- Anand (6/5): - This is a very average Radisson. The night we arrived, there was no one to help with the luggage. More than us, our taxi driver was shocked: "No bellboys? They should be here." Anyhow, not a big deal with us. Then one late evening about 9:00 PM we came back to find that our room had no power. Called the front desk once; nothing done for 15-20 minutes. Called again, and this time a technician came and later a staff who determined that we had to stay out of the room for 20 minutes to fix the problem. We sat in the lobby tired from our tourist excursions during the day and wanted to relax pronto. Half an hour passed, and no updates what was going on. So, it was us who went the front desk to check. Eventually, after an hour we were let in. Yes, things can go wrong and they did, but the manner in which it was handled fell short. Otherwise a reasonable average stay. The hotel is 7-8 miles from the city center, and so it takes longer to commute, but then, it's a relatively quiet location. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, but we were mostly out, and didn't use. There is a gas station about 100 yards from the hotel and next to that there was a cafe and also a big Burger King. So, if you needed a quick bite, there are a few choices - not too many, but still reasonably good.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were excellent — from the stylish lobby to the well-maintained common areas, everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, making it the perfect way to start the day. Overall, the Radisson exceeded my expectations in service, comfort, and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

- Hady (2/5): - Location: very bad. Not close to Merter Market and far from anything else within Istanbul. Taxis too expensive to get there. Staff: I expect at least one person to understand English! Getting the room cleaned is like loto, it might get cleaned on a day, then the next one nothing. It was inconsistent! In addition to that, there was an issue with my breakfast booking and they didn’t even bother help with that. They wanted to charge us 20€ per dayper perwon. Outrageous!

- Levent (10/5): - Mein Aufenthalt im Radisson Hotel Istanbul Merter war absolut fantastisch. Da ich mit dem Auto unterwegs war, war die weniger attraktive Umgebung kein Problem, da ich mich überall hinbewegen konnte, wo ich wollte. Das Hotel selbst hat mich vollkommen überzeugt. Mein Zimmer war erstklassig – sauber, modern und äußerst komfortabel. Obwohl ich in den zwei Nächten nicht die Gelegenheit hatte, das Hotelrestaurant auszuprobieren, war der Service durchweg super. Zusammenfassend war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Ich würde das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Istanbul definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Auf Anfrage haben wir ein kostenloses Bett erhalten. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Garage gibt es auch. Das einzige was ich anmerken würde ist, dass es keinen Tee-/Kaffee-Service gibt und man alles selbst holen muss beim Frühstück.

Bunu da resepsiyondaki ilgili personelinizle teyitleştik. Fakat öğlen saat 2 gibi bir personel direkt kendi kartıyla odamıza izinsiz girdi. Çıktığımızı düşündüğünü söyleyip özür dileyip çıktı. Ardından resepsiyonu aradığımızda iletişim karışıklığı olduğunu söyleyip özür diledi. Peki diyip konuyu uzatmak istemedik. Aradan 10-15 dakika geçmedi ki bu sefer de temizlik görevlileri odayı bastı. Tekrar arayıp durumdan şikayetçi olduğumuzda da 3 adet soyulmamış elma ve biraz serpiştirilmiş kuru pasta ile meyve tabağı olduğunu sandıkları ikramı getirerek özel hayata müdahaleyi telafi edebileceklerini düşündüler. Konuyu okuduğunuzda umarım ne yaşadığımızı anlamış olmanızı diliyorum. Çift olarak kaldığımız odada ne kadar yalnız (!) kalabildiğimizi bilmek güven verdi. Teşekkürler.

They were so kind and humble to care for our place, each and every day. Bringing the newest sheets and best room replenishments I've seen in Türkiye so far. Huge thank you to Safiye who was the kind young woman that assisted us from day one, until the end. Kübra, and many of the other staff alike. Elif in the gym, the women and men who check in to help with all amenities of fitness and the pool, were very kind and supportive. Every visit. Each and every single individual made it the best experience ever, and this location absolutely lives up to it's standard as a Radisson Hospitality hub, owning up to the Carlson name and legacy. - Ziena (10/5): - Amazing, lovely service. They actually care about their guests and their comfort. We had an issue with the AC in our room the first night. They went above and beyond and even upgraded our room. Would highly recommend! Also cleanliness is huge for me and this property surprised me how clean the rooms were! Amazing!!!!

- Rosalice (10/5): - This property is a new construction and the service was impeccable. It is exactly what you would expect from a brand new hotel. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were all extremely friendly (as were all the locals). I booked a one bedroom suite and the hotel gave me a rollaway bed and made up the couch for my toddlers. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It was a $10-$15 Uber ride to all the tourist attractions. Definitely a great stay.
