Blaise (8/5): - Nothing fancy. Good location
- Iris (10/5): - The room was clean but some things like a pillow and bedspread smelled liked smoke
- Melih (2/5): - ...
- Stan (4/5): - Towels had holes in them. Tv didn't work. Lots of dust in the room.
- Jasmine (8/5): - It was a fine stay for a motel... But thete was very little for the price.
Most motels have at least a kettle and more than one roll of toilet paper. It was a little dissapointing I wouldn't even make a cup of tea or coffee.
King bed was nice, but the pillows were hard and flat. So waking up feeling rested didn't happen.
However, we were here for a festival, so we just needed somewhere to wash up and sleep.
Price was decent, so I'd use this place again. Just bring my own pillows, towels and amenities (kettle/coffee maker).
- Cindy (8/5): - The owners are lovely, the room was clean, spacious and quiet, however there seem to be adjacent rooms rented out to people who look like they were homeless yesterday. Also, our room was at the end of one row and adjacent at 90 degrees was the next row and outside their door was a stroller, a suitcase and a walker- right in the way, blocking accezs to our room. When i asked the owner about it she said the occupants were slowly taking things inside the room however we stayed 2 nights and it was always in the way. I had to fold up the walker and push it aside to get our suitcases out into the car! I'm sure it would be considered a fire hazard.
- Athol (6/5): - There were threadbare linens and frayed towels. Old bedspreads but it was clean. The lady at check-in was nice and she was also the house keeper. The room did not feel safe as the only lock was a button on the door knob.
- Dana (8/5): - Nice place to put our heads down after a busy day.
- Yemane (4/5): - No cleaning,feeling hot,No exchange Towels.So it was poor trip.
- Faye (2/5): - Its a two star hotel, but it.was overpriced.for.what.it was.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Gentleman at checkin was nice. Room was spacious, i had a microwave, fridge and even a kitchen type sink. Bed was ok, not soft like fancy hotels but I wasn't expecting that for the price I paid :) I was comfortable for the night. Parking was right outside my door. Drop box for keys for easy checkout.
- Jashanpreet (4/5): - Didn’t provide anything extra like fan, iron and we were charged for extra 15 min stay
Shower wasn’t working, no exhaust in room and smells bad plus didn’t find staff friendly at all
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Cute little motel with a clean room.
- David B (6/5): - I didn't like the early morning response to an anonymous 911 call.
- Rex (4/5): Pass on this one - Room was dark and dingy. In desperate need of upgrades. Chair was dirty. Sheets had stains on them. Comforter had a hole on the top of it. Air conditioner was duct taped together. Overall dumpy.
- Liz (10/5): - Clearly this property is a shelter over flow which does not bother me however it would have been nice to be informed ahead of time. The room was clean but there was not enough towels for the amount of beds.
- Connie (6/5): - Certainly clean, no stale smell. Dated decor. Locks on door too basic, no dead bolt yet lobby door
locked for safety at 5:30pm.
- Dorothy (10/5): - Place was clean and a very good price. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Only thing was wifi kept going off.
- Mike (10/5): - Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet, clean comfortable rooms. Great staff and service, easy check in.
- brian (4/5): - The police parked in the front entrance was the first sign that it was a mistake.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t stay here, poor quality motel - Room was extremely dirty. There was hair in the bed, the table was covered in sand like people had their shoes all over it. When I complained to the front desk, they were unimpressed. They refused to refund after just checking in so we had no choice to stay at this dirty motel. They also refused to offer any sort of discount. Overall, poor service, poor accommodation and poor ability to properly clean rooms in between customers. Don’t stay at this place, there’s many other hotels in the area!
- Martin (6/5): - Internet did not work. Toilet seat was loose. Mold in the bath tub jets. Blood stain on the bed sheet.
- Michael (8/5): - Easy access to the room. Dated but clean. Quiet. Helpful staff.
- Tom (6/5): - Its clean but vary dated nothing matches in the room. Gold lamp with floral comforter. Grey paint with green drapes. Mattress was probably older then me. Quiet i paid 150 on new years good enough for a sleep when you had a few.
- John (8/5): - We stayed for two nights during Christmas as a hub when visiting Elora and St Jacob. We had The room at the corner. The room was clean and rather spacious, and I liked there is an additional sink and faucet outside the bathroom which is convenient and time saving when multiple people are staying. Microwave and fridge is there too. The front desk is very friendly and helpful - we reported the kitchenette faudet wasn't working and she came to attend right away and arranged to have it fixed the other day. The washroom has been renovated and is clean though somewhat cramped. Beware there is no hairdryer. Also the room was left as is and not serviced (bed not made and towels not replaced) on the subsequent day of the stay, which I think should have been done too for multiple day stay. Location is convenient as it is right beside a Walmart plaza, at the expense of safety perhaps. Overall it is a basic, clean and spacious room without bells and whistles, excel what is paid for.
- Danny (8/5): - This is the second time comming to this Motel. The young lady that is at the front counter is very polite and professional. I had a concern on the arrival of my stay and she acted in a professional mannor.
Love how they accept cash deposit.
One or two night stay prob at best.
Good place for last min option stay or reaerve ahead of time.
I come back just for the night..
- prashant (2/5): - Terrible
- Kieran (10/5): - Great for the price point! Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
