- KASEM (4/5): - Very bad experience, when choosing a room on the WEB, I paid for a superior one that was more expensive than the standard one and, most importantly, was larger. However, upon arrival they gave me a small Barbie room, and when I said I had paid for a larger one, they told me that the photo must have been from another hotel of theirs. I had a very bad time, the bathroom does not have a single piece of furniture to leave things and I had to put the kettle on the floor, the closet did not have shelves or hangers, throughout the stay I had to leave my clothes in the bag. And to add to the bad experience, the internet and TV never worked.

It is very close to Taskim Square (4 - 5) minute walk wh I don't remember the front desk clerks name but she was outstanding. I was able to check-in a little earlier on my day of arrival. She guided me on some pertinent information. This hotel is good for a short stay as the room was small. Shower was good. Room had a small kitchenette. I had a pleasant stay.

Every time we needed something the staff came and helped us, they were available 24/7 for us. The location, the rooms are perfect - in the heart of Taksim and close to everything in Istanbul.
