- Anh Tuan (2/5): - Le 8 novembre 2025, comme prévu, j'ai présenté ma réservation Ebookers au responsable de l'hôtel. Il m'a ensuite annoncé qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible. Je me suis donc vu contraint de chercher une autre solution : me loger dans un autre hôtel, à mes frais. De plus, je n'ai pas obtenu le remboursement des six jours que j'avais réservés.
