Sarah (6/5): - The manager was an absolute gem and great help. The room was clean. Although I did not realize there were only steps as this would have been handy to know with luggage to get to the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were all separated and not good. The sofa bed was unable to be used as a bed it was so uncomfortable my daughter had to sleep with me. While the host was amazing I more than likely will book elsewhere if I return to christchurch.
