- Arizona (8/5): - It was clean and comfortable. I could hear music playing from another guest until 1am, so that was not fun. There’s a nice workout room. There is coffee in the morning, but no breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay.

- Michael (2/5): Nightmare On Galleria Street! - I was consistently waken up to doors slamming at all hours of the day! vagrants camping out in the parking lot, seemingly from sun up to sun down, what appeared to be illegal drug activity could have played a roll in the malarkey! Just an overall undesirable experience!

- Kelley (4/5): Unprofessional - Billing Issues - My experience was far from pleasant due to the behavior of the general manager. From the moment I arrived, I faced issues with billing. I had booked my stay using my Key Cash rewards and had the receipt to prove it, but upon check-in, I was told that my room wasn't paid for. I was directed to email my receipt to the GM, and my check-in was finally processed. However, the next morning, I received an alarming call from the GM. She accused me of not paying for my room and threatened to call the police if I didn’t resolve the issue immediately. This confrontation was not only shocking but completely unnecessary. It was clear that she lacked basic problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities. I was understandably upset by the early morning call and the accusation, which felt completely unjustified. After spending a significant amount of time on the phone with Hotels.com, the issue was eventually resolved. But later that day, I received a call stating that I had been "blacklisted" from the property for "bad behavior," despite the fact that I had a two-week stay booked for the following week. This was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling unwelcome. It’s evident that the general manager lacks the necessary people skills and training to effectively manage her staff and handle guest issues. I believe the owner needs to be made aware of how poorly the property is being run and the negative impact this has on customer experience. I cannot recommend this hotel!
- Elizabeth (6/5): - The room itself and the cleanliness of the hotel was adequate. However, the app clearly stated that the hotel had a pool. I chose that hotel over others because of location AND the pool. It was extremely disappointing to arrive and find the offered amenity wasn't available.

- Marci (4/5): Bad experience - Hotel lobby was nice. Items that are usually standard in a hotel room like a hair dryer, iron, coffee maker were not available in the room. There was only one coffee machine in the entire hotel and it ran out. They didn’t even have an ice machine on the premises. Our room was clean but someone had used the microwave before our stay and burnt either noodles or rice in it so the room smelled like it. The bed was horribly cheap. I didn’t even know that spring mattress's were a “thing “ anymore but I was mistaken. We felt every spring in it. I would not recommend.

Couldn’t reach hotel operators by room phone, no hot water, no hand towels, only 2 pillows on bed ( 1/pp), tv was jumping/ fuzzy, have to remove your trash from room. No irons or boards and it’s an extended stay hotel. The amenities are just not there!!!

- Tiffany (6/5): - You could really tell that this property was brand new! Everything was very nice and clean and we loved how it had a kitchenette in the room with a full refrigerator to use. Unfortunately, we did not have a 10/10 experience. The gentleman who checked us in was pretty rude and gave no instructions as to where the room was or how to get up to it, BUT the lady who checked us out was very nice. It was so noisy, especially Friday night and I didn't see beforehand that there is no attendant throughout the night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our next door neighbors every time they coughed, walked, or even moved their chair. The neighbors across the hallway were in and out all night long (same as the person above us who stomped around all night long) and the door slammed every time they went in and out of the room. We ended up leaving a night early due to this.

- david (8/5): Farm and fleet - Everything was good. Room had a large fridge and a stove top. New or newer motel. Did not serve breakfast but had the best rates around. The only negative, seemed like the room had been smoked in. Would stay again.
- George (2/5): - Pet policy clearly stated: $5/day fee and $50 deposit. When I checked in the clerk adamantly explained: “The $50 deposit will NOT be returned to me no matter what.” So my 5# Yorkie was going to cost me $50 per night!!!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): It was ok - This hotel was on our way south. Unfortunately we checked-in before a big group came and waited at least 30 mins. After a tiring drive, it wasn’t fun to wait. I just think, they should have had additional help. They had 2 computers. The receptionist was friendly and patient. The hallways needed vacuuming. The room was clean. I think I heard they had a recent grand opening, so room looked new. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and electric stove top (2 burner). But no utensils, pots, pans, cups nor plates. A plus for me was that the room had no carpet. The bed was ok, not as comfortable as I thought it’d be. The fitness room had 3 treadmills and an elliptical. No free weights but they do have medicine balls and a cable machine. It got warm working out. I didn’t find an air condition controller or fan.

I was upset at the mere calmness from the front desk as if they didn't care about my situation. I felt utterly disrespected. They didn't even offer me anything for my problem. I wont stay there again.

We didn’t realize the front desk was only manned till 8:00 on Sunday but after dialing the number a staff member came and helped us. We would stay again as long as they have hot water.
- Denise R (6/5): - The facility was very clean and well cared for. The ladies at check in were great. It is a very bare bones place. Two things will keep me from using it again. 1. Police leading a man out of the hotel in handcuffs and 2. Not a stitch of hot water the last morning we were there. No staff on duty to complain to. The cable went out as well and we had to call the tech support ourselves. If you are looking for a quick place to spend the night it is fine. I did love the newness and cleanliness of this hotel.
- Cindy (8/5): - It's a no frills Hotel more geared towards extended stays. There is no carpeting and no curtains. The lack of curtains let's the streetlights flood your room. The room rates were great. Very close to many restaurants and stores. If you want your towels or washcloths replaced the note in the room says you have to pay for them and room cleaning.

I called several times to let someone know we’d be coming and a time. Someone finally answered and said “well, you’ll have to be quiet, people are sleeping”. All we needed was a shower and a bed to sleep in. Aside from that, everything was great. Nice, clean rooms and a nice part of town.

- Phil (2/5): Close down immediately - Said bed was a king. It either wasn’t or was the smallest king I’ve ever seen lol. Almost on the ground literally knee high and I’m only 6 feet tall. Would make sense if I was Shaq but then again nothing in this hotel made sense. Only had two towels, gym is a joke, room small, bed tiny and cheap and service isn’t 24/7 so if you get there late you can’t check in.

No dish towel/cloth or soap available. No kleenix but plenty of toilet paper. Bed ok…little hard for my taste. Otherwise ok.

- Cassie (6/5): Don't bother after midnight - Hotel did not have check in after midnight despite being booked and paid for in advance. We had to call to be let in, and after still get no answer a guest let us in. The front desk was closed at 11pm and it seemed like the work who came down to check us in lived there. It was a very odd experience. Bed was not very comfortable but rooms were clean.
