Despite showing the confirmation, we were refused a room with no solution offered. This was extremely stressful as I was traveling with two small children (1 and 4 years old). We booked in advance to avoid last-minute trouble, but faced the opposite. A very disappointing, embarrassing, and unacceptable experience—strongly not recommended
