• Barbara (9/5): Mindenkinek bátran tudom ajánlani:) - Személyzet nagyon kedves, a reggeli kifejezetten jó volt. Nagy tisztaság volt végig, nagyon oda figyelnek a higéniára. Bátran tudom ajánlani bárkinek A vacsora nem volt olyan jó mint a reggeli de ez egyénfüggő. Privát medence csalódás volt, kb térdig ér a víz és fűtetlen - nem érte meg ár-érték arányban ez a szoba - . Shuttle buszokból lehetne több is:) Ezeket leszámítva minden szuper volt

• Giovanna (8/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno - La struttura è molto accogliente, tutto lo staff è super disponibile e gentile, dalla reception (Farag) agli housekeepers (mohamed), passando dai camerieri dei vari ristoranti (non ricordo il nome purtroppo del cameriere del Nubian) La location, almeno nella parte dove abbiamo alloggiato è nuova e molto ben tenuta. Molto apprezzata la presenza dei vari ristoranti alla carta in cui abbiamo mangiato anche piuttosto bene, soprattutto al Mar y Sol e al Nubian, che ve li consiglio. Il villaggio è Moooolto grande e il servizio navetta dovrebbe essere potenziato, dalle stanze alla reception. Il cibo dei ristoranti a buffet lascia abbastanza a desiderare. La spiaggia seppur molto grande e piena di lettini e ombrelloni ben distanziati, non è eccezionale. C’è la possibilità di vedere la barriera dal molo ma anch’essa non entusiasmante.

• Jessica (10/5): Schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt! - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde darauf geachtet, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Das Essen war auch gut, insbesondere in den einzelnen Restaurants. Uns hat vor allem die asiatische Küche sehr überzeugt! Die Pools sind auch leicht geheizt, sodass das Abkühlen auch sehr angenehm war. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sauber gemacht und man hatte als Booking-Bucher viele Vorteile! Uns hat sehr gefreut, dass jeden Tag unsere Minibar aufgestockt wurde, sodass es uns an gar nichts fehlte! Insgesamt also war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

But the best part is the staff! Everybody went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. We would especially like to thank mister Mohamed Osama for all his help; he truly made our experience special.
• Carla (8/5): Ótima 🥰 - Em termos de preço-qualidade o Resort foi muito bom, a comida no buffet tinha sempre opções seguras (para pessoas como nós que temos sempre algum receio de provar coisas novas). Existia um BBQ todos os dias onde se poderiam encontrar grelhados frescos bem como panquecas ou waffles dependendo do dia. Staff muito muito simpático e prestável!! Restaurantes à la Carte com uma qualidade incrivel, as melhores refeições que tive oportunidade de comer no resort foram nós mesmo inclusive no Dolce Vita A zona dos ovos/omolete era muito procurada e por isso as filas eram muito prolongadas. Não sei se seria uma mais valia colocar ovos mexidos já preparados ou estrelados na zona de Buffet. Na zona do BBQ apesar de ser estilo buffet, as porções eram servidas por um membro do staff, o que acabava por condicionar a quantidade de comida que se poderia comer. A zona de bebidas com álcool e sem álcool eram apenas servidas por um membro do Staff e às vezes acabam por ser filas um pouco demoradas.

• Diana (9/5): - Le site est énorme, on n'a pas l'impression d'être oppressé. Belle plage avec de la place. Les chambres sont propres, la nourriture correcte et le wifi fonctionne globalement bien. Les personnel est attentionné et réactif et se soucie du bien-être des clients. Salle de sport avec pas mal de machines. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Certaines installations/équipements comme le mini-golf ou les ballons mériteraient un rafraîchissement.
• Marc (9/5): Un mot....fantastique !! - Un superbe hôtel, bien aménagé, chambres propres et très confortables, bien équipées. Une salle de bain avec une douche fantastique, une très bonne pression d'eau. Les piscines sont superbes et la plage est magnifique ! Les restaurants sont très bons avec un choix très varié, que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou au diner, parfait ! Monsieur Abdallah El Taher a la restauration est absolument sympathique, disponible et a répondu a nos attentes d'une manière exceptionelle. Les personnes du front office a l'accueil du lobby se sont montrées tout aussi avenantes, en particulier Monsieur Beshoy Khalaf et Monsieur Melad le manager de l'hôtel qui s'est montré particulièrement accueillant et avenant. Je ne vois pas.....

Highlights of my stay: * Exceptional Staff: Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly professional and attentive. * Top-Tier Room Service: The room service team was very friendly and polite. A special thank you to their manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. * Dining Experience: The food was very good with great variety. The restaurant manager and his entire team are so nice and clearly do their best to make every meal special. * Helpful Reception: The receptionists were extremely helpful; whenever I needed something, they handled it immediately. * Amazing Animation & Shows: The nightly entertainment was fantastic! A huge thank you to the animation team—they made every single day exciting and were the highlight of the trip. The entire resort is highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming getaway. I am already looking forward to my third visit! Nothing
• Andrea (10/5): Una bellissima vacanza! - Buongiorno sono Andrea Leonardi e con mia moglie Liliana abbiamo soggiornato 11 giorni al long Beach resort e vorremmo lasciare la nostra recensione. Siamo arrivati in piena notte al resort,siamo stati ricevuti con la massima professionalità ed accoglienza dal personale della reception. La mattina seguente abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare camera (era perfetta e con il frigobar ben fornito ma aveva il letto matrimoniale formato da due letti singoli) e Farag della reception è' stato super professionale e disponibile .(Farag si è assicurato che anche nei giorni seguenti che fosse tutto ok)Cambiato camera abbiamo iniziato giorno dopo giorno a scoprire questo bellissimo Resort. Abbiamo conosciuto molte persone molto preparate in grado di far sentire il cliente a proprio agio. Partendo da Mohamed ali che praticamente lo abbiamo trovato a lavorare in quasi tutti i ristoranti ( persona molto educata e gentile nei modi). Mustafa e Ahmed Assan molto bravi e disponibili( questi sono autisti dei minibus interni) Kirolos Youssef ed il suo collega sono molto attenti a fornire un'ottima servizio nel bar della piscina davanti alla nostra camera. Mohamed Ali manager dei ristoranti ,persona super attenta a tutto ,molto educata e gentile. Anche il personale del bar vicino alla reception è' molto preparato ed hanno un buon caffè. Ringraziamo tutti per la qualità del servizio e del cibo ottimo(questo non è scontato in Egitto). Consiglio questo resort a tutti e concludo dicendo che torneremo sicuramente al Long Beach Resort👍👍👍.

• Lineu (10/5): Experiência incrível - O hotel é incrível, piscina gigantesca, muitas opções de atividade, atendimento rápido e de excelente qualidade nos bares, varias opções de restaurante, café da manhã espetacular, o quarto era extremamente espaçoso e limpo, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, produtos de higiene da melhor qualidade, funcionários extremamente atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Resumindo uma experiência incrível. Super recomendo!!! A insistência dos vendedores de atividades as vezes incomoda.

There were no crowds in the restaurant, by the pools, or on the beach, which was very important for us. The food was tasty and varied, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Melad Gerges, Desk Manager — an extremely polite, professional, and responsible person. He was always ready to help, quickly resolved any questions, and genuinely cared about the comfort of the guests. Thanks to people like him, the stay leaves only the best impressions. We definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

• Asia (10/5): Meraviglioso e da ripetere!!!! - La struttura è molto carina e grande. C’è davvero di tutto e le piscine sono fantastiche. Ottima la colazione e la gentilezza dello staff. La spiaggia bellissima e le stanze molto grandi e confortevoli con un terrazzo bello sul mare. Forse il bagno con la vasca piuttosto che la doccia.

• Eleonore (7/5): déçue pour le prix, nourriture bas de gamme - Le cadre extérieur est très beau, avec de grandes piscines bien entretenues. La plage privée est immense, ce qui est très agréable et donne vraiment l’impression d’être dans sa bulle. Il y a un espace en bord de mer avec masques et tubas à disposition pour faire un peu de snorkeling, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le ménage dans les chambres est impeccable : très propre, rien à redire. Nous avons vu deux spectacles : un spectacle de danse était vraiment excellent, l’autre (musique) était très décevant. Globalement, l’animation est très inégale et commence beaucoup trop tard (vers 21h30). Pour un hôtel noté 9,1 sur Booking, et à ce niveau de prix, nous avons été très déçus par plusieurs aspects essentiels. La nourriture est le gros point noir : très basique, industrielle, peu de choix et surtout toujours la même chose. La viande est de mauvaise qualité, les desserts sont très décevants. Sur 6 nuits, cela devient vraiment long. Un seul restaurant sort du lot, le Nubian, avec de la cuisine égyptienne traditionnelle correcte. Mais après avoir voyagé une semaine en Égypte auparavant et très bien mangé ailleurs, la comparaison est sans appel. Les boissons sont de très mauvaise qualité : jus, alcools, cocktails, bière… tout est bas de gamme. Pour un all inclusive, c’est franchement frustrant. La clientèle est quasi exclusivement russe. Ce n’est pas une critique, mais clairement nous n’avons pas les mêmes attentes. Les voyageurs européens doivent le savoir : le niveau de restauration et de prestations risque de ne pas convenir. Les terrasses extérieures sont envahies d’oiseaux (corbeaux, ibis, moineaux). Ils volent la nourriture, salissent les chaises et tables, et le personnel n’intervient quasiment pas (ni pour nettoyer, ni pour les chasser). C’est très désagréable. Nous avions une chambre premium, mais elle donnait sur un couloir extrêmement bruyant, sans aucune isolation phonique. Bruit tard le soir, très tôt le matin, résonance du carrelage… Impossible de dormir sans bouchons d’oreilles. Inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing. Autre point très pénible : le démarchage constant au bord de la piscine (excursions, massages, activités), parfois toutes les 5 à 10 minutes. Quand on paie cher pour se reposer, on n’a pas envie d’être sollicité en permanence. Enfin, au check-out, lorsque j’ai fait part de ces remarques, la discussion a été coupée très rapidement, sans réelle écoute.
• Dylan Gabriel (10/5): n séjour très agréable dans un hôtel confortable malgré quelques travaux temporaires. - l’hôtel est agréable, le personnel est accueillant et les installations sont de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec un large choix pour tous les goûts. L’emplacement est pratique et permet de profiter facilement des environs. Globalement, tout était satisfaisant. Seuls quelques travaux en cours ont parfois généré un peu de bruit ou de gêne visuelle, sans toutefois impacter fortement le séjour. Une meilleure communication sur ces travaux pourrait être appréciée.

A személyzet segítőkész: Kirolos Nashaat kiválóan elmagyarázott mindent, így lett tökéletes a novemberi pihenésünk. Étel, ital érzékenyeknek kevés az alternatíva, de a friss gyümölcsök, zöldségek, grill ételek kárpótoltak. Az alkoholos italok közül a sör volt számunkra elfogadható.

• Lisa (10/5): - Unsere drei Nächte im Long Beach Hotel waren sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter in dem Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten ohne Aufpreis sowohl früher einchecken als auch später auschecken. Außerdem haben wir ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war gut und die Betten bequem. Es gab zwei Mängel im Zimmer, die schnell behoben wurden. Zudem konnten wir ohne Reservierung und Aufpreis in den Á-la-carte-Restaurants Essengehen. Sowohl Nubian als auch Cactus sind zu empfehlen. Besonders gut haben uns die zahlreichen Pools und der lange Strand gefallen. Es gab immer ausreichend Liegen im Schatten.

• Emil (10/5): - Excellent level of service, great and super-helpful staff, delicious food with vast selection of options to choose from, beautiful and practical arrangement of the whole place - rooms, pools, beach. My stay was glorious and I'd recommend this place! P.s. some reviews had info about Wi-Fi, that is not accessible in the rooms. Either it's outdated or I was just lucky, but Wi-Fi coverage was surprisingly broad and stable, with WiFi available even at the beach. Not a bad part of hotel at all, just for information - after the sunset flies and mosquitos are getting quite active, so don't forget to close the windows or use some spray or anything like this!

В любое время приходя на пляж всегда можно было найти удобное для себя место. Есть качающиеся кровати на пляже. Подремать днем на них - приятное удовольствие. Вход в море песчаный и пологий. При отливе нужно немного пройтись до глубины. С детьми отличный вариант пляжа. Есть и красивый коралловый риф. С пантона по правую сторону. Но до него где-то 200м нужно проплыть. Конечно ласты не помешают. Огромное разнообразие рыб, скаты, мурены , за 2 недели встретила 2 раза черепаху. Еда достойная. Есть несколько ресторанов а ля карт. Стоит заглянуть. Уборка в номерах для Египта отличная! Персонал внимательный, отзывчивый. На рецепшене общались с Фараг Саад. Он очень быстро решал все вопросы. Как для Египта, просто с нереальной скоростью. ( отдыхала более 20 раз в разных гостиницах. Есть с чем сравнивать). Практически все говорят на русском, английском и других языках. Есть вечерняя анимация, как вечерние концерты, так и живая музыка в лаунжбаре. В целом у нас отдых прошел отлично! Мы были в номере, в котором давно не было ремонта. Шторка в душевой была надорвана. Но прекрасный вид с балкона сглаживал эту ситуацию. Наши друзья были в номере после ремонта. Видно, что в гостинице плавно идут обновления и гостиница заботиться о своей репутации.

• Hubertus (5/5): - Das Hotel kann man nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Das erste Zimmer, was wir bekommen haben, war dreckig und offensichtlich nicht richtig geputzt. Das zweite Zimmer, was man uns dann angeboten hat, hatte keine Handtücher und war total klein, also kein Deluxe Zimmer. Erst nach massiver Intervention haben wir nach ca 1,5 Stunden Problemen endlich ein passendes Zimmer bekommen. Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig, so dass man die Zimmer zum Teil sehr weit vom Hauptgebäude entfernt liegen. Wir mussten entweder sehr lange laufen oder einen Bus nehmen. Die meisten Gäste in dem Hotel kommen aus dem Land Putins.

• sorin (10/5): A beautiful resort with excellent service, great value for money, and an experience we would love to repeat. - We had a wonderful stay at Hurghada Long Beach Resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful, perfectly located not too far from both the airport and the center of Hurghada. The layout is well designed with plenty of pools, and we never had trouble finding great spots to relax by the beach. Everything around the pools and beach area was very well maintained and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you goes to Mohamed Yasia at the pool bar — his service was outstanding throughout our entire stay, and he made the best mojito we’ve ever had! Our room was very clean, and we received fresh drinks, water, fruit, and snacks every single day, which was a lovely touch. The restaurant could improve a bit in terms of food variety, but overall, it was still good and enjoyable. In conclusion, the value for money is excellent — the resort is worth every penny, and the price is very fair for what you get. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again. The Wi-Fi connection works well only in certain areas of the resort and could be improved to cover the entire property more consistently.

The beach is exceptional (specially in Hurghada) The buffet is constantly varied and I always find a lot of things that I love and that taste great. Special appreciation goes to Mahmoud at the reception, and Ebram, Ihab, and Hamdy at the main bar and Ali from room service— your warmth made a difference. Also, many thanks to Ala’a and Bahaa and the whole team at the Cascade area for their consistent kindness, attention to detail, and top-tier service, especially towards Booking.com guests — always professional, never selective. No matter your mood or who you’re traveling with, you’ll find something to enjoy. Kids will be happy, and so will the adults — which honestly makes it hard to believe this is a 4-star hotel. It truly feels like five. The variety of restaurants, including adult-only dining areas, thoughtful kids’ meals, and special spots like the Indian and Mexican outlets in the Cascade zone, adds to the richness of the stay. Across rooms, bars, and restaurants, the generosity and attentiveness in hospitality really stand out. ‏As for the animation team — they’re good and clearly dedicated, but I have to say the shows and poolside entertainment felt stronger in the past two years. The energy is there, but they’d benefit from working with a more professional performing group, especially for the evening shows. The pool activities sometimes feel more like quick checkboxes than full-on events. Still, the effort is appreciated — we just know they can do even better.

Firstly, a big and special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Hassan, Room Division Manager 🌹🌹, for his exceptional efforts in making our stay fantastic and for his warm hospitality. He selected a new room for us, which we really loved. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is amazing, and all the staff members are cooperative and friendly. We spent five wonderful days, each filled with activities from morning until midnight. The hotel has such a lively and energetic atmosphere. The animation team was especially entertaining, helping guests enjoy every moment — from beach exercises in the morning to pool games in the afternoon. Special thanks to Mr. Kareem for his enthusiasm and great energy! The parties held daily — whether at the pool, the beach, or the new Cascade area — were simply marvelous. The foam party was so much fun, and the oriental show at Cascade was outstanding, featuring a talented belly dancer and an impressive Tanoura performance. The oriental music added an authentic and enjoyable touch to the evenings. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, offering a wide variety of food at all three meals, in addition to delicious snacks available at the beach and pool bars. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating, especially Mr. Abdullah Ali, our usual host, who truly impressed us with his hospitality and kindness. The Kids Club was also a highlight — it’s a fun and engaging place for children. The team there is lovely and does their best to make every child’s day enjoyable. Special thanks to Lina and Darina, who were so kind and caring. My daughter absolutely loved them and kept asking to go back and spend more time with them. Finally, a special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Sabr for his kind follow-up call to ensure we were receiving the level of hospitality expected. His friendly and professional attitude was much appreciated.
