- Prosper (10/5): - The staff did all those extra things that you didn’t expect. The people at the front desk were superb. The place is a hop skipped in a jump from the water bus or the people mover making it very convenient to get in to the center of Venice without being a face in the crowd
- Margaret (10/5): - This is a new clean hotel however it is far from the center of Venice. We didn’t mind that but if you want to be in the middle of it all this hotel is a 15-20 minute water taxi away but the taxis are across the street.

One suggestion though would be to include instructions how to get to the property from the train station - I.e.: what vaporetto to take and what stop to get off at, would be very helpful. Overall our stay was excellent and we would stay at this establishment again.

- Kami (8/5): - This hotel is new and the service was great. It is also very close to transportation. However, the rooms are mirco rooms. Super tiny for a Hilton. There could be more international cuisine on the menu.
- Kathleen (4/5): - This hotel is newer. It is located in a sort of industrial type area. The room itself was nice. However, two issues with the room took several people to resolve, even with using a translation app. Had a family emergency and they wouldn't refund the last day. Breakfast had abundant choices but the 'American' items were not good. Front desk staff weren't helpful and none of them cracked a smile during our stay. (Refrigerator comes across as not working but we realized it's because they turn off the electricon the entire room) This hotel should be great for European travelers who are used to their type of service.
- Daisy (8/5): - Check-in was adequate though we were early and the room was not quite ready so we went into Venice for excursions and dinner. When we returned there were only 2 personnel at the desk and it was slow to get our rooms and luggage that we had checked in earlier. The room was adequate but the bathroom flooded when I took a shower and the drain in the shower was partially plugged. Because I didn’t joy stayed the one night, it must have been plugged from before me. Other than that, the mattress was firm but despite that I had a good night of sleep. In the morning, breakfast was perfunctory and nothing special. Due to the location it was great for access to the people mover and the train station and buses.

- Steven (10/5): - The hotel was very clean and quiet. Beddings are very comfortable, which is up to Hilton standards. I always try to book Hilton/Marriott hotels because they are the most well known and will almost always give you the quality standards compared to booking random hotels. This hotel is a bit out of the way but you can take the "People Mover" tram that's only a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal. There's also other transportation options to the main island but it can be a bit expensive. There isn't much food options around the hotel but it is totally okay since we have free breakfast in the morning and will eat before coming back to the hotel at night

- Sarbjit (10/5): - New hotel. Everything was clean and the service was good. There is a Vaporetto station a couple mins away so its convenient to get around.
- Simon (8/5): - The location of this hotel is quite out of the way of Venice, and there are no nearby amenities. It’s only really convenient for the port. There is a short monorail a couple of minutes walk from the hotel that takes you to the Venice Bus Station which is ideal for connecting bus services to the airport or a short walk from the train station for connecting trains elsewhere in Italy. Breakfast was ok, but it gets very busy and the selection and quality of food is nothing special. Same goes for the food if you have to eat in at lunchtime or of an evening, it’s quite basic, but the plus point is that it is reasonably priced compared to a lot of places in Venice.

No bellboy to help.with our large suitcases. No taxi or other transport from people mover station-- inconvenient for.us dragging large suitcases over the hotel's excessively high front steps and the surrounding area's rough pavement for 10-15 minutes. Hotel should provide shuttle service to and from the station. I'd be willing to pay a convenience fee.

- Ronald (8/5): - Land taxi to/from airport Sept. 2025, was €45 each way. Fast and convenient. Rooms are minimalist. Hanging towels after use was less convenient than at home. Our room spit flush water from the bowl onto the floor. Maintenance attempted an unsuccessful fix. Other rooms did not have the problem. The included breakfast offered a wide range of options. It was a short walk to the water-bus stop and also to the end of the people-mover line so getting around Venice was easy.

- Jonathan (4/5): - Staff laughed when I was bitten by multiple mosquitoes on check in at 3pm. Lobby area was infested in the day time with many guests complaining. The hot food elements of breakfast were very poor and tasteless and pastries stale. Parking cost the same as public car parks at an unbelievably expensive 29 Euro a day (58 Euro for 26 hours of parking and no discount at all for guests)

- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfy stay and helpful staff - Location was convenient for travelling to the airport and if you walk 5 mins, you'll get to the people mover to get you to the other side of Venice. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast with eggs, pastries and pancakes. Beds were super comfy and staff were friendly. They helped us get a refund on a payment issue that occurred on their side so thank you! Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Although we booked at this hotel, mainly because of the Air Conditioned room, as noted in the booking ad. It was disappointing during the 3 night stay.

- Vanessa (10/5): - Very clean hotel and comfy beds, close to water bus stop. Made a mistake of having breakfast after 9 when everyone wants to have breakfast as well so the queue to the buffet was very long, spent like 20-30mins for their hot food selection.

- Anthony (8/5): Europe trains tour - Room was good after a request to change from the ground floor kitchen view to second floor inside room to room view. The hotel is at a good location closed to the water bus line 2. Easy access to the Venice train station and other main attractions.
- David (10/5): - Great breakfast, Great location. The Front Desk Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Especially "Thank you" to Alessia and Martina as well to Nico, Antonio, Manuel and Abdou and other. Oh, great breakfast room team too.
- Pam (10/5): - Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Nice bed, pillows, sheets for a great nights rest. Loved bed the air conditioning—perfect temp in room and completely quiet too. High ceilings, cool Venetian decor, great shower. Super close to public boat station. Free breakfast with plenty of choices. A few breakfast items were not good to eat, but tons of other choices to pick, so can’t complain. I’m overall A+ stay, very happy

- koumbo (8/5): - This property is new and situated in a great location near the ferry. However, I did have an issue during my stay. I found it concerning that we had to request room service to have our sheets changed. After being away for three days, we returned to find that while the room had been cleaned, the dirty sheets had simply been made up again. This was the only problem we encountered at the hotel. I'm not sure if this policy is standard for all guests, but it would be nice to have automatic sheet changes without needing to ask."
