Guest Reviews
- Alfredo (8/5): - Breakfast was2 blocks away, unfinished buildind, not a safe lock on the room door
- Eliza (10/5): - Thank you so much we really loved to stay in your apartment and we will refit come back again
- Andrea (4/5): - This is a room in an apartment that doesn’t reflect what the picture says. I don’t like to give bad recommendations but this was not at all what the picture said it was. I was gonna stay with my daughter and didn’t feel good to stay there that I ended up staying in another place.
- lucia (8/5): - Basic but very clean
Kind staff.
- Myra (6/5): - A very modest place , but met our needs for 1 night , very close to the Termini
- li (10/5): - Location 👍👍👍
- Maisa (10/5): - I really liked the location we were able to go walking in the most of the places, pretty close of the Roma termini station too. The host was really friendly and helped with everything. The restroom is small but not a big deal it was really nice and a good fit just for me and my mom we loved
- Wendy (8/5): Rome hotel - Located very close (2blocks) from Termini train station. Great WiFi. Very friendly and helpful management. Great price for Rome.
- Kirsten (2/5): - If I could give zero stars I would. Booked this based on a 9+ rating back in March. The reviews were obviously fake. This was in the top two worst “hotels” I’ve ever stayed in. This is not a hotel. It is in an office building, 3 offices have been converted to rooms. Small. Smelly. 3 floors up frm all the street noises-like outdoor restaurant til 11 &deliveries &trucks starting at 2am. Upon arriving, I checked the mattress for bedbugs. It was that gross. No bedbugs, but in fact a huge stain of various bodily fluids- thru the mattress cover, unzipped &found the same stain on the mattress. it hadn’t been washed or changed since the original stain. I mentioned it to the owner who lied- said it was coffee. I’m a physician. I know bloody discharge. I asked if someone had been murdered here, the host said it was a woman with a bloody leg. But it had been washed 4x. Again, a lie, how would the mattress pad fit exactly over the same stain after washing and remaking the bed. Nope. He gave us a sheet to put over it. At this point, I was so stunned at both the bloody biohazard and the fact that he was ok with it, I just stood there.
This “hotel” comes with breakfast. It doesn’t. Breakfast is at his buddy’s bar 3 blocks away. He said it started at 7, then lied &said 6:30, then lied again& said 6am. I can tell you, no sleep was had. We were at the breakfast place at 6 to get some coffee-boarded up tight. No breakfast even by 7am. More lies. Please read the other reviews. Terrible
- Francisco (10/5): - Great communication with the hotel. Great Spot with a lot of restaurants and shops close to the hotel.
- Shelly (6/5): - The positive is the close proximity to train, and can walk to many attractions. Quality of the room was less desirable. The host was kind and was helpful about getting around. The bed was uncomfortable, linens old and sewer smell from the bathroom. .
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The keys to the apartment were very difficult to operate. The owner had to send me a video to show me how to open the door.
There was no heat in the room. The TV would not work so the owner sent me another video on how to operate the TV.
- Kimberly (2/5): - It waa teeriavke. It seemed like a place fir cagrant people. Not a safe area. Riom was not freshly and cleaned. Room had no pleasebt smell to it. Riom was not ckean. I hVe pictures. Yommfaje advertisement on the gues house in ouctures on this site. Would not recommend fir even a homekess person. I would like to get my noney bac.
- Walker (8/5): - There was cleaning every other day.
The room was quite humid, but as long as I opened the window during the day or kept the exhaust fan running, it wasn't a problem.
I think it's good value for money.
