- pilar (2/5): - The room is ok however not worth the price. We were given a handicap room which was terrible to shower water everywhere. Second there is no restaurant in the hotel no in room coffee or tea. When I say this hotel offers nothing I mean nothing. I have been to Japan before and the hotels have always stored the bags while waiting for check in time this hotel has lockers that you have to pay for to store your bags. Staff not friendly at all when we arrived. This is a hostile with a hotel price tag. The only good thing about this hotel was the size of the room and the train is a short walk, not the best location but at least the train is near by. I do not recommend this hostile for the price stay somewhere else.

- Diane (2/5): - Disappointed in the hotel at check in because of overwhelming foul odor in the lobby. Same stench in the elevator, the hallways, and our room. I asked the front desk and they did a vaudeville act of denying they could smell anything weird. Gave me a room deodorizer spray to use. I spoke to the same person a few hours later and asked to change rooms. They changed their story instead—yes there’s a smell, it’s due to construction; it should be gone by 5pm when work ends. I asked to change rooms, but they said it would be pointless because the smell was inescapable. This info came from the exact same person who gave me a room spray after saying she couldn’t smell anything at all. After learning the hotel smelled awful due to construction (and why would that even be?) we were told the hot water would be shut off for hours during our stay—again due to construction. The AC in our room was permanently set to 77°F, so to keep us cool enough to sleep, and air out the smells, we kept the windows open at night. But this meant all night we heard the loud sounds of people leaving the nightclub across the street, dogs, sirens, etc. Hilariously, we met another tourist at a local coin laundry and got to talking about our respective hotels. She said hers was the worst ever—overpriced and uncomfortable. We said good night to her at the laundromat, only to see her again in the elevator—she was staying at the same stinky hotel! tldr: smelly overpriced hotel lies to guests

I walked to an other direction with my big luggage. But it’s ok, then I just wrote the hotel directly in my maps and it was ok. I think the hotel was nice, but the smell was strong. It smelled like cigarette and i really didn’t like it. I liked the amenities.
- Dong-Joo (10/5): - I stayed in a large twin room this time, and it was spacious and comfortable. Between June and July, I stayed at this hotel three times, as my son was temporarily living nearby. During my previous two visits, the hotel was quiet and restful. However, during this most recent stay, I was woken up around 11 pm due to significant noise from the hallway. A group of about 20 students—possibly middle schoolers—along with a few women, were also staying at the hotel. On the first night, they were speaking loudly with their room doors open, and some students were running through the hallway, creating a lot of noise. I had difficulty falling asleep, so I asked them to lower their voices. Fortunately, they made an effort to stay quiet afterward. Aside from this incident, the hotel has been a pleasant place to stay overall.

- Fernando (10/5): - It’s a great stay if you looking for something between the city and airport or between Tokyo and Disneyland , yo have a metro station in less than 5 min walking. Like 3 convenience stores , McDonald’s etc. Rooms are small as everything in Tokyo but perfect stay.
- isabelle Dominique patricia (8/5): - Hotel dans un quartier calme de tokyo. Petite chambre petit lit petite baignoire mais fonctionnel Plein de petit endroit pour manger a proximité. Ca faisait du bien de retrouver ce quartier calme apres une journee dans les rues tŕes animees de la ville .

- Edwin (8/5): - We stayed there 7 nights, it was a very calm stay. Accessible to different convenient stores, train station walking distance. They had a few complimentary toiletries. Rooms are small but most hotel room are unless you’re paying up for the big rooms. I would stay here again.
- SUE JIN (8/5): - 도쿄 중심지랑 떨어져있지만 교통 나쁘지 않고, 근처에 쇼핑몰도 있는데 관광객도 별로 없어서 현지 기분내기 괜찮습니다. 방은 도쿄 호텔치곤 넓은 편이나 따로 물을 제공해주지도 않고, 정수기도 없어요. 1층에 어메니티는 자유롭게 챙겨갈 수 있고, 전자레인지도 사용가능합니다. 체크인시 200엔(입욕세) 부과됩니다.

- Jacklin (4/5): - I would not recommend this hotel unless you are on a budget and don't care about service. Upon arrival twice, there was no staff at the front desk. We waited for 15 minutes, speaking through a tablet to try and check in. Other clients were waiting and seemed frustrated. The room was adequate but the washroom smelled of urine. We had stayed 4 other places and this was by far the worse during our trip.

- Laura (10/5): - Muy cerca de estacion Kameido en donde hay un atre y encuentras comida, desayunos, starbucks,uniqlo, cerca tienes family mart, 7, restaurantes. Caminando a unos minutos esta un santuario (santuario kameido) que visitamos por la tarde y tomamos fotos muy lindas. Tambien caminando llegamos al parque (nishi) y estaban muy lindos los cerezos y habia juegos de niños. Enfrente del parque hay una plaza (olinas mall) encontramos muchas tiendas y restaurantes. La habitación no la limpian diario pero te pones de acuerdo que día, siempre hay personal en recepción y son muy amables,hablan inglés, tienen lockers para tus maletas por si llegas temprano. Te prestan sombrillas.

Cons: Lack of amenities (no tea/ coffee/juice/bread offered); only 1 garbage bin in room; won't hold luggage for you after check-out...must use lockers for a fee. Our luggage needed to pay for 2 lockers because storage was too small.

- Joshua (4/5): - Hotel is not too far from the train station, entrance is located in an alley (nothing wrong with that). Lobby is on the smaller side. Staff didn’t greet us for the three nights whenever we came in (also doesn’t bother us, but when compared to any other hotel in Japan, they always greeted us). Hotel has almost no amenities besides the consumables they have in the lobby, and a clothes press on each floor. Room was alright, we had a double bed. You get a safe, tea supplies, and a nice sized closet. The TV is just a regular flat screen TV with no Cast capabilities (you can use Netflix and whatnot, but it’s all in Japanese with no English so we couldn’t use it), so the TV was useless for us. Windows and view were amazing. The bathroom was decent and clean. No seat warmers for the bidet so the seat was always cold. The shower could have a better design, it was slightly frustrating to use; the shower head is inserted into a FIXED mount, so you couldn’t change the direction of the shower head unless you kept it in your hand. And the pressure was so high it would hit us in the face and we had to have the bath faucet and shower head running at the same time to reduce the pressure. If you must stay near Kameido train station, this will be your best option. Otherwise, I recommend you just book an APA hotel for a bit more money at a different station. This stay was not worth our money.

- Chelsey (6/5): - The property is very clean there’s not really a lobby or anything to sit in. I came around 10am to try and check in early but wasn’t able to which is fine because I knew there check in wasn’t till 3 but about an hour later my brother had got there and they let him check in so I’m not sure why that was but it was a little frustrating because they charged me 500 yen to hold my bags when I didn’t need to apparently. We also had a room for three people but the room was very small and they would only provide a bedding for 2 people even though we definitely specified in our booking that it was three people (we asked every evening and they would just tell us they don’t have anything else they could give us so we were pretty uncomfortable) overall it was not the best experience staying there but the location was good and it was clean.

- Beate (4/5): - The hotel appears new and the room for a solo traveler is spacious.The hotel is a bit difficult to find as it is located around a corner off a smaller street. During the night a person was shouting in the hallway and banging on several doors. This was frightening and I was not able to get back to sleep as I did not feel safe. Since I did not have access to a phone, I was not able to call security or anyone at the front desk. I also did not feel safe to leave my room to find security. This hotel has a self check-in and there were no employees present when I checked-out. Also note, that there is no lounge area, no bar or breakfast area. This hotel feels very sterile and has no welcoming character.

And lastly as an American being able to go for a walk at 3am (or whenever) with my earbuds in and minding my business I've never in my life felt safer!

- Marion (10/5): Bien placé et literie confortable - Cet hôtel est bien placé à proximité de la station Kameido, il est très facile de rejoindre Tokyo et ses quartiers tel que Shinjuku, Akihabara, Asakusa etc. Le personnel est courtois et les lieux sont propres et silencieux. Le lit était confortable. Présence d'un réfrigérateur dans la chambre et d'un micro-ondes au rez de chaussée.
