• Martha Alejandra (8/5): - Lugar súper limpio, con mucho cuidado a los espacios en común y con buena privacidad para las cápsulas, la limpieza se nota y el personal es super amable! La ubicación de igual manera muy buena a unos pasos del metro y aunque es tan cercano al centro, no es ruidoso
• Mario (10/5): Location - Very clean, confortable bed, big locker for luggage, near Noviciado subway station and Dia supermarket. A block from Gran Via. Location is good and safe.
• Angie (8/5): - We stayed at the Urban Inn hotel in Madrid and were pleasantly surprised by how new, clean, and modern everything felt. The sleeping pods were fairly comfortable, and while we were on a bottom bunk, we could hear movement from the capsule above—which might be worth considering if you’re a light sleeper. It was a bit warm inside the capsule, but cracking the door helped. There’s a fan inside, which is loud but personally comforting if you’re used to white noise. It did help with airflow. Bathrooms were located one floor down from the sleeping area. They were sleek and modern, though I wished I had brought more modest sleepwear since the sleeping quarters aren’t gender-separated. The showers had excellent rain-style heads and perfect water temperature, though changing was tricky with only one bench for six stalls. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to major tourist spots and several metro stations. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Storage was minimal but functional: one drawer under the capsule fit two carry-on bags. Note that towels and padlocks come with an extra charge. Overall, this hotel offered great value for the price. Despite a few quirks, I’d definitely consider staying here again.
• Min Kyu (10/5): - The main selling point of this hostel is the location. I cannot stress how ideal it is. Everything is near from urban amenities to tourism spot. You literally can explore the whole city in a few hours just because how close it it. I will stress though, there are 80 capsules and a lot of people living in a small amount of space. At some point, things can get really busy and even smelly/dirty. The staff puts a lot of effort in cleaning but realistically they can't do it 24/7. This is a hostel after all. You are saving in price over convenience and for that I have to give 5 stars. To staff: the biggest source of improvement is ventilation. Having that installed would greatly help. Or have people only wear slippers in the sleeping area. Moving the shoe rack outside would greatly improve the smell that an air freshener can't fix.

• Anderson (4/5): Não indico - Cheguei após as 00:00 e o hotel cobrou uma taxa (15 euros) de late check in, o que não faz muito sentido sendo que chegamos mais tarde e teoricamente usaríamos o hotel por menos tempo. Devido ao verão, acredito que poderiam melhorar a situação da temperatura nos quartos. As capsulas são de madeira, e fica quase impossível dormir de tanto calor. Tem um exaustor absurdamente pequeno que quase não faz diferença. A localização é o ponto forte. Muito central e a poucos metros do metrô e da Gran Via.

• Camila (8/5): Tem que melhorar os detalhes. - Apesar das instalações parecerem novas. Os chuveiros não funcionavam e o ventilador não é suficiente para refrescar a cabines. Só há uma geladeira para todos e não tem espaço na geladeira para seus pertences. Os quartos ficam com cheiro ruim por causa da sapateira no corredor na frente dos quartos e pessoas da limpeza não abrem as janelas para arejar. Não tem local dentro do banheiro para colocar shampoo e sabonete quando tomamos banho.

• Ana (4/5): - Purtroppo per chi soffre in ambienti angusti e con poca ventilazione non è indicato. E chi soffre di allergia alla polvere pure! Ho voluto provare ma non fa per me anche perché non c’è ricircolo d’aria negli ambienti (molta polvere e pulizia non accurata) e sempre o quasi sempre illuminazione artificiale. Quindi prima di prenotare prendete in considerazione questi aspetti.

• FRANSLEY (8/5): Boa - Ficamos em casal por duas noites. A cápsula é confortável, tem espaço pra bagagem de tamanho médio sob a cama, onde é possível colocar um cadeado. O Hostel “aluga” o cadeado que é devolvido ao final. Recomendo levar o seu. Na cápsula há um espelho, uma luminária sobre a cama e uma entrada pra carregar o celular. Há também uma luz de led atrás da cabeceira da cama que, aliás, é confortável. Contudo, assim como outros hóspedes relataram, a ventoinha de exaustão não consegue arejar a cápsula suficientemente bem e, as vezes, ficava quente. A recepção é grande com cozinha compartilhada e um amplo espaço pra refeições. Os banheiros, apesar de coletivos, possuem espaços individuais e uma ampla bancada de pias. Nas duas noites que ficamos, apresentou-se limpo e organizado. As toalhas também são alugadas - 3 euros por toalha - valor de abril de 2025. Tanto o aluguel da toalha, quanto o aluguel do cadeado não estão descritos no momento da reserva pelo aplicativo. Fomos avisados somente no Check in. O Hostel possui uma localização incrível, segura e cerca de 200 metros da Gran Vía e do metrô. Apesar dos pontos frágeis levantados, o Hostel possui potencialidades muito boas e me hospedaria novamente nesse lugar.

Muy buena actitud del personal de la recepción. Cabinas ámplias y cómodas. Baños amplios, solo mejorar la limpieza de estos de manera continua. Definitivamente una gran opción para hoapedarse en Madrid.
