- Rachel (4/5): - It was the worst sleep I have ever encountered. I have video that I would like to share of the noises that went off all night. I'm assuming it was the AC unit. Didn't get any sleep at all and very disappointed. I brought this up with the hotel and they said since I paid in full to Expedia I would have to take it up with them. I am hoping I can get some type of compensation for the loud noises in my room. The hotel was beautiful beside the no sleep.

It’s a brand new hotel with lovely clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful facilities including a gorgeous pool/ bar area and just steps from the beach. The staff in particular went above and beyond, especially Glenisha at the front desk, Sandra at the breakfast bar, our server Johanna and Laura in housekeeping. Their kindness and attentive service went beyond the traditional hotel experience. If we are ever in Gulf Shores again, there’s no where else I would want to stay!
- Delynn (8/5): - Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the pool, lounging areas and the fire “pit” next to the pool, overlooking the ocean view. Did not like the parking setup. All garage parking is valet, which is $25, per night.
- Brad (10/5): - Everything was fantastic except the pills are terrible. Bring your own pillows. They’re real fat until you lay your head on them and then they sink and smother you. It’s that foam inside like you buy at Walmart. They need to upgrade their pillows. Also they don’t tell you till really in fine print you can either park wherever you can find a spot but if you wanna park in the parking garage, it’s valet only $25 a day.

The only thing that wasn’t the most positive was that you had to use valet parking. There are very few parking spots available on the side of the hotel however, it was full when we arrived.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Barely any negatives - Amazing pool and view! Staff customer service (check in, housekeeping and servers) was excellent! We really enjoyed the reception! The breakfast, especially the cooked to order omelettes, were delicious! Being right across from the beach and a few minutes from shops, restaurants and attractions was awesome! Only a few negatives…given the price, my room and bathroom floors could have been a little cleaner. The air ventilation humidity system runs constantly. This may be a good thing but it’s a little noisy at night. The luggage carts are too small, and it definitely needs another parking option for those who don’t prefer or have had bad experiences with valet. The on street parking is limited and doesn’t particularly belong to the hotel. Otherwise, beautiful hotel, and I would have given 5 stars.

The only complaint I had was about parking. They do have a parking garage but it’s valet only. Which, I’m left to finding a spot in the surrounding areas of the property.

- Brandy (10/5): The Realest Review Ever - If you're looking for an honest review that covers all the bases, you've come to the right place. First off, the hotel is absolutely stunning! While it's not located directly on the beach—you'll need to cross the street to access it—opting for a gulf front balcony room allows for beautiful ocean views. We stayed in a queen suite, which was perfect for our family of five. The layout, featuring a dividing door between the living area and the double beds, was a great touch that we really appreciated. The complimentary snacks and drinks from 5 to 6 PM were a delightful bonus, as were the two beach chairs and umbrella provided for our use—such a nice perk! Since the hotel had just opened a week prior, we did experience a couple of minor issues, like some plugs and the fridge not working, but the staff addressed these right away. The food at the core restaurant left much to be desired, but we thoroughly enjoyed the meals by the pool. I would definitely consider booking here again. Just a heads up: if you choose a patio room, it opens up to the pool and outdoor entertainment area, which means your view will consist of tables and a direct line to the band. This setup is perfect if you enjoy being social and don’t mind a bit of noise. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’ll be back! The management was excellent; they just need to improve the food quality at the main restaurant.
- Kelley (8/5): - Gorgeous property. Everyone was friendly. Seem to still be working out the kinks of being a new hotel. Never had house keeping come to our room to reset while on our 3 day stay. Had to call front desk to ask for towels which were never delivered and finally tracked down a housekeeper to get towels and take out trash and used towels. Pool is nice and the complimentary drinks. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella, wished chairs would have laid flat.
