- Sara Allyson (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. It looks like it may have been renovated recently. It’s very close to many famous attractions like the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, so it was very convenient to be able to take a quick walk to so many places. It took me just over 20 minutes to walk to the Colusseum. There are also plenty of great restaurants and shopping near the hotel. It’s on a busy pedestrian-only street, but my room was still very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

It's on a busy street but once the windows were closed, we heard very little street noise. We were in the 4th floor. Would highly recommend this hotel . It’s in the very centre so is priced on the high side but for safety & convenience for a solo traveller , worth every penny !

We had a terrace room which was great, only issue with our unit was the shower stall design that made it hard to keep water from getting on the floor. Aside from that it was great. Staff are friendly and helpful and called us several taxis without issue; you can get taxis from here in 5 minutes or less.

We only stayed there for 3 days but would definitely recommend (and go back if we have the opportunity to go back to Rome). It’s location is perfect, you can walk everywhere in the old city and sight see. 10/10 !

About four blocks to the Trevi Fountain in one direction and about five blocks to the Pantheon in the other. Very good breakfast available on the property but if the weather is nice, walk about 50 meters toward the Pantheon and go to that cafe for excellent service and great food. Great stay. Highly recommended.

The majority of sites you'd expect to visit on your first trip to Rome are just steps away. I'd suggest getting a taxi to and from the train station if you have a lot of bags, but otherwise walkable. The room was unexpectedly large, big king bed and a daybed for our child. Nice private terrace as well. With the windows shut you would never know you were in such a busy place. Soundproofing was excellent!

A minimalist hotel the rooms were lovely and clean and we had a fantastic balcony with a glimpse of the ‘wedding cake’. Staff were pleasant and housekeeping really through. Would defo stay again, the excellent air conditioning in 34 degree heat was very welcome. The grab and go facility was handy.

They stored our luggage since we arrived early and delivered to our ready room. They called many taxis for us to get around. And even delivered our laundry while out to dinner. Would stay here again and again.

We would like to thank Veronica for always checking with us to see how we are. The breakfast staff were so friendly as well! It's conveniently located in-between the trevi and pantheon. Lots of restaurants, galleries and shopping. The rooms are new with fab tolietries and retro furniture. House keeping each day with new fluffy towels. The breakfast was amazing. We expected typical continental but it definitely was not that. We are going to stay here again for sure. Just book it, you will have an amazing time!
- Michelle (10/5): - I absolutely loved this hotel! I took a bit of a chance when I booked this because it opened Feb of this year & I booked it that same month but I'm so glad I did! The staff was incredibly kind, they were always very helpful & someone was always at the front desk. There's a lot of trust between the hotel & their guests because there's a self serve snack bar that you write down in a notebook what you took & they charge it to the room. Within the bar there is a water dispenser which you can refill as many of your water bottles as you'd like which was very economical & ecofriendly. The design of the hotel is beautiful, it's modern but artistic. I stayed on the 4th floor so for us it was quiet, but I cannot speak to how it is on the lower floors because it is on a very crowded street. The location is incredibly convenient, 3 blocks away from Trevi Fountain, 20min away from the Colosseum, 7min away from Piazza Navono. We didn't try their breakfast so I cannot speak to that. We used their laundry service & it was absolutely fantastic & a quick turn around, just a bit pricey. I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone.

- Juno (10/5): Great, modern hotel. - Cloud 7 Roma Hotel was amazing. It's located between Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. Even though it's on a busy street, we didn't hear any street noise being on the 5th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was modern and clean. We had a wonderful stay there.
- Traci (4/5): - Hotel is clean and basic but we picked this location because the deluxe room with terrace is advertised as a furnished patio or private terrace and we got neither. Then we were asked to still pay the full price for that specific room even after I brought it to the staff attention and complained to Expedia about it. I was told they would send chairs up but that didn’t happen either. Instead they sent a bottle of champagne that we never opened. It is very busy in Rome and we planned to go out early and later in the day and spend time relaxing at the hotel mid day when it was busy out. Since there really isn’t anywhere to hang out except cafes to relax we ended up sitting in our room. Sorry but for that price we could have booked a room much cheaper or off the main strip where we could relax outside somewhere. Please see the attached pics of the SHARED, non-furnished, balcony we paid a lot of money for. I just don’t want others to make the same mistake since the furnished terrace showed in every pic of this room is actually above this room and you don’t get access to it. Plus I could grab the railing and shake it which doesn’t make you feel very safe even if we did ever get a chair to sit on, and I saw our neighbor through our window more than once than realized two out of the three times I tried to lock the window, I could just give it a hard yank and open it which then made us stop opening the window altogether. Clearly money is priority over the guests happiness here.

- ANA (10/5): Um excelente hotel no coração de Roma - O Hotel foi inaugurado em Fevereiro de 2025, então todo o espaço é novo e lindo. A estrutura externa (fachada) do prédio é histórica e não pode ser alterada, no entanto a parte interna está impecável. A decoração do hotel é linda e inovadora. O Hotel possui um perfume muito gostoso e toda a linha de banho é personalizada com o mesmo perfume. Uma delícia! A localização é espetacular, exatamente no coração de Roma. Fizemos tudo a pé, sempre a menos de 20 min a pé dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O quarto é enorme, o piso é laminado, cama grande e confortável, banheiro grande e chuveiro com a temperatura ideal. O pessoal da recepção (front desk), especialmente a Veronica e a Anna são as melhores possíveis, nos atendido da melhor forma possível e nos ajudando em tudo o que precisávamos, nos dando ainda dicas sobre a cidade. Salvatore é o chefe da cozinha na área de café da manhã. Ele nos ajudou e teve uma atenção muito especial com nossos cafés da manhã, o qual é pago a parte (20 euros) mas vale cada centavo. Eles possuem um menu com um prato já incluso o qual você pode escolher e eles fazem na hora. O Hotel é EXCELENTE e sem dúvidas retornaria em uma futura viagem à Roma e indicarei para outros amigos e familiares. Grazie Cloud 7! As Famílias Campos e Silva amaram a estadia com vocês!

The breakfast every morning was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and will stay again on future trips. The beds are comfortable and the location felt very safe!

- Raman (6/5): - Hotel looked nice, great location, the breakfast options are decent but limited if you are looking for a full breakfast option. Now for the bad part...I was part of a large group and some of our rooms had no AC, the heat was on (29 C). It was really uncomfortable and hard to sleep. Hotel staff tried to fix the issue but the next day the heat was back on in some of the rooms. Extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency or solutions. Staff should have sourced fans etc to cool down rooms.

- Charlotte (10/5): A 5* stay - We stayed for 6 nights at this lovely new hotel in Rome and could not have been happier. The location was great, you felt right in the middle of the action with both the Pantheon and Trevi fountain about a 3 minute walk away. The hotel decor was contemporary and beautifully done, everywhere was very clean and stylish. The staff on the front desk (especially Veronica) were very friendly and welcoming, and were also on hand for any queries. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend to others!

- Felicia (10/5): Underbara Cloud 7, hit kommer vi tillbaka - Detta är ett nyöppnat hotell och när vi checkade in möttes vi av en väldigt inbjudande och fräsch liten reception. Incheckningen väldigt smidigt och de hade kunnat lösa så att vi fick tillgång till vårt rum tidigare vilket vi verkligen uppskattade. Hotellrummet hade precis allt det vi hade kunnat önska oss, det syntes att var nytt men på ett sätt med detaljer som ändå gjorde att det kändes väldigt hemtrevligt och mysigt. Vi fick ett rum med en liten terrass med en underbar utsikt. När vi checkade ut fanns det även möjlighet att lämna kvar väskorna så vi kunde fortsätta utforska staden, det fanns även möjlighet att sitta i Social Hub tills det var dags att åka. Hotellet ligger på en liten gata mitt emellan Trevi fontänen och Pantheon med flera små restauranger på. Detta gör att det går en del människor utanför hotellet. Vi hade vår terrass ut mot denna gatan och vi kunde höra detta när man sova men det var absolut ingenting vi stördes av. Detta hotell ligger på det perfekta läget om du vill kunna gå till alla olika sevärdheter, allt ligger ligger på gångavstånd. Personalen på hotellet hade ett väldigt trevligt bemötande och var alltid så vänliga och hjälpsamma. Veronica hjälpte oss vid både incheckning och utcheckning och vi tyckte att hon var helt fantastiskt, så ett extra tack till henne! Man märker verkligen att de som jobbar där gör det för att de tycker om vad de gör. Vi har precis kommit hem och vi längtar redan tills vi kommer tillbaka hit igen!
- Mirna (10/5): - Staff very helpful and professional. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy (so perhaps overpriced) the street is close so it is necessary to walk to the corner to get a taxi.
- David (10/5): The perfect location for a city trip! - The perfect location for a Rome city trip, right in the center and next to all attractions (very close to Trevi Fountain). Everyone at the reception was remarkably friendly and helpful and it never felt pushed but just genuinely nice. Rooms are super clean and practically furnished and offer everything you need. Make sure to pack some earplugs as it is quite noisy due to the prime city location. Would stay there again, 10/10!
- Caroline (10/5): Hotel novo, bem localizado - O hotel é muito novo, os quartos são ótimos com um tamanho excelente. Banheiro ótimo. A limpeza também achei muito boa. Uma das melhores coisas desse hotel, além das acomodações, trata-se da localização. O hotel fica muito próximo da Fontana de trevi, do pantheon, além disso fizemos tudo a pé. Conseguíamos ir até ponto turístico e passar pelo hotel e depois sair sem problemas. Embaixo do restaurantes tem vários restaurantes e o recepcionista do hotel também ajudou nas recomendações. Hotel dispõe de café, mas custa 20 euros, então eu preferi tomar café por perto. Mas, você podem encher garrafa de água a vontade no bar do hotel. Portanto, eu adorei o hotel.
- Margarida (10/5): Roma à sua porta - Incrível minha estadia em Roma. Hotel novíssimo, descolado, bem decorado e principalmente: muito bem localizado (restaurantes, sorveteria Venchi, lojas) e o destaque: próximo ao Panteon e a Fontana Di Trevi. Staff muito atencioso. Super indico!

- rinat (10/5): - The hotel is very well located in the middle of Rome close to many important and interesting sites. The stuff was amazing every each and one of them especially Luca who gave us really personal treatment and helped us in everything we needed. The hotel has 2 problems. One that the keys to the room are working for only one time and we had to get them fixed at the reception everyday sometimes more than once in one day. The second problem is that the hotel has heating systems that is automatic and even though the sir condition was off the room was too hot all the time and every day when we went out the air condition wood go off by itself so every evening when we got back to the hotel the room was hot and suffocating and that's a problem they couldn't fix. But I must say the stuff tried to help us in any way they could.
- Bjørn Hansen (10/5): Et hotell til å bli glad i. - Dette er hotell vi gjerne kommer tilbake til. Fylte alle våre behov for et hyggelig opphold i Roma. Sentralt, likevel stille. En frokost perfekt for en god start på dagen. Stilig interiør og behagelig atmosfære - og ikke minst, et hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale.

The room was a bit hot , the A/C was set only to heat, so we had to open the windows. We didn’t take breakfast, there are so many nice places around to eat.
- Thierry (10/5): Presque parfait - Hôtel refait à neuf dans une rue passante proche du centre très pratique pour faire presque tout à pied. Arrêt de bus à 30m. Revert de la médaille beaucoup de bruit côté rue la nuit heureusement l isolation phonique est plutôt bonne… le petits déjeuner sont hors de prix…vous pouvez déjeuner pour moitié prix tout autour.. pour tout le reste que du positif
