Guest Reviews
- Ricardo (2/5): - Got a different room for my stay and he just said that the other ones were getting remodeled. Didn’t have a coffee machine in the room and the beds were rock solid, it was softer to sleep in the floor, tv wouldn’t turn on with remote and the cable was terrible shows keep freezing.
- Theresa (8/5): - It was an okay stay for the price. Need to make sure rooms are actually clean before booking them
- Andrew (10/5): - .
- Jerad (2/5): - Dirty and homeless people.
- Sarah (6/5): - Motel needs updating. Room was not the cleanest.
- Pang (2/5): - Toilet would not flush, sink overfills when used. Drain issues.
- James (2/5): - Rooms are half renovated and not finished..dont get a king suite as they are not renovated at all and are very dirty and rusty. Very cheap and sketchy. Service is horrible at the front desk. And pool is closed because its full of junk.
- Zulma (10/5): - I love the place
- Jose (2/5): - not for any kind of family staying smells like 1989 weed 40ounces not for the weak or just dont please am puerto rican just go spend the $ elsewhere
- Gordon (8/5): - Great place to stay for a cheap price.
- harley (8/5): - Dirty and broken floor light switchs broken but was ok for the price
- Alicia (2/5): - I have no words for that place .. other than they need to tear the whole building down start over real talk
- Sufyan (2/5): - Staff wasn't helpful at all
- Ferdinand (2/5): I hope the updated rooms are nicer - Our room was very outdated and unclean. We also saw two cockroaches
- tura (10/5): - Good service
- Abdifatah (10/5): - Ol
- Rhonda (4/5): - You get what you pay for...
They are in the process of renovating, so maybe in a few years it will be better. If you have allergies you will have a problem our room smelled very strong of sandalwood.
- Kristy (4/5): Nope! - Toilet was broken. Husband fixed. Tv did not work. Windows did not lock. Chain lock was not in tact. Rust on door frame and trim in bathroom. Shower was not sized for handicap. Bed was very squeaky. Room was a very noisy area.
- Vivian (2/5): - We didn't stay
- Chase (2/5): - The beds are loud and uncomfortable. If you move at all in the night you wake everyone up due to the bed frames creaking. The continental breakfast is awful! Bread and frozen bagels are your options…. Staff are rude and the carpets are dirty everywhere. Bed was stained and mold in the shower. Hair on the bathroom floor. Broken door handle in bathroom. I don’t have super high expectations when it comes to hotels…. So to say this place is terrible means a lot coming from me.
- Teresa (8/5): - Property took my personal towel. Wasn't able to get it back.
- Noah (4/5): - Dirty, bought the executive sweet and got a two bed instead.
- Jovi (2/5): - disgusting.
- Mikayla (6/5): - Loud around room all night. Bathroom outlet didn’t work. Hall smells terrible. No one was there during checkout
- Sandi (2/5): - Side doors unlocked so anyone can get in. Pictures on site did not reflect the room at all. Uncomfortable and creaky beds, stated could not bring breakfast in room even though there wasn't anything noted in their conditions of staying there. Just overall bad experience.
- Sarah (8/5): - Food options would slim picking, the staff was super nice.
Granddaughter heard a crickets. She taught it was in the room. She is super scared of bugs.
Two of the young men came to the room to look for it.
Then we figured it was outside of the window.
Thank you.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room wasn’t clean when we got there. Bathroom shower needed a lot of attention. When you turned on the shower, there was “gunk” that came up from the drain. GROSS.
- Crystal (4/5): - I have bought this room because it was cheap and I had a pool. And I got partially what I paid for in cheap rundown hotel. It did look to you working on improving. Pool was closed and drained. The breakfast had very little to eat
- LEE (4/5): - We did not get the room we book for. The second time for our departure flight. We got the room we wanted a 1 bed suite, but it was dusty. Breakfast is just bread/cereal and coffee.
- Sean (2/5): - Drugs in hallway. Not family friendly, not safe.
- Heidi (2/5): Did not feel safe. - I did not feel safe. I was almost jumped by a hotel guest when I was waiting outside gor my family to come. My 12 year old, her best friend and my 7 year old were being followed everywhere by hotel guest. The room was nasty and dirty. We ended up leaving Sunday at midnight because we didn't feel safe.
- Heather (4/5): - I bought a double queen executive suite room . I was given a simple double bed room that smelled like cigarettes . After talking to the front desk we were given a roll away bed . So, in the end they “made it right” with us . Wouldn’t stay there again - not a terrible place in general .
- Jennette (4/5): - Very dated. Hallways smelled. Staff seemed new to owing hotel
- John (2/5): - This property is not maintained, room smelled of mildew, the toilet I thought was going to fall over due to it not being bolted down properly. The was was described as a executive suite, was just a ordinary room
- Justin (8/5): Great for the price. - Hotel was great, but took 45 min to check in and the staff wasnt very "friendly". Some issues with card keys needing to be reactivated alot. Room didnt match the pictures on the website. They are renovating i think so i gave them some grace on that. Tons of places in walking distance. Breakfast was very basic. Id definitely stay again we felt for the price it was great.
- Juanita (4/5): - When you look at reviews of this propert, it seems like booking this property is a roll of the dice. Some of the reviews appear positive, while other reviews make your skin crawl. This hotel appears nice upon first glance- an upgraded lobby with colorful chairs and lights greets you when you enter through the main door. The bedrooms, however lack the effort. While we didnt find any bugs at the hotel we did see; a gym that remains locked despite claiming to be open 24 hours, a broken outlet cover, a trash can over filled with beer bottles, and mold in our bathtub (the front desk associate managed to change our room the next morning, however the second room also had mold in the bathtub). There are loud noises throughout the night there and during the day when management walks through the hallways yelling on their cellphones regarding a room of guests down the hall smoking in their room. This is an okay hotel for short stays overall, especially when considering the price, but I would not recommend it to families with small kids or to those of us wanting a quiet night's rest.
- Michael (4/5): - We did not get the room we requested. We were supposed to have an Executive Suite that slept 5, but got a standard 2 Queen room. The place smelled like skunky weed. When I showed the desk staff, I was told all rooms were the same (they aren't). I asked for a rollaway, but never got it, so I had to buy an air mattress so we had enough room. Breakfast was incredibly basic; bread, mini bagels, and frozen waffles, along with corn flakes or froot loops. No matter the price, I would never return. Disappointed does not begin to describe it.
- Mariana (10/5): - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Easy access to parking lot and breakfast in the morning
- Nadine (2/5): - The pic on the site was not what I got at all. VERY UPSET. Front desk was not helpful and very combative attitude toward us would not print receipt. Pillows had hair an dirt on them. Beds also black mold in bathroom. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE TOWARDA US.
- Michael (8/5): - She was very helpful to get me into a room that made me comfortable.
- Isaac (10/5): - Nice clean affordable room.
- Antonat (10/5): - The front desk was great
- Erin (4/5): - The room we had was apparently a pet friendly room but it smelled so awful like wet or dirty dog.
- Ken (4/5): - It was cheap(ish)… but my goodness has the area turned into a dump. There was a meth pipe outside the door, the room floor was sopping wet from who knows what, paint peeling off the walls, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, and the smoke detector was missing.
- Megan (2/5): - It was a suite, Bad smell, stains on carpet, icebucket bag was not right size, blood stains all over walls by bed, bugs running out of walls, did not feel safe at all. We checked out right quick. It was non refundable since i paid on an app.
- Lisa (2/5): - Shirtly after check in there were 2 cops at the front desk. Pool in pictures wasn't operational (empty and full of furniture and tvs), and the hotel was under construction. They said they upgraded our room, but it was horrible. The loading dock and dumpsters were right outside the window in the room, and there was no threshold under our door. Was kept up late at night by loud people and woke up at 5:30 AM by loud banging from delivery trucks and garbage trucks. Would never stay here again!!!!
- Michael (2/5): - This property was dirty nothing like the pictures the place smelled like Marijuana in the halls had to go thru 4 rooms before found one clean enough to stay in and didnt smell like urine and human feces
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was horrible and will be connecting manger room was nasty !!
- Dorothy (2/5): - The staff is rude. The breakfast was very bad.
- Sonia (10/5): Comfortable Hotel with Great Breakfast - The breakfast was satisfactory and all of the staff were very kind the accommodations were practically new and although there’s some renovation going on there was no noise disturbance nor any effect on the aesthetics which included a lovely lounge area and also dining tables which were available not only during the breakfast hours Highly recommend 🎉
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Clean and nice property. Should post on website that you call up to 3 times to confirm and if not confirmed will cancel your reservation.
- Melissa (2/5): - Listen to the other reviews. Do not go to this hotel. One the pictures on the site hotel.com and the actual website are false. We reserved a suite and got a standard two queen room. We found hair on the sheets and a couple spots on the pillow cases and gave me the impression that they never cleaned the sheets just remade to bed. Also in the bathroom hair on the towels and shower mat. The countertop in the bathroom slated that everything rolled off. The room had a doorbell on the outside and the had a screw in the door above the peephole. The smell was not something I recommend anyone to have to endure. My first thought when I saw all the construction crew trucks and various other company trucks was I should look somewhere else but it was a good location and price so I ignore that thought and tried my luck. The beds are thin and are on frames that are not made for them. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
- Jason (2/5): - Not at all what shows in the pictures. The ac did not cool. The ceiling fan lights had four lights and all were burn out except 1. The vent fan was caked with dust and black smudge. The hide a bed did not have the springs to support mattress. Had a lamp that was on the bed side table that did not have a place to plug it in. It was just there for looks. The refrigerator diid not work. The tv did not have a remote that worked. Also, did not have a phone in the room to call the front desk! The bed was wore out and sunk to the middle of the bed also it smelled of mold. The outside was not taken care of either. Also the place smelled of marijuana.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved my room
- Quang (10/5): - pleasant & helpful staffs; nice remodeled lobby & room
- Beverley (10/5): - Quick check in.
- Penny (4/5): - There is no carpet but floors were clean and warm. Unfortunately other things were in bad condition. There was 1 remote for 2 tv’s. Furntiure was broken and in bad shape. Beds were broken and loud.
- Abdinasir (2/5): - The bed rooms are not comfortable; they are made of metal and make noises. I asked the staff to move me to a different for my next night. They said yes, but they waited until the night. They inform
- Donald (2/5): - Dirty and rude staff no working vending machine
- Jerry (10/5): - Good deal for price
- Verified traveler (2/5): Incorrect room and terrible service - I had reserved a king bed studio suite oversized room and arrived around 5pm. There was no one at the desk but I said "hello" and someone appeared from a back room. I started saying "Hi, I have a reservation..." but he interrupted with "ID". No greeting or any other words. I gave him my drivers license and he got the key card ready. He set it down, pointed to the stairs and told me the room number. He told me when breakfast is served and what the wifi password was. Then he walked away. I got up to my room and discovered it was nothing like the photos online. The listing stated the bedroom was a seperate room and it wasn't. The photos showed a fridge and freezer, a kitchen counter with cupboards and a sink, a table and chairs. The room I was given had none of this. It was a bed, dresser and desk all in one room. The alarm clock was plugged in but didn't work. It looked like someone had smashed it several times. The phone in the room did not work. The fridge was barely cool and had no knob to adjust the temperature. Every time I went to the front desk there was no one there - just a sign that said to call a phone number if you needed something. I was in and out over the course of 3 days and never saw anyone cleaning rooms. When I went to check out I had to again call for someone. All that guy said was "you're good to go", meaning I had paid already. This was a terrible experience.
- Amy (8/5): - Good hotel for the price. Only thing that was disappointing was the noisy people above my room or when people stomped up & down the steps.
- Dagmawi (2/5): - First of all the receptionist was very mean and very unfit for the position, she gave me the worst experience, she gave me the wrong bedroom and everything about the hotel was unclean, and there was even a really bad smell there, to be specific please clean your walking area, and especially the carpet around the hotel. It really stinks.
- Donald (4/5): - It was ok staff was rude
- LaNita (8/5): - The reviews are not accurate.
My room was very clean
My only issue was the AC could havbeen cooler
I rested comfortably
We got exactly what we paid for.
Front Desk personnel were polite and efficient.
- Matthew (2/5): - The hotel was very dirty. There were all sort of things going on in the parking lot by very sketchy people. The room was filthy and numerous things were broke. TV was analog with the fuzz. No batteries in the controller and to top it all off this morning we found a cockroach in the bathtub. Do not stay here.
- Norhanie (2/5): - The room was dirty. The fridge has left over foods and the room doesnt smell good. The staff also rude when we asked about our stuff. Never again!!!
- Aurora (10/5): We had a great stay! - Easy check in and out, friendly staff, nice quiet facilities. Great location, close to grocery store, target, and restaurants. Nice clean facilities.
- Shania (6/5): - The property was in a nice area and the staff were helpful
- Kelsey (2/5): - Safety locks on the doors were broken double rooms were suuper small smeeled of pot there was a drug bust wont stay there again
- Heidi (4/5): - The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the strong smell of weed in the hallway. We then got in our room, it was very run down, only about ½ of the lights/light bulbs worked in the room. Also there was blue painters tape holding the curtins together and to the wall.
- Zachary (8/5): Not bad. (Right by Emagine movie theatre…) - Everything pretty normal. Room with one king bed and twin pullout sofa. Carpet pretty dirtyy. Everything works. Comfy bed. For price I give it a 6/10. Only because breakfast not that good would’ve been 7/10. TV in each of the two rooms.
- Shania (6/5): - Good price
- Samantha (8/5): - Wish the pool was in order and available for use....kids Dad fell in the shower..May need to put slip guards in...really liked the feel and look of the room...beds were very comfortable...more breakfast items would be nice... maybe muffins waffles fruits... sausage Patties and eggs...it would be nicer
- Dorotea (10/5): - This hotel is very clean. The lady in the front desk goes above and beyond for us. She made sure our tv remote is working even if she's already clocked out for her shift. This is just a hotel you'd choose to check back in. One thing though, breakfast is very basic. I hope they'll add more.
- Jean (10/5): - Front desk girl was very helpful and curtious.
- Krystal (2/5): - When we arived they had givin us the wrong room. They rented the room that I booked to someone else. A hour later they got me the room i booked. There were spider's and other little bugs in the bathroom. Multiple tiles on the bathroom floor were broken. The bedding didnt look like it had been changed.
- Joseph (2/5): Don’t stay here - Horrible stay! Disgusting hotel. Stains all over sheets. Unsafe area. People appeared to be using drugs around the area and living there long term. Ick! It was horrible to stay. The sheets were stained horribly and I didn’t even feel clean showering there. I was so glad to leave.
- Christina (8/5): - Room was not as advertised.. stains everywhere on carpet, holes in wall.. furniture with tears.. just crazy..
- Kim (2/5): - The room was big as the brochure stated before i reserved the room.....but once i got in there tge bed moved all over the place when you sit on it it in the second room ants just crawling around like its ok to be there the lady staff was rude and mean and tge whole staff do t know how to talk to ppl .and they need to up grade tgey rooms for the price they asking yo pay and get a pool maybe they wont be 2 star hotel
- Annie (6/5): - I called days before I booked the trip to ask if there was a deposit and the guy said no because be should ask for a deposit and when I got there the front desk clerk ask for a deposit. After waiting some time instead of dealing with my situation he helped other customers and I’m telling him the same as before he eventually gives me a room and the breakfast was horrible. Had to find me a Dunkin’ but ok to stay for a couple days
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bring an exterminator - Filled with roaches, everything is invested.
- Kenneth (2/5): Roaches in rooms - Roach in the room and got into all my belongings suitcase etc.
- Steven (6/5): - Very old hotel lodge that had 50's charm. No working ice machines and my room was a distance. When I arrived there was a swat team w assault rifles. So, there is that. Once I was in my room everything was fine.
- Yolber Andres (10/5): - Muy bien estuvo bien la atención al cliente bien mi comodidad de cuarto y la cama muy bien grande
- Marcy (2/5): - Disgusting. Watch out for bed bugs and cockroaches. Definitely signs of this being a human trafficking hub, as well.
- Tory (2/5): - Dirty, smelled like sour milk and i saw roaches.
- Mark (10/5): - Clean, cheap, nice beds. Friendly staff, when you can find them...
- Irma (8/5): Get what you paid - It was peaceful and quiet
Pretty dirty for a "cleaned" room. There was still crumbs and trash on the carpet.
- Bekabile (4/5): - It is not clean room
- George (10/5): - A truly exceptional stay with outstanding cleanliness and well-maintained rooms. The staff goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and helpful experience. The dining options are varied and delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of the visit.
- George (10/5): - Absolutely incredible experience! The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made our stay memorable. The room was spacious, Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort!
- angela (2/5): Bad stay - I was locked out of my room 3 times had to go get a new key and got sick there was vomit on the ground dried in when I got there as well as dust and dirt I had to clean the place. I asked for reimbursement of any kind and they ignored at front desk. I am still sick and deeply congested and it’s been four days since I left
- Ricardo (2/5): - The room was dirty in general. There was drug paraphernalia in the bathroom. The pull out sofa seems it should have been replaced years ago. As the old adage goes, “you get what you paid for”. The pictures speak for themselves. Would not recommend.
