- Alison (6/5): - The room is clean however the carpet is very strained and the first thing you see when you enter to room. This needs to be replaced. Great water pressure. There is a water hammer and the pipes rattle. The next rooms air-conditioner makes a very loud noise.

- Ruth (6/5): Don't get the cheap room. - Do not book the basic room. It was filthy both in the floor and the bed. We turned back the top sheets to find a dead cocky, hairs and other assorted crunchy bits. As we went to walk out the door to see the manager he was actually outside waiting. Long story short he "upgraded" us to a new room with new carpet, completely different type of bedding and renovated bathroom. Thank God!

- Julie (4/5): - Staff was accommodating for our late arrival however this is the first time I’ve checked in to a hotel with no milk whatsoever provided for a tea/coffee. We had travelled 11 hours had to park out on street then go get our own milk. Bed was ok but you do roll together in middle. Aircon rattles like crazy and will only stop by wrapping toilet paper at the direction vents.
