Guest Reviews
- Perri P (10/5): Post Inca Trail Luxury - I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. It was a special treat to eat at the tasty breakfast buffet in the morning, watch the resident alpacas frolic around the pool, and gaze through the gigantic windows at the town of Maras and the mountains of the Sacred Valley. What a fabulous spot!
- Anthony (6/5): - Serene setting marred by overlooked essentials. Room lacked basic amenities: no towel hooks in bathroom, shower caddy, or trash can. Housekeeping inconsistent, requiring requests for fresh towels during a weekend stay.
Dining experience positive with room service available. Spa package disappointing due to unclean jacuzzi, though massage by Carmen was excellent.
Staff performance mixed, with only two standout employees. Unwelcome sales pitch for “VIP” offerings upon arrival detracted from relaxation.
While food quality impressed, the overall experience fell short of the promised luxury. Attention to detail and improved guest services could elevate this potentially beautiful retreat.
