- Majd M Al (8/5): Good Experience, Could Be Even Better - I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room size was just right – not too big, not too small – and overall quite cozy. The staff and general atmosphere made it a pleasant experience. A couple of small areas could be improved: the wardrobes could be more practical, and there was some occasional noise from nearby rooms when furniture was being moved. I also noticed a slight smell coming through the bathroom vents. Nothing major, but addressing these details would definitely make the stay even better. The hotel is trendy and vibing, the reception area is big with 2 restaurants/ cafes and lots of hanging around spots. The lobby is also great for getting your work done. The staff are super nice and helpful.

- Simon (10/5): - Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan! There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station. It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool. I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc.

- Karina and David (10/5): - We enjoyed how spacious this hotel was. The rooms were perfect size and very clean. The hotel offered a lot. There was so much to do. The property is well kept. The rooftop was amazing and so were the views. The night life was chill and the street food portion and options was a plus. We loved renting bikes that were right outside the hotel and riding into the near tourist locations and plaza. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We plan to use this hotel chain wherever possible. Very near to the Florence main train station.

It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy. The staff was helpful and nice. It was clean. The room was great with a comfortable bed and pillows and a great shower! The rooftop pool and bar were great on a sunny day to unwind. Recommended

However, the walls are too fine - you could hear everything! The bathroom has no fan, leading to an uncomfortable stale smell. The light switches are inconveniently at the front of the room and overall it was just meh.

- Lilia (10/5): - Brand new hotel with stunning rooftop garden, bar, and enormous pool, with spectacular view of the Duomo. The staff is very attentive and made our stay feel special. The bed was very comfortable. The energy and the vibe in the hotel is very positive, it had a great feel to it. Restaurants were excellent, breakfast was plentiful. Neighborhood had great restaurants, too. Walking distance to all sites, but the tram stops right outside the front door as well.

- Leigh (10/5): - They are understaffed at front desk. There is always a line to ask even a simple question. The staff is young kids who obviously don’t care about the clients’ problems or questions. I felt like they were fake and put out to help me.

- Guy (10/5): Modern hotel with great atmosphere - The hotel is very modern with a vibrant atmosphere. It had an amazing roof top area with gardens, a large swimming pool, loungers and bar. Its a 10 minute walk from the station, so is slightly away from the central tourist area, however one of the tram lines stops adjacent to the hotel. There's a good gym and the breakfast was great. The check in and communication was quite high tech and efficient, but there were plenty of very friendly and helpful staff on hand.

- Anthony (2/5): - Worst experience I've ever had. Booking this hotel is a huge gamble. I saw some really poor reviews but I know it's impossible to please everyone so I ignored them. Don't make the same mistake. Our room was leaking a disgusting, smelly substance. Told the front desk and they didn't care. They said we have no other rooms. They sent maintenance to take a look and he was actually really helpful and apologetic. They finally agreed to change our room (suddenly there was an availability). Unfortunately, our new room had two broken bed frames. The beds were on a 45 degree angle. Told the front desk and they blamed it on us before finally agreeing to send the maintenance guy again. To top it off, some of the most stuck up people working at the front desk I've ever seen. Book anywhere else.

The only minor issue was some noise at night from a terrace party, but it wasn't too disturbing and didn't take away from our overall great experience.

- Michael (10/5): Best Place Ever - This was by far the best place we stayed at. The place is modern, spotless, and the rooftop bar is great. We could see the Duomo from there. At night that view is lovely. The laundry is free, and there’s no need to buy detergent. You just load and go. You can reserve machines through their app. We were just a few steps away from the train station, which was a blessing. There’s restaurants and shopping right there.

- Michael (10/5): Highly recommend. - We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it so much we extended our visit. The staff was excellent and friendly and the amenities were very nice. Everything was walkable. The gym allowed a proper workout followed by a nice swim in the large pool. Free laundry service was a plus. I will stay here again.

The staff was great there, especially the night time waiter who is an artist doing that tricks with the bottles and glasses. In contrast to the staff on the hotel exclusive (pool area) area of the roof top. Rushy and bad communication people there. After so many difficult to get me a table, while I was seeing a lot available, they made me pay EUR100 for a dinner that I understood it would be EUR50.

- Angela (10/5): Top option - Fantastic room, comfortable bed, amazing shower. A warm welcome from the start. The rooftop is a definite wow factor. Great views, drinks and food. Heaps of different spots around to relax. We also used the restaurant which was good and ate breakfast there every day. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. Great selection and good coffee machines. We used the laundry twice and were able to wash,dry and iron our clothes for free!! Love the social hub. It will always be my first choice when visiting a different city.

We were told that no luggage trolley was available in a nonchalant way. Elevator wait was long, one was out of service! - MARK (8/5): - A unique hotel experience from the very good (staff, room size, overall facilities and convenient location) to the bizarre (IKEA standard furniture, walking through the Car park corridor to find the room, poor signage and the advertised swimming pool only available to “members”) to the bad (bathroom floor and walls were not clean, strange hair in shower enclosure, broken taps, barely functioning aircon). I would stay here again but with eyes open and considering value for money. Outside within a couple of minutes there are great value places for dinner and breakfast

The staff at reception were so welcoming and very helpful. All the hospitality staff - bar, cafe and restaurant were all so friendly. The breakfast was so good and catered for gluten free dining. Incredible views from the rooftop...the pool was incredible... I absolutely recommend 'The Social Hub' as an amazing place to stay while enjoying Florence and neighbouring locations. Excellent stay, thank you so much.

- Sanjana (10/5): - We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.
- Andrew (8/5): Hotel needs some attention to safety and service. - Our room was slow to allow us to check in. We had no cups for a brew after I’d informed them. Didn’t seem bothered. The hotel is massive, no signs on doors where lifts are on the upper levels. If there was a fire it would be very scary.
- William (10/5): - This place is a gem! Only a short tram ride from the train station, it is modern, reasonably priced, and has an attractive vibe. Breakfast was terrific and our room (2047) was amply sized. This is our now go to accommodation in Florence.
- Andrew (4/5): - The hotel was very basic and had student type vibes. The route to the room walking through the basement of the hotel, and the need to iron your clothes in the bespoke laundry room typified this. The room was uncomfortably hot and the thermometer wasnt working, and the shower flooded the entire room. Breakfast was good and I heard the rooftop bar was good from a colleague.

- Tiyannah (6/5): - This property has a lot of potential. It has a super cute lobby that makes you feel excited to stay there. My husband enjoyed the pool area. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is right across the street from the train. Unfortunately, our room was visibly dirty. The towels appeared used, the cups and spoons were used and the bathroom was not cleaned. Luckily, we only stayed for one night.
