Guest Reviews
- Starla (10/5): - The overnight stay was a bday gift for my daughter .. from the initial check in to the apt and other amenities she was overly impressed and very happy in my choice. She got to relax after becoming a new mommy it’s needed, and catch up with a few friends . Landy was extremely helpful and just kind, can’t wait until I get to getaway for a day or two this is my choice it radiates peace and good for a reset refocus refresh .
- Norman (10/5): - Excellent location for our stay. Great price! Assigned parking is convenient, but operated by a different company for a nightly fee! The staff is great! (Maggie, Landy, Sy)!
- Renee (10/5): - Very Clean, Easy check-in, Modern, Absolutely Beautiful, and most important the bed was 100% like sleeping on a cloud so comfortable, woke up rested and with back problems had no pain when I got out of bed. 100% Recommended
- Jason (10/5): - Great hotel
- Sheri (10/5): Wish I could stay longer - We stayed only one night. Everything is amazing. Staff is helpful and friendly. The coffee machine in the lobby area is cool.
- Caryn (8/5): - we like the property and the staff there made it easy to check in and answer any questions. We were only there one night I would use the property again.!
- Jody (10/5): - From the time I drove up and walked into the reception area to check in, the customer service was amazing! Also, the apartment and area was exactly what it shows online. Yhe description was spot on! I will only stay here from now on!
- Adam (10/5): - Ai hotel
- Mark (2/5): - The property is completely automated but there is an attendant during typical business hours. My issue is that I began my check in process myself at the kiosk and the attendant decided I needed her “help” and started clicking buttons for me not allowing me to see what was actually happening on the screen. I believe she did mean well however she apparently clicked a button for me that indicated I wanted an upgrade to the room to a two bedroom. I was not aware of this and when the final screen came up it only mentioned a $150 deposit refundable upon checkout. I was traveling alone for business and the room was prepaid through Expedia making a two room upgrade a ridiculous option. When I got to the room I figured it was simply a limited room inventory and they put me in a room they had available which just happened to have two bedrooms. It’s happened many times before at other hotels but with a normal person checking me in - I would have been informed. This time when I checked out I was only then able to see the upgrade charges. There was no attendant as it was early in the morning so I completed checkout as I had a schedule to keep. Later that day I emailed the hotel and explained what happened and asked that the charges for the upgrade be removed. They refused and said it was my fault. I respectfully replied and reiterated the issue and details. As of now I have been told they were referring me to the operations team. That were it stands now so be careful at this hotel.
- Colleen (10/5): 2-night stay - Amazing stay, not one issue, easy to get around and the apartment was wonderful, stayed cool indoors & quiet neighbors.
- Laila (10/5): - I love the place thinking about moving here
- Anya (10/5): - Very convenient if traveling with a family to have multiple bedrooms and a full kitchen.
- Larry L (10/5): - Very clean and quiet place staff was very friendly and helpful at time of check in
- Paz Alejandra (10/5): - Great location and apartment
- Adreem (10/5): - Great assistance from staff very respectful
- Abbey (10/5): A must vist - This hotel is the perfect stay for 2 couples. It’s essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and laundry in unit. Definitely coming back!
- Loretta (10/5): - It was a wonderful place to stay, felt like home!
- Robert (10/5): - Breakfast
- Cera (4/5): - dishes rusted and dirty, shower knob cover fell off- good area though.
- Paul (10/5): - Nice apartment set up in midtown. Comfy beds, strong wifi, big TV. Full kitchen. Some good restaurants not quite talking distance but close.
- Tyasia (10/5): - My stay here was peaceful. It felt more like an airbnb than a hotel. There was minimal staff and a self check in process. I personally did not mind it. The property was secure and the units were huge and clean. Would recommend if you are okay with the unique style of the property!
- Paul (10/5): - Really nice and comfortable apartments. Great staff. Little dog park if you bring a pet. Really enjoyed my stay.
- Lawrence (6/5): - During my stay, I went out to buy water at Walmart. When I returned, I found police everywhere due to an active shooter situation in the area. The police stopped me from returning to the hotel, and I had to pay for a different hotel for the night. I called customer service repeatedly to find out what was happening, but no one answered or checked to see if the guests were safe.
- Artie (10/5): - Great rooms, it’s basically a condo
- Amy (10/5): - Beautiful room, very clean and nice
- Randall (10/5): - Very clean and nice, and very safe.
- Andrew (10/5): - The room was clean and I felt safe. What else is there to say. All ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Marcus (10/5): Great place to stay when in Phoenix! - I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
- David (10/5): - I recently stayed at this property in Phoenix, AZ, and was very impressed with the experience. Extremely large and spacious with very clean rooms!
The unit features large rooms, oversized bathrooms, and a full-sized kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, plus a washer and dryer. The "apartment" is fully furnished with a very comfortable hybrid mattress and has split-unit air conditioning and heating in each room. Essentially, you're staying in a high-end apartment that would typically rent for around $2,500 per month — but at a nightly cost comparable to or even less than many hotels.
Check-in was simple and efficient. A 6-digit code is provided to access the adjacent building and the elevator, with a different code used for room entry. Parking was easy as well — you just download the app upon check-in, choose a parking spot number, and it's $20 per night.
Overall, this is a fantastic alternative to a hotel. The unit was extremely quiet, much larger than any hotel suite, and located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. In my opinion, you're getting a deluxe hotel/apartment experience for an excellent price! Would recommend. If you've ever stayed at an Airbnb, you'll find the check-in process similar and easy after hours, but during business hours the staff is happy to help with check-in.
- Steven (10/5): - Loved staying here. It’s like having an entire apartment to yourself. Super secure with the passcodes to access the property, but still convenient with the key fob. Very quiet and super modern. It has everything you would need
- Margarita (10/5): - I really enjoyed the pool and design of the beautiful building
- George A (10/5): - Great stay. Apartment was wonderful, building was secure and clean. I wish parking was included.
- Jon (10/5): - It was quiet and clean
- James (4/5): - To begin with our Security door would not work for about 30 minutes after check in. Paid for parking in lower level. The app had no service on lower level. Exit gate didn't work. App would open entrance gate trying to exit. Heaters in unit were terrible. Would not hold a descent temperature, either too hot or cold. Bed was way too soft. Furniture was made for small kids, not grown adults. Will never stay again, too many issues for me.
- John (8/5): - Unbelievably difficult to get into. Took me almost 30 minutes
- Jude (10/5): - Beautiful room, quiet stay, and the hotel had really nice amenities! It was in a great location that was central to almost all there is to do in Arizona. When the staff was needed, they were very helpful. I would certainly stay again.
- Kristiana (10/5): - The staff in the Lobby were very helpful with a last minute stay. We had a bad experience with the last stay we were going to be in but once we immediately went to Sentral Alloy the staff out there immediate attention to us. We got a stay and the place was so nice, the atmosphere, and the place. I truly felt like I was treated well and felt luxury ❤️
- Keith (2/5): Horrible - Horrible Could not check in Had to find somewhere else to stay at 9 pm. Just zero help
- TIMOTHY (8/5): Midtown Gem - It’s a very new property in a hip area of Phoenix called Midtown. The room is phenomenal. It looks like a mini apartment and it has a separate kitchen, which is very unique. The check-in process is a little wonky though. There is no front desk so to speak you’re on your own for checking in and I needed to call Customer Service to get some help But once I was past that the day was very good.
- Rebecca L Saint (10/5): - our stay was great! will definitely book again next time we visit the phoenix area!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice place but not worth the effort - Front desk was not staffed during advertised hours and the equipment to check-in did not function well which resulted in a over 20 minute process to check-in and finally get to the room. The light on the thermostat in the room is incredibly bright and wouldn't dim automatically which made sleep difficult. Be aware that parking is $26/night. Overall a very nice place but definitely not worth all the effort to check yourself in to finally get settled.
- Jon (10/5): - I liked that everything was done by phone the property was beautiful.my stay was excellent I would definitely stay there again.
- Mieke (6/5): Daycation - Upon arrival, it’s unclear of where to park. There is a huge parking lot but the spaces are numbered, not sure if they’re reserved. Entering the building to check in, I was sent to the kiosk to check in. I need help, one of the women were kind enough to assist me. After getting my room information via email, I was lost on where to go, how to enter the building, what floor we would be staying on , etc. I only went back inside so my son could use the restroom, only then was I told how to get in, parking and given the codes for the door and elevator. The apartment was very nice. Very clean. Everything worked. There is a $150 no one bothered to mention upon booking or checking in. Other than those minor things. My stay was good.
- Yvette O (10/5): Absolutely Gorgeous - There is not one bad thing I can say! Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Cute little patio. Safe area with street parking. I cannot wait to stay again
- Verified traveler (6/5): Brand new but comes with issues - I stayed in a Sentral in Miami and had a good experience so I expected the same for this new property in Phoenix. Would I stay again? Unsure until they work out their growing pains and get more occupancy.
Good:
- Brand new
- gated parking available ($25/day)
- large apartments
- washer/dryer, gym, pool
- convenient location
Bad:
- Check in took 1 hour after my "room was not ready" at 10PM
- Ghost town. It's all automated, no one to help you, barely saw anyone else, felt borderline unsafe if there was an issue
-They had close to 0 occupancy but managed to give us a room in the worst possible location in the building (see pic)
- Industrial equipment and nearby construction made the outdoor space unusable. No sun regardless due to absolute back of the building.
- Upstairs neighbor was incredibly loud for 3 days straight (could hear everything). I finally texted the Sentral contact person who responded 30 hours later that they asked the person to be more quiet. I had checked out at that point.
- Facilities still need finishing like landscaping, dog wash, etc.
- Run more like an Airbnb than a hotel with bare minimum of soap, towels, garbage bags, etc. provided.
Check in was a nightmare. Issuing us the worst possible room created a headache. Lack of prompt communication. Would I stay again knowing all this? If the price is right and having clearer expectations perhaps. But definitely not room 1224.
