- FLORIANO (2/5): RECLAMAÇÃO ACOMODAÇÕES DS POUSADA SHALON - LAGOA S - DECEPCIONADA. Fiz uma reserva com 15 dias de antecedência e na nossa chegada o quarto não estava pronto. Escolhi a Pousada pois era apenas para dormir pois iria para Confins na manhã seguinte. Chegando lá quem me atendeu nem sabia da reserva. Para te ser honesta ao analisar o local me pareceu mais um local de encontros escusos. Sem PRIVACIDADE ALGUMA ( janelas e portas com gretas, chão sujo, sabonete de péssima qualidade, toalhas desiguais. Barulho de moto insuportável. Por se tratar de um local que participa da HOTÉIS.COM, que tem credibilidade no mercado, o resumo final: EU E MEU MARIDO FICAMOS DECEPCIONADOS. Espero que vocês zelem pelo nome da empresa e revisem esta parceria. Não tenho como adicionar fotos porque cheguei a tarde e sai no outro dia de madrugada e não tinha intenção de fazer qualquer reclamação, mas realmente não foi uma estadia saudável.
