- Andrea (10/5): - Customer service was excellent. All staff greeted us upon approach and were friendly with a smile. Breakfast was great with exception to the paper thin, heat and serve bacon. That’s the only thing I would change in regard to breakfast, but that’s a personal preference. We like thick sliced, real bacon in Tennessee. Everything was clean. The shower was large, with good water pressure. Bed linens were nice and bed was comfortable. The only real complaint that I have, and the reason for four out of five stars with comfort would be the smoke alarm. The mini strobe like blinking every 10 seconds right over the bed did not make falling asleep the easiest. Had I been tall enough to reach the ceiling to somehow cover the light up, I would’ve.

- Lucio (8/5): No pet floors. - Appreciated staying in a pet free floor room. One of my most relaxing rooms during my vacation trip of 8 days and intervals of 8-9 hours driving. Breakfast was just right and servers were the best.

- Candice (10/5): - This property is Soooo good! Especially since it’s a new property everything is extra new and clean. The only issue I had was that the kitchen and bathroom floors were both dirty. I guess the cleaning person might have forgotten to mop it. Also, one of the towels didn’t smell new. I’m very OCD with cleanliness and i definitely noticed that the towel wasn’t fresh.smelled used honestly. Other than that, the staff is great and front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again to this location. Ohh and the breakfast is delicious and fresh! I give this location 9/10.

- Katharine (6/5): - Super nice staff! Julian was very helpful and friendly-plus he has an adorable dog.💝 made check-in very smooth. We had our dog with us and I was surprised that the pet fee turned out to be almost as much as the hotel room itself. The booking on Expedia was $122… the pet fee(s) were $110 ($20 pet deposit is supposed to be refunded, so $90) The pool was nice and clean with no one else there I had it all to myself. :-) The room/suite was super clean and spacious. Unfortunately there were lots of little blinking lights on all the appliances making the room not-so-dark for sleeping. The worst of the blinking lights was the smoke detector! That light was like the flash of paparazzi… were they taking pictures of us sleeping? Probably not, but… Overall the stay was pleasant and I would stay there again if in the area.

- John (8/5): - The location was excellent of the Residence Inn. It’s away from the freeway so it’s not noisy. Everything is very new and kept very clean. The breakfast is very good with quite a nice variety and good quality of the different foods. The only downside is the vents for air-conditioning/heater blow right on your face while you are in your bed. And the smoke alarm in the room has a flashing light about every 25 to 30 seconds.

- Daniel (4/5): - We were unable to check in upon our arrival at 5PM. The front desk stated that rooms were not cleaned yet. We were told to wait 10-15 minutes. We had to wait 30 minutes, and the employee at the desk was not keeping track of customers in the order that they came in, which resulted in my Wife and I waiting much longer than we should have. This situation caused us to be late to our show, which we spent $800 to attend.

(coffee needs help, however, as it is weak and odd tasting). Other options for coffee purchase nearby. Safe, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

- MARSELLA (10/5): - Not only was this hotel pristine in every corner, the staff is amazing. So welcoming and helpful in any way they can be. We were having car issues and the rental company kept giving us the run around causing us to stay an extra day and late check out and they accommodated every request we needed without any issues. Worth it!! Thank you for making our troubled trip better with the hospitality.

- Jerry (10/5): - Property new and clean. Staff was friendly and informative. We were told free breakfast from 8am to 10am. We arrived for breakfast at 9am and was closed. Hours for breakfast were from 6am to 9am, however staff allowed us to have the remaining breakfast. We stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Used the pullout sofa bed and was comfortable. King bed very comfortable. Area was quiet. Would love to stay again. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Compliments to the staff!
- William (4/5): - This property is new which is nice because everything smells new and you know that it's super clean. I rented a king bed studio and the room was very nice with everything being new. There is shopping and dining options quite close which is convenient. The staff was very nice and efficient. The reason that I rated the property overall as poor is because of a couple of reasons. The first one is that there is an air conditioning vent that blew right on our heads when in bed. The other is the bed linens; they are not soft, in fact scratchy, the pillows don't dissipate the heat that your head produces. So, I ended up throwing he covers off when the air conditioning wasn't on, then covering up when the air conditioning decided to blow right on my head. This made for a very long and not very restful sleep.
