Guest Reviews
- Peter and Rhonda (8/5): - We were unable to stay here due too circumstances and unable to get a refund
- Lynette (4/5): - Very tired and dated. Toilet door didn't shut. Crumbs on the bench. Didn't see any staff.
On arrival, No one was in reception. Communication via the ring doorbell. On checkout, we had the same experience as check-in.
Would not recommend.
- Sharon (4/5): - If you are looking for a bed for the night then this would be ok.
Kitchen bench top looks like covered in Duracell, with it even peeling off, shower wasn’t clean and leaked all over the floor. Was advertised with a pool and sky tv which they don’t have. Towels were not cleaned in morning as they said and needed a phonecall to get sorted.
- Kimberley (6/5): - Upon arrival reception door locked. Slightly unnerving at 2pm to have this door locked. Upon check in they could not locate my reservation booked through wotif. Eventually found it after 10mins through an expedia booking. Dont know how that works. Staff were friendly and walked us to room. Rooms are dated. No security lock on door and a normal push button lock on inside which was a bit loose. Large stickers of tractor and animals on doors, flooring in bathroom worn out and door wouldnt close without using the seperate turning lock. The down lights above bed had been ‘painted in’ reported to office and informed some women like to paint them with nail polish for mood lighting. Slight odd.
Location was great, staff were really polite and helpful but obviously a bit of work to do on the property itself.
- Skyyy (2/5): - rooms are spacious however the customer service wasn’t all there, worker that lives upstairs was very creepy towards us ( aged 18 & 20 yr old girls) which made the stay very uncomfortable.
- Tina (6/5): - Very friendly and helpful management- clean and comfortable
- Kanta (10/5): - Good
- Margaret (8/5): - Clean, tidy and warm
- Kismet (4/5): - Not adequit, no salt pepper fir cooking, old bathroom no hair dryer, soaps the same for hand and hair. No conditioner, kitchen yuck.
- Christine (4/5): - When I checked in nobody came to reception area they talked to me through the door bell. I didn't feel safe at all. It was like it was a refugee area wasn't impressed at all.
- Gabriel (10/5): - Plenty of toilet paper, friendly, and clean
- Zaveeni (10/5): - The manager took good care of us.
- Glenn (10/5): - Was very pleased with our stay. Just disappointed there's no pool.
- Paul (8/5): - Clean
- Kristin (8/5): - Great location if going to Waikato Stadium. Accom was okay if you just need a bed for the night.
- James (4/5): - _
- Felicity (10/5): - The staff were helpful. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay. Allowed us to move 1 of the beds to the lounge so our toddler had a bed near us rather than him being scared
- Patricia (8/5): - Although this motel is a bit dated.
It is in a great location, clean and had everything we needed.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again
