• Christine (2/5): - I did not personally like them because me and my wife stayed and I got woke up to banging on the door being accused of having a cat in my room after I even allowed them in the room to check found no cat. House keeping lady said that she walked in earlier and see it for one you ain’t allowed to just walk into someone’s room and for two well where was the cat because we didn’t have one let’s not forget the part of when she was looking in my room, she went over to my SLEEPING wife and picked the blanket up she was coving with and looked underneath it that’s where I drew the line.. on another note A CAT WAS STILL NEVER FOUND IN THE ROOM.

• mehdi (8/5): Good place to stay - I needed a place to rest and take shower for one night, so I made reservations at this hotel, the check in process was very simple. The hotel is remodeled with new and very basic furniture. The only criticism is that the towels are very old. I will stay at this place again But I made sure I take my own towels and, soaps, cups and other items that were not in the room.

• Timothy (3/5): Poor - Mattress was soft and comfy. The place is infested with cockroaches . We killed a couple of roaches when we got in the room. We put our things away and turned off all but one light and played down on the bed. That's when the roaches started crawling out of their hiding places. We killed 6 more roaches withing just a few minutes. I called the front desk and they offered to move us to another room. We got in the new room and killed one roach as soon as we walked in. Fortunately we did not see any more after that. But there was a used wash rag hanging from the shower curtain rod . Don't think I will be going back to that hotel.

• Stephanie (1/5): Bed bugs - There was no breakfast in the lobby when we left around 7:15am My friend spotted what she thought to be a couple of bedbugs. Turns out that’s definitely the case as now evidenced by bites we both have. There was also a disgusting dirty rag on the floor under the luggage rack. Bathroom walls not clean. We were very hopeful as this location is close to where we need to go several times a month. Might have tried again if it was just the cleanliness as that can happen, but the bed bugs make the place a solid no for us.
• Harris (1/5): Aweful experience and could not stay at a closed hotel. I expect a full refund!!! - Nothing THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED AND THE PARKING LOT WAS FULL OF CREEPY PEOPLE THAT WERE JUST STARING AND LITTLE KIDS RUNNING AROUND OUR CAR.
• Norvis (1/5): Never stayed there. - When I arrived, the site was without power/water service The "owner" told me to request a refund through booking.com I called booking.com and a refund approval was requested. The refund was never approved. I called the hotel several times and each time the person who responded to my calls stated he was not authorized to approve refunds.
• Kay (7/5): Pleasant, quite. - None offered Communication was difficult, didn't appear to speak English. The man running place was always watching TV in lobby or asleep in the recliner in the lobby. The lady was the one I saw working. Appeared maybe they lived there. 5 rooms was family, as we were in area for a funeral. The staff was very nice about us using the lobby one evening to have a family visit for a couple of hours. No frills but clean and comfortable. Would stay again.The restaurant next door did give 5 % discount for staying at motel. Food at restaurant was good and staff was very nice.

• Perkins (1/5): Was charged but didn't get to stay - I booked a room with this hotel using Priceline, when I got there it was closed. No electricity. I tried to cancel my reservation through Priceline starting at about 5 pm. At first I couldn't get the app to work, then I finally got to call. Then you put me on hold for over 40 minutes. Now it's after 6pm. I paid in advance full charge. I didn't get to stay in the hotel, I spent the night in my truck because there were no rooms available in the area. But I was still charged for the room. Yes there was a Hurricane but it was 3 days before I made the reservation. This Hotel should have not been making reservations they knew for three days that they didn't have electricity. So I didn't get the room and was still charged on my cash app. Not very happy "

I do not like inside entryways, So I was hesitant to stay. I like to open my door and the car, and my stuff be right there. It ended up being a very nice and comfortable place.

• Barbara (1/5): Wasn't a good day - I drove 50 miles After hurricane Beryl to Find it closed up. They shouldn't book rooms if they are closed up. They should let booking .com know this . I need to contact y'all for refund can't figure that out. Really upsetting to go for hotel 50 miles a way because house damage from storm no electricity no water no ac. Luckily found another hotel. The owner left a message said he call you back then hangs up I couldn't even leave message. He should've left a message saying we are closed at the moment. Refund my money as fast as y'all took it.

I ask the desk they tell me store next door So I call and no I'm told. Caused me to not have clean laundry. For 1 1/2 ....make sure the description matches what u offer. Breakfast gets put up too early. When I was up I saw none so did they even have it More soap for lady's hair. They give ketchup size containers

• Cindy (1/5): Do not stay here unless you are from India - This location is not pet friendly. Refused my service dog. Booked early in the morning letting them know I was traveling with service dog. Once I got there I was told they do not accept any pets including service. Very rude. Told me I can get my money back just do whatever. Told him I was reporting him to ADA. Said he didn’t care. Front lobby was dirty. Meet you at the lobby door and will not let you come inside other than to get a key. They come to you Not allowed to go inside. Felt like a complete foreigner. Is this America?

• Robynn (2/5): The place was in a good location and it was comfortable but the people who run it or ferry rude - The location and the bed was comfortable The guy who runs that place is extremely rude he has a problem with disabled people and will not allow service dogs so my associate was also trying to stay and another room and he turned him away because he had a service dog. And he was very rude about it. Plus he would not refund the money for the room even though he did not allow my friend to stay because of his service dog he still kept the money. I really feel that we should get a refund for that

Wasn’t sure if there was WI-FI, but didn’t ask about it when I checked in. Would have helped me find a place for decent coffee in the morning (my cell had bad service) but no big deal.

• Carolyn (7/5): Good - The facilities were clean and the management was friendly and professional. There were no amenities such as tissues in the bathroom or food available. The place was new and obviously they had plans for such things. The price was right!

Hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Cleanliness was above and beyond. Best hotel I have ever stayed at thru booking. I was pleasantly surprised!!!! I ended up extending my stay a additional 4 days because I was so comfortable there. Definitely made me feel like a Champion with the price point!!! Well done all the way around. They nailed everything! I loved it all.
