- Paula (10/5): - The only negative was an unexpected $10/day to park. We were not aware there was a cost. I sawnit when I reviewed the invoice.
- Amit (10/5): - New hotel (or at least it felt brand new), clean well apportioned rooms, very comfortable. The only not so great thing is that their food and beverage services are only from 5pm until 10pm, except because of staffing (people being late or not knowing how to do their jobs, I.e. it seemed that they were learning the ins and outs of the job, not that they were incompetent) that’s actually more like 5:45pm to 9:30pm. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in the area but it would also consider other choices as well.

- Patrick (10/5): Comfort and Curtesy in Walnut Creek, CA. - My wife has some hip/back issues and uses a walker and walking sticks. Your room was spacious and accommodating, whereas our Marriott motel in Barstow was not. WE truly enjoyed our room and the staff service in Walnut Creek Hilton.

- Ken (6/5): - I spent 3 nights and parts of 4 days. I needed to work from my room much of the days. I kept telling the staff that that the Internet worked very sporadically every 5 to 10 minutes I would lose Internet service for another five minutes before I can get reconnected. I finally left and went to a coffee shop to do work. The next day it continued I left again to get service. I was told to expect a call from the Internet provider in Canada. They told me to shut everything down and try again. That didn't work they said call me back if it doesn't work. I was very frustrated but polite to the ladies at the desk. For two days of constant trouble at an expensive hotel I received $20 off my parking cost. I won't stay there again.

- Raymond (10/5): - New, clean, convenient location with friendly staff. Of the three hotels I stayed at during my trip to the Bay Area, this was my favorite one.
- Tim (10/5): - Excellent exercise room. The pool was in the shade of the hotel most of the afternoon. Great staff. Breakfast was best omelette I've had in a long time. Rather noisy outside with BART passing by frequently. One annoying aspect of the bathroom was there were no racks to hang towels other than in the shower itself. So hand towels and bath towels rarely dried and typically ended on the floor.

- John (10/5): Great newly build hotel in walnut Creek! - Great new clean place to stay in Walnut Creek! Close to Broadway Plaza, Lafayette, Napa, Sonoma-you name it. We are originally for the east bay, up from Palm Springs to visit friends and stumbled upon the best place to stay! Prices are great too!

Told the front desk the third night and all they offered was Reward Points and a box of candy! I can’t even redeem the points after 30 days having an account active. It wasn’t only my room that wasn’t cleaned! I had my parents and my brother in two different rooms! All with the same problem both nights

I was disappointed to learn this location does not offer free breakfast and parking like the other Hilton hotels. I paid $10 per day to park.

- Rodora Jane (4/5): - This hotel has the advantage of being new, with clean and functioning facilities, but its housekeeping services fall short. Despite my daily requests to both housekeeping and the front desk, I didn't receive a full service during my 3-night stay. I was given conflicting information about the service schedule, with a housekeeper saying it's upon request and a front desk staff member saying it's every other day. Sadly, my requests fell on deaf ears, and I will not be returning here.
- Josh (4/5): - I booked two rooms at this hotel through Hotels.com approximately two months in advance. When I arrived, I was informed that one of the rooms had been canceled. The reason for the cancellation was unclear and not explained.
While the hotel did have a room available, they did not honor the original rate I had secured at the time of booking. Instead, I was charged the current, higher rate.
The on-site staff contacted the manager, who was not present at the time. Despite being made aware of the situation, the manager declined to match the original booking rate.
Initially, the situation was frustrating. Looking back, I’m more puzzled by how the cancellation happened and why the rate couldn’t be honored, given the circumstances.

and basically said check in is at 2pm. After discussion with another clerk, we were finally able to check in.
