- Allison (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE. After MANY messages on whats app and email about our stay, exact time of arrival, mode of arrival, passports,ALL ANSWERED. Despite giving exact ETA, including train info I still was messaged OVER AND OVER while on vacation. Our agent was very late meeting, and even stopped answering despite waiting at the EXACT location instructed. After waiting 1 hour w/ all our luggage our agent finally responded and told us to go to a NEW spot. We followed that map with all of our luggage to the top of a very very steep hill and many steps, sweaty, exhausted, hungry and another long period of time later met us. FINALLY we arrived, the smell of the apartment was very musty and to be frank, disgusting. Expedia also states there is air conditioning and I inquired with SEVERAL messages and received no response at all. What WAS SUPPLIED WAS NOT air conditioning and didn't cool off any of the rooms, we sweat the entire time! The ladder stair was broken to the “third” bedroom which isn’t a real bedroom and very dangerous, my son fell off the ladder. I went to open the curtain in the main bedroom and the whole thing came down on my head. The upstairs shower flooded. The chairs on the outside terrace by the kitchen, broken. We were very much looking forward to our stay but this was a complete DISASTER. We found other accommodations for the second evening and left that armpit of a stay due to this huge disappointment.DO NOT STAY HERE!
