- Daniel (6/5): - They pre-assign security codes for hotel room doors. This is unsafe and unsecure as anyone working at the hotel or gets access to your code can come into your room. My sunglasses and shower gel were stolen by an unidentified person who entered my room at 2:06am.

- Ronald (10/5): Great location Stay in Medellin. - We made a good choice staying at this hotel, it was clean and housekeeping at your preference. We had hot water and a the air conditioner was in great shape. The location is perfect because it is in between el Poblado and Laureles. The rate was also excellent even in spite of it being high season. I would definitely stay here again.
