Guest Reviews
- Hashim (2/5): - It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare
- Chipo (8/5): - This property has earned my views for providing chilled drinks and water during a heat wave. My room was spacious and very clean. I had stylish bedding and the bed was very comfortable
A big shout out to the staff for being responsive, pleasant and kind
- David (2/5): - Don’t look at the pictures as this isn’t the place as they take you off to another hotel
- Almira (10/5): - We stayed for 7hrs because we have an early flight. It had parking, clean shower, big room, comfy bed, and
- Alex (6/5): - Good items: more spacious rooms than others we stayed at in London; very good private parking area; bathroom was well renovated; 10 minute drive to Heathrow;
Things to know: no elevator (older building with 2 floors); no air conditioning, and it was fairly warm so we left the window open (street was quiet and not a problem with noise over night); “breakfast” was very basic with only instant coffee available, packaged snacks and breakfast cereal, so we waited and had breakfast at Heathrow; we felt the bedding was clean but both wondered since it didn’t have the “crisp white” look of other hotels.
We were charged a 20 pound deposit for the keys, which was returned when we checked out.
Additional rules: no food or drinks in the room, shoes not to be worn in the rooms, which was a little odd.
We were under the impression the place was being renovated and has the potential to be very nice.
It was in a residential area & required a drive to find decent restaurants.
- Blessing (2/5): Not recommended! - The property was really horrific. I had to abandone the money I paid to seek alternative accommodation.
