- jeanette (8/5): - The air ran almost all night , light bulb out in bath room , the toilet facing the shower was the worst there was a step for the shower that was directly in front of the toilet which made it difficult just to use the toilet unless you sit sideways !

Clean& had conviences such as mini fridge which had a freezer section, microwave, Kurieg with pods provided. Bedding was comfortable . 5 minutes to beach & pool nice option. We had basic studio room which was suitable for our 1 night need . Would reserve double if stayed longer for a little more space. Would return again as it was a value for cleanliness & amenities provided.
- Cayley (8/5): Parking and size - There is no assigned parking. We had to park at the road in the last spot but we still got a spot. The tiles in bathroom were a little stained. We booked the studio and that’s exactly what we got. It is small but perfect for a couple or single person. Overall it’s the perfect little place to sleep.

The very nice lady in the office was the redeeming quality of the stay.

The sink in the bathroom was tiny, and a little challenging to actually use, but we only stayed one night so it was fine. We tightened the loose toilet seat and unclogged the sink drain. Parking spaces are tight for large vehicles.
- Marian (10/5): - I love the vibe of the property. It was kind of retro and beachy with the bright colors of the doors and bright yellow pool chairs and umbrellas. The room had everything you needed and we had enough space to spread out our suitcases. The small frig was so cute and served a purpose with our taking up too much room. The bathroom sink was very small or maybe it was the big faucet that took up so much room. Regardless, it was perfect for our 2 night stay!

The air conditioner unit was in the separate bedroom with only a fan in the main area causing it to be very hot when closing the door to the bedroom area. The pool was nice and clean and the beach was walking distance. No extra pillows for he sofa bed, only 2 sheets and pillow cases. The receptionist at check in was really nice.
- David (6/5): - The room was very small, difficult for two people to get around in. The toilet seat was lose, the alarm clock didn’t work, and one bedside lamp had a bad bulb.
- Sage (2/5): - I booked a room for 2 people. It was SUPER small and the bathroom was even smaller. The sink was the size of a cereal bowl (which just splashed water everywhere when washing your hands or brushing your teeth) and the toilet was so close to the shower, you had to put your feet in the shower when sitting on the toilet. The lights flickered and one in the bathroom didn’t even turn on. The air conditioner was so loud that it kept us up all night turning off and on every hour. The walls are super thin that you could hear everything outside and there was a slice in the door which let in light (and who knows what else) from outside. There was not a rug in the entrance so dirt/sand was easily tracked in. Parking was a HUGE issue as there were no available spots when we came back for the night. I felt that there were more rooms than parking spots. We had to park in front of a tree which wasn’t even a parking spot. The room smelled like cigarettes and felt dingy. The only plus was that it was within a mile or two of the boardwalk and shops near the beach! The pictures were so deceiving! For the price, I was very disappointed.

- Stacy (2/5): - Upon arrival after 4.5 hours of driving with a 6 year old, getting in around midnight, we found little to no parking. The spots are so narrow that there are nearly inches between you and another vehicle. Our first night we had to go around the parking lot 4 times to find a spot to fit our small suv in. Because it was at night, it made it more difficult. This caused us to avoid leaving by car for any destination at all costs throughout our stay with the fear of losing a decent spot. In addition, while the motel is esthetically pleasing, there were several issues in quality of maintenance. For example, lamps that are in the wall by the beds were falling off and you could not turn them on. The only light option was the ceiling light. The window in the bathroom was poor. Looked like it had a weird film over it or painted over. It also looked like it wasn’t properly sealed at the bottom or unable to close. There was a huge spot on the wall near the AC where a leak may have been, wood floors were separating towards that area of the room as well. Front door was not sealed properly so heat would come in at the top. In addition, we never saw a single staff member. Cynthia was very pleasant on the phone to confirm our room. We did text about an issue with yellow jackets flooding the front door (due to them liking a palm tree) and I did hear them spray. I did complain about the parking with zero response. I could go on but there’s no room left to type.
- Shawn (4/5): - This property was our first complete let down from Expedia reviews. The photos posted are absolutely nothing like the room we were given. There is NOTHING remodeled in room 2. Loose metal transitions that would be dangerous for a child for sure. 1 window air conditioner in a room with a filthy floor fan to move air to front room. I had to ask for something to clean the fan as it was blowing huge chunks of dirt across the room. Rusted bathroom fixtures. Frozen over fridge/freezer that smelled like rotten meat. The couch was so filthy we had to use a sheet to cover it before we could sit on it. This place is a dump. It does appear room 18 and up are possibly updated, but do not accept 1-17 for sure. There’s not even a rug to wipe your feet so you carry in all the sand and dirt from your feet right to where you sleep. The only plus to this place is the walk to the beach is only 5 mins across street. We would not stay in this hotel again for any reason at all.

The room with two beds is tiny, The bathroom was so small you have to turn sideways to use the toilet and the door to the bathroom is a sliding door that doesn't even close So maybe if it's just a couple or something like that it would be okay but yeah. It was close to the beach so that was nice The rooms were fairly clean The pool was nice. Just the price that we paid for a night in that tiny room I just don't know. And also the parking at this motel is super ridiculous you will be lucky to get a parking spot most likely not by your room. Heaven forbid you move because you'll come back with nowhere to park.

Tiny bathroom, but served its purpose. Smallest sink I’ve ever seen in the states. Good TV. Parking is very tight… but at least it’s there and free. Nice pool. Great check in and out!

Parking right up to your door. So convenient. Cynthia who runs the place so nice and left a phone number in case office was closed. Pool right outside. Only a few blocks from the pier. Nice. Keyless entry with a code. Definitely would stay again.

Pull out sofa bed was terrible! Don't rent if you have more than 4 people. Pool area was nice. The kids enjoyed it. We really liked the contactless check-in and check-out via text messaging. Staff were polite and helpful when we requested bedding and towels, as there was only enough for 4 people in the room even though the reservation was for 6. Overall, it was worth it for the price.
- Bettiann (8/5): Cute place, on a mission to be great. - My young son and I stayed one night. We arrived super early and the office wasn't open yet. Just be aware the office doesn't open until 10:30, at least on a Sunday. And there is nothing to do within walking distance. You are able to use the pool or go to th beach if you're early though. Once the office opened, Becky was amazing and so friendly! There's a restroom you can use in the office, filtered water, etc. And she has great recommendations for Tybee. We went out with some friends, and she sent a text and called to follow up once our room was ready. After we can back from our day out, we decided to get in the pool for a bit. The water was perfect, though the pool itself could use a little upkeep. And some other guests had glass bottles in the pool area, which is stated to be prohibited. The chairs and umbrellas around the pool are clean and in great condition, they look brand new. The exterior of the motel could use some upkeep, but you can tell they are doing what they can. I feel like they must have a checklist that they are going through. The inside of our room was great. Very cheerful and fun, without being overdone. The beds were super comfortable, and there is a fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine. We had plenty of room for the two of us. Some of the fixtures could stand to be updated, like the brass wall lamps. (If I'm being picky!) The floors looked brand new and were very clean. im about out of room but I could go on! I would probably stay here again.

This is an older motel with a quaint, cozy, old-fashioned ocean type character. If you’re looking for a fancy, modern motel, look elsewhere. We loved this one for its uniqueness. Two light glass globes on the ceiling lights need to be replaced or cleaned, on the inside; otherwise our stay was great.

- Kim (8/5): - This motel is a super cute remodeled vintage motel. The wallpaper and decor was very cute and the room was very clean. The door could be replaced, we could see some light thru it towards the bottom of the door. Check-in was easy, we got a text with the check in code, and we received a phone call to double check that we got the code. The pool was clean and had a shallow and deep end. We hung out at the pool the day we checked out. The shower is large, but the bathroom overall is not big, the sink is tiny! Little college appliances are mid-century colors and all you need for a motel stay. Parking spots were tight because we had a truck. Anything bigger than an F-150/1500 would probably not fit. Overall a cute, clean vintage motel!
- Amy (10/5): - The fantastic lady at the front desk was AMAZING! We adored her sooo much. Our neighbors were inconsiderate people who stayed up arguing both nights we were there, but besides that, it was an amazing stay and we will be back!

- Lisa (10/5): Very happy with thw room! - Small room but it worked. So happy to receive a text and a call to say the room was ready at 2:30, normal check in is at 4:00. Very clean property and pool. Great location and just a short walk to the beach. We plan on staying there again!
