The young lady that took our call to reserve our room, YAZ she was very kind and nice and reserved the room that we like when we stay there me and My Wife also all your front personnel Jamal I think is his first name that was there in the afternoon who checked the sink was very nice respectful gave us water and also also the woman who prepares the breakfast. I think her name is Anisa she’s so kind and friendly preparing our food making sure that we’re well taken care of and this is why I love staying there when I visit family 10 out of 10

• Shanell (10/5): - Staff was very nice, the power went out on our second night which promoted us to have to leave and they were very accommodating to credit back our nights stay. The breakfast is the best I've had. The lady working it is one of the sweetest people there!! I just wish they offered fruit or cookies throughout the day like other hotels we have stayed at. Pool is definitely on the smaller side compared to other hotels but worked ok for us for this stay. I would definitely stay again!

• shane (10/5): - This Marriott property is new and extremely clean and well played out. Very easy access to the freeway and there is a 7-11 store in an adjoining parking lot. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the room is very nice with a walk in shower. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything about the experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful New Hotel - Beautiful, new hotel but with a couple of glitches. The light switch in our room was hidden behind the door as you enter. Climate control systems are always bad in hotel rooms as I am very sensitive to draft. In this room the system was even worse - the first night we didn't note any specifics but felt like the climate wasn't controlled very well. The second night we had set the thermostat to 72 degrees but we woke up at 3 AM to 82 degrees! We mentioned this at check out and trust that it will be corrected for future guests.

It was a short trip for 2 newly senior citizens, you may want to mention this to the front desk since they will call your room at 6 am because there was a complaint that we made too much noises (I don't think my husband snoring that loud). I understand that the staff duties when complaints from guests, but there should be a better way to handle the situation.

• Gretchen (8/5): Good place to overnight for biz trip - I only stayed one night but it was convenient for local places to eat and close to LLNL.
