Guest Reviews
- Richard (10/5): - Great location and nice room
- Wyatt (10/5): - Very quick and attentive staff
- gregory (6/5): - We’ve been going to this inn for about 25 years now. We’ve seen it go through 4 different owners. Rock city has bought the Inn and it’s lost that personal touch we were used to. Does not have that cozy feel anymore! And the breakfast is the minimum now, used to have a lot more food. Disappointed! Sad!!
- Wilson (10/5): Helpful hints - Problem with how to use TV. Staff needs to be better informed indirections for driving on the Mt and how to get there. Also fine dining in the area. Otherwise, you are way above the curve
- David (8/5): - Unique and quaint
- mark (10/5): - My room was Fantastic. I asked for a spa tub because of the long motorcycle and they exchanged my room for one with a Jacuzzi Tub. The bed was extremely comfy and I slept better than I do at home
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Comfortable robes provided.
Exquisite breakfasts.
Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, approachable, delightful staff.
- jeff (10/5): - Very beautiful and extremely friendly
- Bryan (10/5): - Cozy historic cottage with the best breakfast in the US. Short walk to Rock City.
- LorieAnn (10/5): - Unique, cozy room with lovely main house & breakfast each morning. Easy walk to Rock City; easy to get to nearby Chattanooga, TN.
- Gloria (10/5): - Beautiful cottage, well preserve, quiet, fresh breakfast, comfortable bed, we stay on romm 8. Great customer service. Walking distance to Rock City.. Beautiful preserve garden and clean pool. Will definitely return.
- Jeannette (10/5): - We loved the unique cabins on the property that reminded us of hobbit homes! They were very cute and charming. The location next to Rock Mountain was convenient.
- Marc (10/5): - Very nice and confortable place. Very courteous and pleasant staff. We will definitely go back!
- David (8/5): - We picked this place because of the pool and the pool was closed the whole time it’s a great place just don’t like paying for something we can use
- Delwin (10/5): - My wife and I loved our stay and will definitely stay here again!
- Tracy (10/5): Can't wait to come back! - We had a fabulous stay! Bed is really comfortable and we slept well all four nights. Breakfast was delicious with a special offering every day along with other options. Delicious coffee is always on hand. They offer a savory snack in the afternoon and a dessert in the evening.
The saltwater pool was refreshing with lots of chaise lounges and umbrellas available.
Staff is very friendly and professional.
Would be a perfect place for a honeymoon or anniversary.
Looking forward to returning!

- James (10/5): The Best Getaway 💕 - Everything was beautiful. !! The location was perfect. The food and the people truly made for an extra special getaway. Abigail, Cassidy, Michael and everyone who worked with us were extra attentive to every detail. We would certainly recommend to our friends and family. So nice.
- Douglas S. (10/5): - Beautiful property. Relaxing environment.
- Melissa (2/5): - Nothing I would never stay at this place again, not only did they lie about the views ( the beautiful view was a neighborhood and the relaxing fire pit was right beside a four way stop for rock city this place was nothing like they advertised. And then to make it worse they charged me 307. For a room no bigger then a good size closet. The robes had holes I guess from other guest. Then they put me in a room where they was a older couple, so while I was in the shower I could hear everything they said and done so I was so uncomfortable to even turn the TV up. On top of I drove 4 and a half hours to get there and ended up leaving after two hours being there and had to leave to drive 4 home. No wonder they have no return money policy. So I'm out close to 400. And 9 hrs of drive for a small uncomfortable horrible lying place ..
- Steve (10/5): - Nice bed and breakfast
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful Inn with very friendly and helpful staff. It's a lovely getaway place with excellent sweet tea and an amazing breakfast.
- Bryan (10/5): - Exceptional hospitality and amenities. See the rock cottages at Chanticleer!
