Can text with questions and get a quick response as well. The hotel lobby and hall ways were clean, room was clean, beds and pillows were super comfy. Would stay here again for sure.

- Josh (4/5): Unpleasantly surprised - Parking area was dark and unattended. There was no staff — literally no staff —on premises. There are no amenities whatsoever, for kids or otherwise. The one vending machine contained only expired junk food. Hands-down worst value of any hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory.

- Kathryn (10/5): - The hotel was all newly decorated and looked pretty and modern. It was extremely quiet, which was a goal for our stay. We appreciated the detailed directions for entry and room access. The room was comfortable and contained personal care items we appreciated such as body wash.
- Megan (10/5): - Pristine inn, quaint area, convenient location for our youth sport event in proximal Manheim, PA. Had a quiet stay and great dining at the nearby Italian/Pizza restaurant. Excellent comunication with management prior to and during our stay. I would definitely return if/when visiting this area. Highly recommend!!

- Genevieve (10/5): - This hotel surprised us , it smelled amazing, cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Snack vending machine was full, ice maker worked , furniture was new and clean. Mini fridge was larger than usual. Dehumidifiers in the room and common spaces. Would recommend this hotel.

The refrigerator and Keurig worked well. The only thing that surprised us was the kitchenette had no plates, bowls or tableware.

This property is a true gem, you can tell the owners put alot of thought into the spaces and decor....right down to the small details. I appreciate the pleasant smell walking through the doors and the hallways. Very clean, quiet ambiance. Managers are a text message away. Would definitely stay here again!

During our day not once did anyone come in to empty garbage or change linen or provide extra towel, during our 5-day stay and I reached out via text to the number posted they said someone would give us new towels no one ever came in. Property itself was very clean and kept immaculate there just was no interaction with staff because there's none there.

Everything you could possibly want in a stay is here at the Lititz Pointe Inn. Thank you to the new owners and wonderful manager Matt who made sure everything was perfect. Everything was great until we tried to go to sleep and the noise here was the worst we have ever experienced. It was so loud til midnight we couldn’t sleep, the hotel had signs everywhere quiet hour at 9pm but with no employees means no one to enforce and it sounded like elephants coming through the floors. Would highly recommend IF you can sleep with a lot lot of noise.

- H (6/5): - I didn’t realize that it was an AIRBNB-like arrangement. There is no staff, but you can call a number for someone to get back to you to address your concern. Overall, the room was pretty basic. That said, it seems like it was a newly renovated property, so it still felt clean and fresh. Though it’s not a hotel that you would stay in for a romantic getaway, it is fine if you just need a place to sleep for the night and feel comfortable.

We were given the code to the main door and to our room but we weren’t given a room number. No elevator was totally inconvenient. Too expensive for what we had.

I did email the property and they got back to me and apologized and offered a late checkout that I didn’t need.
