- Jackie (10/5): - The staff checked us in quickly and helped us with where to park. We were tired, it was late, she was great. The room was super clean. No hand towels, shampoo, etc., but you can ask for it if you need it and the price was excellent! Will stay here again.

- Nicholas (10/5): - The hotel was easy to find after exiting I20 and check in was drama free. The hotel is brand new and one of the nicest places I've stayed in. The room was clean and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the bedding better than expected as were the towels. The room was quiet and the parking felt secure. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
- Jennifer (2/5): - The room had a pretty bad smell to it. The bedding was dirty in the air condition didn’t work when we got to the room and they couldn’t swap our room nor give us a refund. We stayed in the room about 45 minutes and left it was a waste of money in a really bad area. I grew up in Jackson Mississippi in this area, pearl, has gotten worse I would not recommend for anyone strange people walking around the hotel and inside.

There were people blasting music until almost midnight. Multiple red stains on comforter and the towels. And the microwave buttons were dirty and in French. I did like the security aspect of having to swipe your card to get into the building, but will probably not stay here again.

The shades on the room windows do not block out much light so it’s light in the room at night. And relatively noisy. But what can you expect for the price?

- patricia (6/5): Be Aware of your Expectations - If you plan on cooking in your room - a suite with a kitchen - you may be in for a surprise! Our room had sink, stove, refrigerator but not a pan/pot, dish or silver ware of any kind to utilize the kitchen. When I asked about renting some at the front desk I was told, " go to Dollar tree and buy some, it will be cheaper and you will then own them and can take them home with you." After checking everywhere on their website I found conflicting information about the kitchen packages. One place said you could rent kitchen package, another said the $90.67 rooms were stocked with kitchen package, yet another said nothing about kitchen package being in room. We have stayed at other suites with a kitchen and everything was in the room, available for use. Having said all that - The rooms appeared to be recently updated. The area is well kept, plenty of lighting, extra security with only key entry after dark. There are lots of food choices close by. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was above average and the mini sofa was clean and firm. We did not have a hand towel for the bathroom sink, but thankfully we did have 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. No iron, ironing board, blow dryer, klenex, shampoo/conditioner. If you are staying for an extended stay they charge a fee to swap out linens if it is less than 2 weeks, according to a posted sign. IF you just want a place to sleep - then it will suit your needs. IF you plan on cooking - it most likely will not.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Review of hotel stay at Wood Springs Suites - After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Wood Springs Suites Jackson Pearl I-20) in Pearl, MS in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. The staff member "Chrystal" at the reception check-in desk was very friendly and professional. When we got to our room we realized that we needed a few more amenities, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Chrystal provided these items to us pronto upon request. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable.

When I tell you the staff at front desk no matter day or night was very accommodating and pleasant. They really made me love the place. Only bad things I’d I had to point out was the towel service addy this location and the bedding. The bedding was very basic and cheap like. The pillows were so thin that they could have just left them off the bed. Other than that it was a great stay

- Sara (10/5): Great stop on the way to Gulf Shores - We were traveling to Gulf Shores we always stop in Pearl since its a little over half way. Pearl is great place, lots of resturants, Sam's Club, and outlet mall within 2 miles of hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We were given a handicap room and it was very spacious and lots of room for someone with a wheelchair or mobility device to move around in.
