Timothy (8/5): Great room! - The stay was great and the staff was very responsive. The only issue I had was the shower. While I can understand low flow shower heads for water conservation, a person actually ends up using more water just trying to get the soap of their skin and out of their hair.

Tamora (6/5): - The young man that checked us in was very kind. Over night, we turned the water on in the kitchenette sink and it drained right onto the floor. We tried to reach out to the front desk early in the morning to report this, but no one was there. We did not call the phone # listed but we rang the bell. The doors and locks are very loud, so when anyone shuts or locks their door, you can hear it all the way down the hall. I felt bad because we had to leave so early in the morning and I know every room heard our door close even though we try to close it gently.
Cynthia (10/5): - The hotel is clean and new. The bed is comfortable. There’s a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove, which is great. The staff is friendly and courteous. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
Tim (6/5): Nice Hotel if you don't need to shower. - Everhome suite has comfortable rooms and located in a convenient area, however we had constant problems with our key cards not working and had to have them reprogrammed several times. The water pressure or flow restriction in the shower (4th floor) was unacceptably low. My wife could not shampoo her hair for 3 days. We will stay somewhere else next time where can take a normal shower.

Larry (6/5): Corvette Invasion participant... - I arrived after a 7 hour drive and wanted some ice water. No ice machines on the property. Had to wait several hours for the icemaker in the fridge to make ice. No housekeeping service, I travel quite a bit and I stayed there 4 nights and never saw a housekeeper. No towels replaced, bed not touched in 4 nights. $478.00 for 4 nights of just a place to sleep. N0 breakfast options of any type. No coffee in the lobby. Coffee in the room offered no sugar or creamer. Coffee in the room not replenished after being used. Employees were uncaring. I walked by the front desk countless times in 4 days and maybe twice I was acknowledged as I walked by. At best this is a $69.00 per night motel. I won't stay here again.
Keila (6/5): - Newly opened and not ready for customers. Didn’t have essentials like lotion, shower caps etc. For a new hotel the Sumatra looked damaged and unclean (see picture) Also the main road isn’t opened yet so directions where wrong and you could only get their via a neighborhood. Also not sure if it is new glue or something but the room had a funny smell. Not horrible but not great. Lastly I wanted some water and you could t pay at the desk. You had to go to a separate kiosk after checking in Give it a few more months and maybe they will be ready
Elise (2/5): Rude customer service/receipt refusal - Refused to give me a receipt (after I finally got a hold of them) and the customer service person was super rude not eh phone.
Suella (8/5): - Having to escape the heat from our home with a broken air conditioner, arriving at the clean , cool hotel was a treat! We were greated with a refreshingly pleasant scent, which the hotel had wafting through the air. The front desk clerk was amazing! Brian welcomed us with a genuine smile and very hospitable manner. Our room was clean and spacious, however we couldn't get the tv to work. Wen I enquired about it with Brian, he profusely apologized and went as far as to change our room and offer drinks and snacks for our inconvenience. All was good in the second room. The mini kitchen is fully stocked with items needed to prepare and serve a meal. The only real issue with our stay was beyond the hotel's control. The city hasn't opened the street which leads to the hotel. We had to maneuver through a neighborhood. If you need a place to stay for a business trip, conference or a quick overnight, this is the place for you!
Diana (6/5): Brand new construction. - The hotel is very new and the entrances to get to the hotel are not quite open yet and there was no detour sign or anything to tell me how to get into the property so that was a bit of a problem. The staff didn’t seem to be knowledgeable of the property. I asked if they had a pet area and the gentleman at the desk said no, and then I turned the corner and saw a sign on the wall that said pet area this way. No biggie. Also, the TVs were not working yet, in fact, I wasn’t even able to cast Netflix, but there was an arm but there was a army of cable installers staying at the hotel so I’m sure that will change soon. The bed was very comfortable and the property seemed clean. They had a small gym and the “backyard” had two grills, some tables and chairs and an area that you could play cornhole. All of the rooms have a small kitchenette with a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. The room was also a really good size.I will definitely stay here again.

Shanna (4/5): Worst hotel experience - One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The kitchen sink leaked. The rooms are noisy. At 3am 2 of the 4 nights i stayed here i heard a banging noise and the walls were vibrating. I can only assume someone was having sex. The walls should not be so thin that they vibrate when someone in the hotel is having sex. No one cleaned the rooms the entire time i was here. I dont want to see bags of garbage from other rooms in the hallways. I should not have to set my garbage in the hallway to have it removed from my room. Hire someone to service the rooms. I will never stay at another Everhome. Because this experience was so bad i will not stay at any hotel associated with Everhome.

Michael (10/5): Decent - Basic, clean extended stay hotel. No bells nor whistles. Friendly service. Rooms are a bit small, but I'd stay there again.
Christy (8/5): Nice place to stay - This place is new and very comfortable. The only down side was that the only elevator broke during our stay and we had to take the stairs.
Terri and Michael (8/5): Good stay - Hotel is new and has a lot of kinks to work on. The room was nice, bed very comfortable, shades are mechanically controlled and ours would only go up about 12 inches making our room during the day with not enough day light. Shower pressure was very low. No facial tissue in the room. Hope this hotel will make improvements as it is a very beautiful hotel.
Satonya (10/5): New and Fresh - This hotel is one of the newest in the area, so everything is new and fresh and very quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. It's an extended stay hotel so the rooms have a kitchenette. We were only in the area for one night, but wish we could have stayed longer.
Melody (2/5): Avoid this hotel! - Fox ‘News’ greeted us in the lobby. Employee at desk claimed that he could not change the channel. Seemed oblivious to how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt. Would not recommend. Did not feel safe.

Danielle (4/5): - The property itself was really nice. We had “management” walk into our room at 3am, which caused a panic for my family. There were no soap in the bathrooms, the room they originally gave me was dirty and it took a minute for them to reassign another room. It was a crazy experience for the hotel being brand new.

The door to the bathroom was not really well thought-out. Its a barn- door type door and there was a crack between the door and the wall, so you could see into the bathrrom at the right angle. But other than that, its top- notch.
