- Michael (2/5): - We didn't have pans, the bed sheets were off the bed. It was a terrible experience, the park was the only good thing.
- edward (4/5): - First room we were given had not been cleaned - second room the key did not work - then they did not give us wifi password - when I went to call the office, the phone did not work. And basically it was not as clean as it should been. Last year's stay was much better - after this year, probably will not be back.

- James (4/5): Not very good. - The refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy and ran almost all the time - making sleep really hard. If you clean the coils at the bottom it would probably fix this and save electricity and prolong the life of the unit. Do all of them ! Buy the right brush for it and it is easy. And the breakfast was bleak - don't bother.
- rosemary (8/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator tends to stop at the second floor, but the doors don't open. You have to go up to the third and/or back down to the first and start over. The "continental breakfast" was less than desirable. Items like bagels, pop tarts, etc. were taken from original wrappers and then cut in half and re-wrapped in plastic wrap. I am against waist but what about the sanitary handling of food. Peanut butter, cream cheese, etc. were also repackaged into small containers.

We didn’t have enough toilet paper. There was a bit left on the roll but they didn’t have an extra roll in the bathroom for us which was annoying. But overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay for the cost.

I called to make the hotel aware that I would be coming in super late.They were awesome.They have somebody staffing the front desk 24/7 which was amazing because I was talking with somebody else who was stranded on the highway, and they said their hotel said, if they're not there by midnight, they're sol so a huge thank you to the front desk staff

The lobby was decorated for fall and even smelled like fall! The carpeting throughout the hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Bed comfortable. Small 32 inch TV but had plenty of channels. Upon checking in all 4 agents at desk were eating lol. But one promptly checked us in. They do put a $100 deposit which I will keep an eye on to make sure it’s not charged. Gave us a room on 3rd floor and entered and it was still Dirty. This was after 4pm. They apologized and gave us another room. lol. Would i stay here again? Sure. Everyone was very pleasant.
- larry (8/5): ok place on the road - The hotel is close to Hwy 70. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was essentially a studio with full refrigerator/freezer, stove, etc. The hotel is older, but has been updated and in good condition. The only negative was the 'included' breakfast. Little more than coffee, some small packaged candy type sweets.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Safe and comfortable - Check in front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I had booked my room shortly before arriving on the app and it hasn't transferred over to their system yet, but he was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was lovely and in good condition: two queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, tv, desk, etc. The room phone didn't appear to be working. Relied on the microwave for a working clock in the room so I could keep my cell phone out of temptation's reach. Stains on the curtains.There was something in the bathtub that was pretty disgusting. We arrived too late to contact the front desk about it. Photos provided. The water temperature in the shower - it took several minutes for the water to heat up to lukewarm. All in all, good experience. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable and the view of the mountains from our room the following morning was gorgeous.

- Jacob (4/5): - This property was in a beautiful location. And had an odd amount of amenities. Which is great. However, The bed was absolutely abysmal. You are selling people a place to sleep...... How can you be so cheap when purchasing beds for this location? The bed is quite literally the most important piece of furniture in every single room. If you don't mind a springy mess of a bed. This location is fairly nice. Also, The "Continental Breakfast" was a big bag of hostess powdered donuts. We won't be returning.

We checked in around 9:30 pm and when we tried settling in for the night, we realized that our pull out couch did not have bedding, nor did our kitchenette have forks and we only had 1 towel. Had to go down to the desk and asked for everything. The next morning we drew back our window curtains and there were spiders and tons of dead mosquitos in the windows. By the end of our stay, the tub had stopped draining properly and we were standing in ankle high water.

It advertised that breakfast was included which, I guess it was if you call mini powdered donuts from a box and a plastic pitcher of apple juice sitting on a coffee table in the lobby a breakfast. The staff were very nice though.
- Megan (10/5): Comfortable & Quirky - Pros: Spacious rooms! I loved the kitchenette in the room; everything was very clean and comfortable. Cons: The breakfast is pre-packaged desserts. Linens don’t match; odd to see a grey washcloth hanging up with all-white linens. (Nbd but it demonstrates the vibe of the place.) During breakfast, my mom observed a squabble between the front desk person and a guest regarding a coffee pot that had been designated by staff as a hot water kettle for tea (without signage). It was amusing to her; however, we had no horse in the race, so it was likely not amusing to the guest being reprimanded for making coffee. Honestly, it’s just fine; I’d stay again. A refreshing escape from the cookie-cutter hotel experience. ;)

- Edwin (2/5): - Horrible experience. My family and i were unable to sleep due to loud noises coming from upstairs. People were running back and forth all night non-stop. Carpet was very very dirty. Front staff would not answer and after 10th call the man who answerd had no manners being very sarcastic and was unwilling to help nor nothing was done about the loud noises. Also chips purchased were expired since 2023. Breakfast was supposed to be included and ended at 9:30 way too early.

- Linda (8/5): - This was a good stay. The place is quiet, convenient, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a room with a kitchen with a full size fridge. That was really nice. But the cupboards were mostly bare and there was no soap to wash them. We made do. The Continental breakfast was not anything to speak of but we had our own food and kitchen upstairs so we were good. Would I stay again, yes.

The continental breakfast that they serve needs a little work other than that everything was great! I only eat yogurt in the morning anyways but for a family that is traveling they should offer a little more than what they do. (just saying).

Overall, it was good for being a 2-1/2 star hotel. We most likely will stay there again if we go back that way.

- Charlene (4/5): - I am going to be completely honest. First I will say that I chose this hotel bc of the reviews & price. I wish I hadn’t. Let me start with the GOOD: location, spacious room (rm. 209), fridge, microwave, beautiful view, kind & helpful staff. NOW the BAD: This hotel used to be a Candlewood Suites and it is old & needs updating. Fresh paint, some new furniture, for ex, Our couch bed was awful! It was stained so bad- gross! I asked for a mattress pad and got one and that helped make my 19 yr old daughter sleep better. We had a separate room with our king bed which was fairly comfortable. However the A/C unit is in the other, main room, & there’s a vent for air to go over to the king room…Well it didn’t work, so we got a box fan & dealt with it. :/ The floors were dirty. No one came to get trash & place fresh towels for 3 days. So I had to go down & get them, which is fine, but no one coming in AT ALL? AND we ran out of TP! Had to use napkins! This is the worst part: Our tub was clogged and I was ankle deep in my soapy water. Yuck! I requested that they unclog it while we were out on day two & they but as the front desk attendant told me, “They unclogged it for the most part, but not completely. It’s BETTER.” It WAS better but not totally unclogged and the water still built up. Why couldn’t they unclog it completely??? Makes NO sense. The continental breakfast was sub par. A bunch of bread products. I wish I had taken pics. Sry, just be warned before you choose this hotel.

- Andrew (6/5): - While our room was clean, and we paid a good price for our hotel room, this hotel was kind of disappointing. First of all, there were hints of cigarette smoke around the lobby area and the elevator had a funky smell. Secondly, the " continental breakfast" was extremely limited and was so skimpy it mines well not had been offered. It also was not getting refilled so there was no juice available whatsoever when we went down to grab our breakfast. A perk of the rooms is that they have pots, pans, cups, plates, and silverware in the room, but some looked like they weren't washed properly prior to our visit. While our room itself was clean and a good price, I probably would not stay here again if I had the choice between this and another hotel.

- JENNIFER (4/5): - Toilet seat was dirty, the soap dispenser was empty, room wasn't even secured up on arrival. Door was propped open. Tub wasn't draining correctly, taking a shower I was ankle deep in water. Breakfast was gone by the time we got there. $100 deposit on check-in
- Gayathri (2/5): - Very worst maintenance. They didn't even gave trash can, facial tissues. Not event basic things. For name sake only they had kitchen it's useless. OMG breakfast is scam, I never saw that type of breakfast setup. Too bad
- Michelle (4/5): - If you're going to offer quarter operated washing machines/dryers, then please have coins available for exchange. When i asked for this, i was met with blank stares. After a long day of travel, I had to go find change. And no...I did not want ti download an app to pay for this as suggested by the sarcastic staff. Also...the sheet on my bed had a stain. GROSS! There was a used bar of soap left in the shower as well. The "continental" breakfast was a joke. Bagels wrapped in cellophane is just that. Who knows how long they had been wrapped. Lack of customer service severely lacking at this place.

- Marie (10/5): - Really nice facility, clean, spacious. Please know that breakfast is bagels, applesauce, English muffins - not a hot breakfast, fine with us. Also, they immediately process a $100 damage deposit on your charge card, not just a “hold” like other facilities do, which never hits your charge card. This means you have to watch and wait for the charge to be reversed.
