Alexander (8/5): - It's a new property with a lot of potential, but they have to work out some startup problems. In our case, we went through multiple rooms with broken shower faucets. Very solvable, but clearly still a problem. The elevators had problems too. We had a good start otherwise. Nothing will fix the dodgy neighborhood, but you may not care about that. Breakfast was great.

Anna (10/5): Great hotel with excellent breakfast! - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a solo business traveler. The room was modern and comfortable, with a super-comfy bed, high-quality linens, and everything spotlessly clean. All the complimentary items were provided, including bottled water, tea, and coffee. I also opted for the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a wide selection, from made-to-order omelettes to fresh fruit, pastries, and more. The staff were outstanding. The receptionists, as well as all other team members, were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to work here, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. One note: the bathroom has a very modern glass design, which looks stylish but doesn’t offer much privacy. For couples, this might not be ideal. Also, the view from the breakfast area overlooks some graffiti on the street outside. A suggestion would be to consider frosting the lower windows for a more pleasant dining experience. The neighbourhood has a strong multicultural feel, and there’s a great little restaurant just 50 meters away that’s worth trying. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for business trips. The location is central, the rooms are excellent, and it makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Shella (8/5): Nice boutique hotel - Loved the hotel, great bathroom amenities that lots of hotel no longer offer (dental kit, comb, slippers, etc). Knew it was not central - not close to grand place when we booked .. it allowed us to explore other places we probably wouldn’t if we stayed near grand place, area felt safe. Staff were attentive and nice (one per shift at the lobby) even brought our luggages to our rooms(adrives early and left our luggages and when it was check in time our luggages were already delivered to our room). Only wish the bathroom had more privacy, you can see through the clear bathroom doors. Close to public transport, there’s bus stop right across the hotel and metro a 5-10min walk.

David (8/5): - El hotel esta bastante bien ubicado del centro de Bruselas unos 15 min andando Lo malo es que al llegar a la estación de North hay que atravesar un barrio que da la sensación de poca seguridad, no obstante, si das un rodeo saliendo por la puerta principal dicha sensación cambia. El personal estupendo y bastante español trabajando alli. El hotel esta nuevo y muy bien.

KAZUYA (8/5): 快適に滞在できました - ホテルはBrussels Noord駅から10分、グランプラスへも15分ぐらいでカルフールも近くにあり、便利な立地。ホテルも非常にきれいで、快適でした。トリプルで予約しましたが、ダブル２部屋になりました。シャワーやベッドもよかったです。ただし、Noord駅からホテルの周辺は少し汚い感じで、浮浪者もいたり、あまり治安が良いとは言えません。

The overall experience was truly enjoyable, and I must say — the breakfast was absolutely the best I’ve ever had in a 4-star hotel! A wonderful variety and great quality that really stood out. The hotel is located near the North Station, which is convenient for travel, though personally, I would opt for public transport or a taxi rather than walking from there. The city centre is about a 15-20 minute walk away, which is quite manageable, and there’s also a bus stop nearby that makes getting around even easier.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, all the facilities and rooms look brand new, and as this hotel is close to the Botanique station, you have very easy links to the rest of Brussels. My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the Liman Hotel at the beginning of June this year, and we are still talking about what an exceptional experience it was. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the property's perfect blend of modern design and impeccable cleanliness. The room was not just a place to sleep; it was a beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed retreat after a day of exploring Belgium. However, what truly sets the Liman Hotel apart is its incredible staff. The owner's friend who manages the property is an absolute treasure. His kindness and warmth made us feel like welcomed friends, not just guests. The most thoughtful gesture capped our stay: we had a very early flight and had to check out long before breakfast was served. Without us even asking, he prepared a generous and hearty "to-go" breakfast for us to take to the airport. This level of attentive and personal care is rare and so deeply appreciated. The combination of a beautiful, A-class modern property and this degree of genuine, five-star hospitality is unbeatable. We have stayed in many hotels, but the Liman Hotel stands out as one of the very best. If our travels ever bring us back to Belgium, we will not hesitate to book our stay here again. Legi (6/5): - Le séjour c'est relativement bien passé. Malheureusement il n'y a pas de parking donc on devait chercher une place en plein milieu de la soirée. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Malheureusement, un offre aucune intimité dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. Quand vous avez les enfants ça devient compliqué.

Anna-Berit Wester (6/5): Godt hotel - Hotellet er nyt og stort. Der mangler lidt finish nogle steder, og gulvtæpperne plettede og elevatoren med glas, der var itu. Værelset var af pæn størrelse, dejligt interiør og et fancy baderum med vandfaldsbruser. Espresso kaffen på værelset smagte skønt, og vi var glade for det lille køleskab på værelset, da der var op til 32 grader i Bruxelles i de dage, vi var her. Der er små supermarkeder og apotek lige ved hotellet. Skal du besøge The Liman Hotel med offentlig transport, vil vi anbefale at gøre dette via Brussel Midi og metrolinje 2 eller 6. Derved undgår du at bevæge dig ind i det utrygskabende område omkring Brussel Noord station. Det var desværre den vej vi kom, hvilket vi følte var meget ubehageligt.

Rachel (10/5): Beautiful calm and relaxing hotel - Absolutely amazing stay at the Liman hotel Brussels! The staff have gone above and beyond to help accommodate us with all our questions and needs, so friendly, professional and warm too! The hotel is stunning, classic, contemporary, new and clean. I loved all the furnishings and textures and the layout is fresh and brings a calmness. Our twin room had everything we needed, pillows and bedding were excellent quality and the white fluffy towels were super soft. They were very eco friendly and provided so many little luxuries in the room too. The walk in shower was like a spa and the tv was huge, we slept well and were extremely comfortable. Our room over looked the patio where you could have breakfast and drinks and it was quiet at night. We would really recommend breakfast- staff were so welcoming and took your egg order (the scrambled eggs were our favourite) and you could have hot selection of mushrooms, potatoes, bacon and vegetables. There was a large cold selection of meats, cheeses, salads, olives, yoghurt etc and also another table with fresh pastries, fruit, bread, toast and various fresh fruits. Cold and hot drink selections were so tastey too! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - Our stay here was very good. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom as it had glass walls. Parts were frosted but not enough. The location was within walking distance of transit, Grand Place and Royal Place. There was ample underground parking across the street. Just make sure you register your vehicle to enter the low emission zone.

Our check-in experience was positively delightful with Clement who not only made the process smooth, quick, and straightforward, but the man was truly hilarious and had us laughing hysterically. Would stay here again just to interact with him. Further, they were soft opening the new rooftop lounge and they let us take a look before they closed for the night.. the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and this new rooftop is going to be a stunner! The room was fantastic, the perfect space for us with a charming design. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend Liman!!!

He had charged me (an 80 year old woman with her 11 year old granddaughter, 40 euros and took 40 minutes to reach the Liman from MIDI station when it should have been a 20 minute drive. An excellent three nights in Brussels was the result.

Flavio (8/5): - Location was fine as well as the room very comfortable and organized. Free water and drinks in the refrigerator and kindness of all the staff. I have appreciated the check out at 13.00 giving enough time for preparation. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the fact breakfast wasn't included up to an high price even if I got a discount booking online but still not cheap at all

Julie (8/5): - Etablissement récent, propre et bien entretenu. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix, et le service en salle est attentionné et professionnel. Une salle de fitness est à disposition. L’accueil à la réception est courtois et efficace. Cependant, lors du petit déjeuner, une maître d'hôtel m’a demandé de payer un supplément pour ma fille, car elle avait plus de 12 ans. Après vérification sur son ordinateur, elle a reconnu que cela n'était pas nécessaire. Ce malentendu aurait pu être évité avec une vérification préalable. Le rooftop est actuellement en travaux, mais il promet d’être très agréable une fois terminé, avec probablement une belle vue sur la ville. Petit bémol : l’absence de parking sur place. En revanche, l’hôtel est très bien situé et facilement accessible via les transports en commun. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience dans un hôtel moderne et bien équipé.

Laura (10/5): - Hotel nuevo, muy limpio, personal muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. Camas muy cómodas. Muchos detalles para hacer la estancia agradable (amenities, zapatillas, secador de pelo, agua….) Desayuno espectacular, muy variado y abundante. Puedes dejar las maletas sin coste adicional. En resumen, un 10! Para repetir!! El único inconveniente es que el barrio en el que está se ve un poco inseguro, sobre todo por las moches, pero nosotros no hemos tenido ningún tipo de problema.
