for 2 people. Could not reach management by phone or

- Rosa (2/5): - I arrived at the apartment destination shortly after 3:00 PM, as I had communicated via text message. Upon arrival, I was unaware that the office was located away from the main reception area. When I entered, I was greeted by an individual who addressed me as Marie. I also noticed two cards on the desk intended for my sister-in-law and her adult son. I clarified that I am Rosa Katsoutas. Additionally, we had previously informed them of our parking requirements.
The staff member appeared to be in a hurry and provided us with a map, which is attached, along with instructions on where to park. Despite searching for approximately 45 minutes, we were unable to locate the designated parking area indicated on the map. I made several phone calls to him but did not receive a response. When I returned to the office, he had already left.
We eventually found parking at a location some distance from the property and transported our luggage to the apartment. Later, my partner visited the main reception area and showed the map to a receptionist, who advised that the parking is actually located directly underground beneath the apartment. Additionally, we noticed that the apartment had a strong odour of curry.
Overall, we are dissatisfied with the experience.

- Georgina (4/5): - No luggage storage on a Sunday because 'not many people come in on a Sunday'. From what i was seeing though, a lot of people were checking out and wanting storage on a Sunday though.
Room was so dusty it set off all my allergies and i felt very ill for the entire stay. Holes in the wall, mould in the bathroom and stains on the carpet, blankets, walls and the headboard of the bed.
Wont be coming back.

Great facilities in the room had I needed them. I did have some trouble with the climate control in the room. It was giving a system error indicator late in the evening, which after a few hours had remedied itself.
All in all I would definitely stay here again.

No communication about there being no wifi until I arrived- had to use my 4G. Staff were not prompt in resolving this.
No forks or scissors. Tv in bedroom was not connected to an Ariel/tv.
Staff at adora were rude and dismissive- unclear around central apartments and their operations.

Instead pick and choose when they want to enforce their requirements . Staff knocking on doors as they opening door instead of JUST knocking first. Felt violated . - Joanne (6/5): - I booked for two rooms as my son was flying in from another state for his birthday but at check-in we were told I’d only booked one room even though I showed a screenshot of my booking that clearly says two rooms 4 adults ! They had no extra rooms available. I then had to race off to another part of the building and book a room that cost a lot extra via a different company. The hotel blamed Expedia, I don’t know what went wrong I was left unimpressed.
- Emma (6/5): - The staff were lovely. The property is in a great location for public transport straight into the city and for the Epworth. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean, mould in the shower, very dusty carpet and skirting boards, few provisions - body wash but no flannels, dishwash liquid but no sponge or cloths, one fork. Lots of potential. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was warm. I felt safe.

I asked whether there was parking at the property and was told yes but when we arrived there was no parking left and we had to find parking which difficult to find a secure park close by . We found one after 40 mins driving around and it took twenty to walk back to our apartment .
- Jade (6/5): - The floors were dirty, coffee tabletop and kitchen benches were dirty, the stovetop was dirty, crockery and glassware were dirty, some of the cutlery was stuck in the drawer, obviously due to something sticky and the shower/bath wasn't clean. It's a shame as the linen was perfectly clean, and the staff were perfectly lovely and very accommodating. Friendly, more than happy to assist with any enquiries. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but if they don't know then how can fix it? Obviously the cleaning crew are to blame here and perhaps need to reevaluate how they do things.
- Amanda (8/5): - Richmond Central apartment was in a fabulous location. Easy walk to shops, CBD, sports venues etc. Great transport options very close too. The level of cleanliness in the apartment really let it down, for example the bath had a black ring around it from the previous tenant. All surfaces looked like they needed a wipe, the bathroom floor was full of fluff, and the bed, while it was a great size the mattress was super hard, which made sleeping a challenge as it was not comfortable.

- Samantha (2/5): - I’ve booked this hotel through Wotif and received the itinerary straight away which said that check-in closes at 10 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm and they were closed therefore I rang the number on the door. The person that answered said that this was not the hotel I’ve booked for so I rang another number and it was the hotel I booked. The person who spoke to me on the other number said that I didn’t have a booking and he wasn’t able to help me therefore I have to get a refund through Wotif. Wotif are now telling me that the hotel manager isn’t answering the phone to issue me a refund and it has been 48 hours. Yesterday I received a call from a worker at the hotel who advised me that I did still have a booking and no one had cancelled it and she cancelled it however she did not help with the refund and just said she would await Wotif’s call. It is not that hard to refund somebody’s money seeing as the booking was not in the system, I was left without accommodation and this wait is ridiculous.

Emails weren’t returned, chasing up with phone calls etc
Check in at 2pm, we arrived at 3.20pm only to go to reception and be told the other hotel group are operating out of a hotel room down the corridor. We were told our room still wasn’t ready and we would receive a text, we had to go and get ready in the car park as had dinner plans.
By 5.30pm I still had not received a text message about our room so I called only to be told oh yes it’s ready.
We got back late Saturday night and the rollaway bed we’d ordered had not been put in the room so had to call after hours numerous times to get it delivered
Then check out was at 10am and at 10.10am they called to ask where we were.
You’d think they would have noticed the numerous amount of stuff arounds they’d caused that they would be a bit more understanding.
The room itself was lovely so it’s a shame everything else has overshadowed that.
No apologises for the issues that arose etc hence this review as I’m extremely disappointed.
- NAOMI (8/5): - 部屋はとても広くて清潔です。スタンダードでもキッチンと4人掛けテーブル、ベッドルームが別にあります。受付は入ってすぐではなく3号室を代わりに使用しているようでしたが、入ってすぐの法人専用受付の方が親切に教えてくれました。スーパーまで7〜8分、トラムの駅からも3分程度で、そこから市内中心街まで30分かからず行けるので、立地も許容範囲かと思います。(トラムの駅がとても小さく、ほぼバス停のような見た目なので何度か見落としましたが)

The check in process was a nightmare and worse I have ever encountered. The lastmin doc did not match anything of the actual street, it took about 15 minutes to get in, no numbers on the buildings no signage for the accommodation I booked. Couldn't use the parking as I didn't have time to find it after the ridiculous check in. Check out well who knows how you are supposed to do that. Left the key with the other accommodation that was in the building. No information in the accommodation about such matters. Shower had mouldy grout.

- John (6/5): One hotel, 2 businesses - We stayed for 2 nights and chose the location as it was walking distance to the Australian Open.
What we didn’t know is that this is a hotel within a hotel, and the sign out the front says Adara hotel.
They are highly unwelcoming to guests of Richmond Central Apartments and are unwilling to assist in any way.
Richmond Central Apartments are not reachable via their phone contacts, so gaining any assistance is challenging.
Until this issue is resolved I would not recommend staying at this property under either banner.

1)no wifi - evidently some issues with the current system.
2) parking, one of the reasons I selected the hotel, maximum height 1.7m and the other option was apparently full.

Hassle free transaction and located in a great area. Had all the amenities for a short trip and easy checkout. Close to the Australian Open and was a great price. Will definitely stay again.
