- Michael (4/5): - Walls are thin! Sounded like buffalo stampede most of the night. I was woke up by the people in the room next door. What they were doing left little to the imagination. Could not sleep with that goi g on! Will not stay there agian with a child!
- Nicole (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Peter (10/5): - Nice stay, wish I could have stayed longer
- Mary (8/5): - The room was very clean. There was a lot of trash from the room next door in the hallway when we arrived and still in the morning. The hand towels were scratchy.
- Benjamin (10/5): - Very close to Purdue
- Scott (10/5): - Friendly staff and clean hotel and surroundings.

- Mary (10/5): - I am perfectly satisfied with the service from personnel,
the bright appearance of the room and feeling comfortable in the room. It was a very pleasant experience being there
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel novo, mas funcionários com má vontade
Chuveiro ruim
- Anna (8/5): - Only negative: room are not sound proof. Can hear everything from other rooms. Loud walking above
- tony (10/5): - Nice and clean, will stay again for sure.
- Jennifer (6/5): - The hotel was a very nice new property. Most of the staff were very helpful and kind. We did, however, have an incident. Having disabilities, sometimes days can be difficult after travel & we had to request an hour later check out. The front staff worker was seemingly not understanding of the person with a disability and not willing to offer any alternative or to be able to reasonably communicate with someone distraught and in pain. More than one attempt was made to speak with the staff worker before becoming very upset and tearful. The request to speak with a manager was also denied by the staff worker. The hotel was not busy at all at that time and it would not have inconvenienced the staff to have allowed the person an extra hour to be able to gather themselves to vacate the property. This could be in violation of the ADA law which needs to be considered. I think that staff could be better trained on working with people with disabilities and accommodations, and not dehumanizing the person. They mentioned that “it is Marriott and they can’t just do that” which is a very unfortunate statement. We have been a member for years and never had anything like this happen. It was a very unfortunate occurrence that could’ve been avoided. The facility is very nice and it’s in a good area not too far from campus.
- Donald (10/5): - A new hotel with a nice fitness room and very good breakfast on real dishes.
- Caitlin (8/5): - New property in a great location for anyone with plans to spend time at or near Purdue University. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lobby area is nice, and we enjoyed the patio furniture out front as well. Plenty of parking. Starbucks, Walmart, Culver’s, Applebees and more all within walking distance. Breakfast was ok - pretty standard carb heavy American options. No fresh fruit which was a bummer.
Overall a nice hotel and would definitely stay again for future visits to the university.
- Raymond (6/5): - could not rely on the morning breakfast due to staff shortages
- Anuwat (10/5): - Breakfast was hot and efficient.
Air conditioning is working very well.
- Kasi (6/5): - The shower was weak and had barely a trickle of water, difficult to wash the soap off coz poor flow of water.
Breakfast was substandard, nothing to write home about. Bed was good, ac worked well.
Rugs were not in the cleanest condition not shampooed. Okay property even though it seems to be newer. Friendly staff at front desk.
- Donna (8/5): - Nice room and breakfast was good, but they were out of some items by the time we got there. Walls must be thin, we could hear walking from above and conversations from adjoining rooms.
- Robin (10/5): - The staff was helpful and friendly, lots of places near by to eat and shop , and very near to the Purdue campus.
- Mohammed Hassan M (10/5): - Nice after a long trip
- Kelly (10/5): - Perfect location, great price
- Laura (10/5): - Great place to stay.
- Thomas (10/5): - Everything was great except in the shower, the soap dispencer was e
mpy. We told the cleaning lady and she said she leave us a new container. It wasn’t done.
- Laura (10/5): - A great place to stay!
- Stacie (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Our room was very clean and spacious. I felt safe in the area.
- Susan (4/5): - Terrible evening staff, during check in, which completely disregarded professionalism. It is a brand-new hotel, and I expect the cleanliness from it being "new", but I won't be returning.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The hotel was new and clean.
- Maria sorzana (10/5): - Nice new hotel. Everything was brand new and impecable. The kitchenette was a big plus with dishwasher and everything you need.
People were very nice and polite
- Amanda (10/5): - New hotel and staff was great!!
- Nancy (10/5): Loved my stay! - Loved the comfort, cleanliness and quiet of the room. The kitchen was very nice as well
- Barry (8/5): - The layout of the room was excellent. Well, I was only there for one night. I can see we’re having the small kitchen would be a great benefit. If you were there for a longer period of time no electrical outlet on one side of the bed is a negative and the mattress was so soft. It was also a negative
- Catherine (4/5): - I will not stay at this hotel again. It has nothing to do with the staff. The laminate flooring in the kitchen area is awful. It sounds like elephants are walking on the floor above you. The light fixture in the kitchen would move when the family above us walked on the floor. It was impossible to sleep since the person above us was pacing the whole night. What a disappointment! When building the property they cheaped out on insulation, this was a big mistake on their part.
- Prady (4/5): - The hotel appears to be a new property. I am disappointed with the stay and service.
I booked and paid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa (advertised as sleeps 5).
No suites (with sofa bed) are available at this property. Even after confirming my preference (suite with sofa) on the day of stay (earlier in a phone call), they stated it was an error and could not accommodate me at the time of check-in. Moreover, the hotel cannot provide an extra bed mattress for the guest (instead, on the sofa in the booking).
Secondly....
The main room entrance door was misaligned and could not be closed/locked. Since there is no maintenance staff, we had to put a chair and our luggage suitcases against the door to keep it closed (overnight)so we could sleep. Maintenance personnel came following day to fix it, meanwhile, we could not leave the room until this was completed..
Finally, No Hot Water for showers!!!
We have to take showers in lukewarm water. Something's wrong with water heaters, they claimed.
Both days I stayed, we took warm showers.
Overall, Poor rating. Marriott should investigate and fix these to save their reputation.
- ARIANA (4/5): - Water pressure was really bad. Breakfast was not the best and had seemed they were not prepared for how many people were there. The place was really clean and modern. Staff was sweet. Breakfast staff seemed frustrated and overwhelmed.
- Jay (10/5): - This is a very new hotel and not everything was perfect yet, but the staff were amazing and it was a great value during our tour at Purdue.
- Shanna-Kay (10/5): - The staff was very nice and accommodating
- Carolyn (4/5): Can’t Recommend - Terrible. Had high expectations for brand new hotel. Room a/c did not work and it took at least 20 minutes for front desk to answer. Only option was to change rooms. Breakfast had very limited options because they “didn’t receive the delivery”. Just empty containers. Shower pressure was awful. The very basic expectations weren’t met. So disappointing.
- Beth (4/5): - No hot water in the shower, toilet not cleaned
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean
- Mei (10/5): - We were lucky. It's a new hotel. It opened last Thursday and we checked in on Sunday. The staffs are nice and friendly.
- Patricia (10/5): - My stay was Sat. April 19-Sunday April 20 and it was very pleasant. The one negative comment is the front desk called at 11am to say our checkout was 11:00am and we needed to vacate the room. After going to the front desk with my confirmation it was noted our check out time was noon and we should not have been contacted and our key cards deactivated at 11am. It was an inconvenience that put a blemish on the overall stay.
