The air conditioning in our room was not working properly—it didn’t cool the room at all but kept making a loud, disturbing noise throughout the night. It made it nearly impossible to sleep. This issue seriously affected our experience, and we hope the hotel addresses this problem for future guests
- CR (8/5): Nice scenic location - Hotel is situated in a beautiful location and is aesthetically pleasing. We liked the spa and the restaurant on level 4 which was quiet and child free. Service was ok. Staff are still learning on the job so they do not meet 5* hospitality. Overall, nice hotel but needs improving for service.
