Guest Reviews
- Richard (8/5): Very pleased. Breakfast was good. Very nice host. Room was very nice - Good No dish soap in kitchen or towel
- August (10/5): -
- Traci (8/5): - The air conditioner wasn’t getting cool enough
- Sharon (9/5): Good place to stay in Philly - Nice place to stay.
- Jeslyn (10/5): - very clean, very good staff, very good location not too far from 40th st station to head into the city.
- Daaniyaal (7/5): Not for me - Staff No TV in all rooms and had to pay for everything even after you spent $300 for one night.

- Katarzyna (4/5): - Hotel nowy i czysty.Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła.Dostęp do ciepłej kawy i herbaty 24/7 w lobby. Lokalizacja fatalna, brudna i podejrzana dzielnica.

- Gloria (10/5): -
- Dana (9/5): The place is clean, nice staff but location is not great - Clean and updated rooms The location is not great
- Nasreldin (8/5): I forgot my adapter and they didn’t tell me up till now and 100% sure that I forgot it in the bathroom - All good Honesty
- Carl (7/5): It was fine for the night - Comfortable beds TV didn't work.
- Neeman (8/5): -
- Joachim Schaetz (10/5): -
- Larry (7/5): Convenient location. Very clean. Especially good for two or more nights because of kitchen. - Breakfast was a good value. Room was very clean. Receptionist was often away from front desk. $40 for parking is outrageously high.
- Todd (5/5): - Coffee was ridiculously weak. Thin walls. It was easy to hear the neighbors. The couple next door was arguing about something and the people above us liked to jump up and down at 1am.
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Lok (10/5): -
- Deron (8/5): I don’t lik that they have to park ur car for u and parking is super expensive - No food / parking is high
- Ray (10/5): -
- Loronda (10/5): - There was no breakfast . Wish the cafe had been open
- Santi (8/5): - It was clean i did not like the location because of the parking but you guys offer valet. Room was nice but I did not like that the TV was not in the bedroom. I was cold out there while doing laundry my husband wanted to cuddle after his work shift. Lol
- Jessica (10/5): -
- manhal (7/5): - the kitchen is poor for equipments. there was only some dishes and cups. so, we could not make salad or cook
- S en G (8/5): - The spacious room (and extra-large bed, 2m x 2.2m) with separate living room/kitchen made our stay comfortable. Super clean! No daylight or reading lamp in the living area. But we were hardly there during the day, so it didn't bother us too much.
- Julio (7/5): -
- Yoel (10/5): - הצוות היהעדיף מאוד ועזר לי למצוא חנייה
- David (7/5): It was decent the $200 security deposit was alot -
- Amber (10/5): Great place, convenient to where we were going, friendly staff - The kitchen/fridge and dining area is a lifesaver! Valet parking is worth it (especially in the cold/snow weather) and not worrying about being towed or car dings from others. Staff was helpful in explaining with questions I had. It’s a great place to stay...Unfortunately a little mix up about our parking when I got there… I called right after I Booked, to confirm for 3nights parking but when arrived, they suggested parking in a garage (couple blocks away) or street parking, they did refund the 1night and were courteous. No complaints just an experience to be cautious for others booking parking, or planing your trip to park elsewhere if they are full.
- YUN (9/5): -
- Brian (8/5): It served its purpose. We arrived, we slept, we checked out. - The beds were very comfortable. Lack of food, drink accessibility in the building. Two vending machines did not offer a lot of selections and there was no where close outside of the building to get anything to eat.
- Nell (8/5): - It was clean, quiet and an excellent value.
There's a full kitchen and washer/dryer so it's more like an apartment than a hotel room. The reception desk was very helpful.
- Jennifer (9/5): Had a great stay at 4211 Suites. Very economical. Would definitely stay again. - It was nice to have a front desk person available 24/7 if needed. Parking was easy, we had no problems. Could hear the TV from neighboring suite in front room. No regular sized bowls, only tiny ones!
- Hodges (1/5): -
- Tim (6/5): -
- Unique (9/5): -
- govind (9/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): Short and sweet - The rooms were a nice size, everything was clean for the most part, the rooftop was cool but it was too cold to enjoy it this time of year lol. I like that they lock the door after 7pm to where you need your key to get in There were no TVs in the bedrooms. The sofa bed mattress was a little dirty, nothing a sheet couldn’t cover but you see it as soon as pull the couch out
- Tyler (9/5): -
- Cathy (6/5): Misinformation - The location of the suites was close to our destination, clean and comfy. The staff wasn't too concerned that we were going to miss our appt after driving all the way from Virginia, due to the garage lift malfunctioning. We asked 1 1/2 HOURS prior to needing our vehicle that it'd be available on time. NOT UNTIL AFTER TELLING US SEVERAL TIMES THAT IT WAS COMING, did they admit to a malfunction.
- Teri (6/5): Good price, but you get what you pay for. - The staff was nice and the hotel, lobby and room was clean - for the most part, except for the couch. The price is a great value too. The couch/pull out sofa in the living room area was dingy and super cheap/poor quality. I didn’t even want to sit on it.
There should be individual coffee makers and coffee in each rooms. This is standard in every other hotel. You provide coffee in the lobby but it was literally the worst coffee I have ever tasted and it’s really hard to screw up coffee. I think it is the coffee makers - they just continue to cook the coffee the whole time and it tastes burned. I could not even finish a cup.
- Myiesha (9/5): -
- Bryan (7/5): Good for the price compared to nearby hotels to the University of Pennsylvania - The property was clean. Staff was great. Parking was right there or you could park on the street for free if you could find a spot. There is no TV in the bedrooms. Very inconvenient…..
- Jennifer (5/5): - No carpets. Individual room mitsubishi units. Spartan. We were given only one towel for 2 people. Zero cleaning supplies. No pots, pans, nor coffee maker.
The sound insulation between rooms and floors was horrid. We could hear people partying and jumping up and down until finally we called the front desk at around 3am. Then we were instructed to locate the offender before someone would go to tell them to be quiet.
In order to get the extra towel, a pot, a sponge, dishwashing soap, we had to go down to the front desk to retrieve them. No paper towels ever provided.
- Milliken (10/5): - The staff were incredibly helpful! The staff were over the top in providing us care.
- Chantil (7/5): Great place, but parking is a NOT !!! - It was very clean and reasonable price Didn't like that you had to find a place to park when booked it said parking included, but there are dimensions of a vehicle...so was upset about that and what the front desk girl gave wrong options we tried both places and they said no over night parking. So if you're lucky, you can find a place up the street to park!! Then, we had to carry our bags to the place...
- Vicky (8/5): - Room clean but very sparse, having to ask for items such as dish soap, towels (cloth or paper?), no drinking or water glasses in room either - was not an ideal situation. Staff always friendly & helpful, valet parking was convenient. Decent surroundings - close to dining options & near UPENN for my husband’s surgery.
- JOSEPH (10/5): - Everything was spotless.
- Carolynn (10/5): - Not the best area
- Michelle (10/5): -
- David (6/5): - The overall stay was good, the front desk could use some better customer service, the personalities of two sleek clerks were not friendly at all
- Geraldo (10/5): - Very good place wonderful staff i like it
- Laila (10/5): - It was very good
- Azhar (8/5): - I wish they had breakfast. However, on a positive note they are working on a café on the first floor. I wouldn't mind staying there again. Really helpful staff. Thank you!
- William (8/5): - Space was nice with 2 large bedrooms each with own bath. Small kitchen was convenient. Washer/dryer was nice to have but dryer didn’t work very well. Cleanliness wasn’t great.
- Matthew S. (10/5): Couple on Weeknd Getaway - Our stay was very pleasant from the check-in valet process. To acceptability in the room. To quality of the decor and design in the room. We very much enjoyed our two day stay here. Would recommend to others
- Shannon (8/5): -
- Frances (10/5): - Very nice, clean hotel with modern decor and a washer and dryer in room.
- Emoni (8/5): Stuck on elevator - We stayed one night, the room was clean but did have a couple flies. Other than that it was cleaned. My only real complained was we got stuck on the elevator and the fire department had to come get us out. Either an employee or the owner was there when we got out and he chuckled and said that it happens all the time which was very concerning to me. We ended up taking the stairs for the rest of the day.
- CHERYL (10/5): - Tiffany was anazing. She was very helpful in providing information about getting to the sites. We will return.
- Amber (7/5): - Comfortable My room was smaller then my last stay and I paid less last time and my room was bigger
Also my pan I asked for was dirty.
- John (8/5): - There were no pots or pans if I wanted to cook something. Could hear every movement from the person on the floor above me. The rooftop area is amazing. Wish I had more time to enjoy it.
- Maria Marcela (9/5): -
- Susan (8/5): - A great location, just west of UPenn campus, the hotel was clean and useful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My only feedback was that I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking around.
- William (10/5): Very clean but small - The picture made it seem bigger than it actually was, but it worked out. Very clean and comfortable.
- Jeanne (10/5): -
- Sharon (8/5): - The rooms were nice, we were on the 2nd floor, so was a bit noisy, i would ask to go up a bit higher next time. We had a good trip, and the staff were great. thanks
- Happy (10/5): - good
- Jeanette (10/5): Will definitely be back! - Everything! Nothing
- Nadirah (10/5): - Friendly staff. Clean room. Clean lounge.
- Jasmine (10/5): - Clean room, great staff, great service.
Highly recommended !
- Audrey (10/5): - Quick check in and front desk was super nice to hold our luggage for the day. Suite was clean and newly renovated. Rooms are not sound proof so bring ear plugs!
- Pablo (8/5): - Clean room
- Þráinn (8/5): -
- Edward (8/5): -
- Harriet (6/5): - Neighborhood was not great. Unable to figure out how to turn on the TV with instructions. Could hear people in floor above us. Would not stay there again
- Carol (8/5): Clean and convenient - Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean and new. The kitchen was not stocked at all. There wasn't even any silverware. A sign said you could get kitchen supplies from the front desk. Why even have a kitchen?
- Michael S (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and thorough. No charge for Valet. Room was very clean. The halls, elevators and hallways also. Rooftop was nice. The price was right for evening same day evening reservation. Saved $80 dollars on most comparisons. Staff was exceptionally comfortable in their job.Giving my wife, my grandson (13 yr) and I, a relaxed confidence all was good. Highly recommend.
- Ryan (6/5): EH, not my favorite - It was alright, clean, fairly quiet, definitely in a sketchy part of town and not having TV's in the bedrooms is super annoying.
- Montserrat (10/5): - New property and very kind and helpful staff
- Eric (8/5): - Great place and location but NOT luxury which is fine as we just needed a space to " hang or hats for a few days. Staff were kind and always helpful. Could hear guests above but not next door
- Maritza (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable beds
- Hannah (10/5): - The 4211 Suites were clean, comfortable and just the right place for our stay in Philadelphia
- Akan (10/5): - Great stay. Room was like a 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and laundry.
- Greg (9/5): -
- charles (10/5): -
Excellent
- Christiane (2/5): - Super over rated not worth the expensive stay paper thin walls kids screening all night
- Martha (10/5): - The stay was great . I had no worries leaving my parents there. It was clean, spacious and had all well
- Kristine (7/5): - Easily accessible Very stark rooms.
- Nathan (10/5): - Honestly the price was great. Then you see the room. I was so amaze it had everything in it.
- ana (10/5): - the suite was very clean and well remodeled
- Jennifer (10/5): - Front desk staff were pleasant and knowledgeable.
- occide (10/5): - I enjoyed the place and I wouldn't mind to reside at this location...
- SHANELLE (8/5): - Nice property but the parking situation sucked it's 40.00 a night to use the garage and street parking is non existing so good luck.
