- Katherine (10/5): - Really nice and comfy hotel the rooms are really big with a separate living room area. Seems pretty new, not too much wear and tear. The bed was really comfortable. There's a huge indoor pool, the fitness center is very minimal. The free breakfast didn't have any hot foods just cereal, oatmeal, bagels, but at least there were some boiled eggs.

- Cindy (6/5): - We stayed at this facility many times when it was Best Western Executive Suites. It was always comfortable and clean with a full breakfast. It is Spark by Hilton now. The rooms are minimalist now. The hide- a-bed couch is unusable as a couch or a bed- either use is extremely uncomfortable. There were no towels in the room except for a used washcloth. We got fresh linen from the front desk. No shampoo in the dispenser. The breakfast was continental. At this time, the $10- $15 reduction in price per night isn't enough for me to book here again after using this facility (as Best Western) for the last 10 years.

- jaime (6/5): Good renovation but no food available - We were greeted by Barbara very polite lady. She was very friendly and advised us about the availability of breakfast in the morning. The different breakfast items etc, unfortunately when my family and I came downstairs for breakfast at 9:05 am they only had some cereal and a few bagels. The yogurt machine was out of yogurt and the hard boiled eggs were gone as well. We asked if there were any other options but unfortunately we didn’t get any. If you stay I recommend you go get breakfast early at 6am in order to get a better variety. The tub/shower combo was not working properly. We had to hold the drain stopper up because it would not stay open in order to drain the water.

- Karina (6/5): - This place is nice. It’s clean, has comfortable-sized rooms, a pool, and easy parking. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of the lady Barbara who helps with breakfast. I went at 9:15am for some breakfast (breakfast ends at 10am), she was already taking everything down. There was no milk for the cereal, so I had to ask for some. By 9:50am, there was almost nothing left on the counter except for coffee. She was very rude when I asked for fruit and milk. I think if she’s in charge of breakfast, she should be more polite and friendly with guests.

If I had wanted a Super 8, I would have booked that. As a Hilton Honors member, Spark diminishes the Hilton Brand.

The pool had pool noodles and balls so the children can play with but the jacuzzi didnt work. The beds are very conformable.

- Nathan (8/5): - My family of four enjoyed the separate bedroom and "living space." Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Area felt safe. Continental breakfast (not hot) was basically a bagel bar and cereal, but was adequate. Note: (1) in our room the hot and cold water in the shower were switched. My wife and daughter figured it out, but I left it on hot "just giving it time..." and wound up taking a cold shower. (2) Access to the location is difficult and confusing. The road to the hotel is called "Pan American Fwy NE" and so is the access road to the freeway, but they are not the same road. You have to turn at the gas station. Traffic on Montgomery Blvd is very heavy, so making a left turn from Montgomery onto the road to the hotel, or from the hotel making a left onto Montgomery was very difficult. Traffic would often block the intersection, so you just have to be patient and hope for considerate drivers to let you through.

We had to use the sleeper sofa but no bedding. When we asked the desk for bedding, they gave us one pillow, a top sheet and comforter. They said they ran out of pillows. The tv in the room did not work and the faucet leaked.

Our room had a windo in the living area, that looked out into the hallway (indoor). A little odd, in my opinion. That and a large gap between the floor and the bottom of the door made noises from the main hallway loud in our room. Not necessarily the fault of the property, but there were an awful lot of unattended kids that were allowed to run up and down the hallway during our stay.

- Breanna (2/5): Worst stay, spend $ elsewhere! - No way to open window to get humidity out of room. First arrived all channels were off air, waited over 2 hour for maintenance. It was quiet. Room had no microwave or coffee maker. No extra blanket, sheet for pull out couch. Went swimming no towels waited an hour for a lady to leave 2 towels with a swimming pool full of 22 people. My son had forgotten his glasses and the pool area, after checking out we asked to return to the pool to be let in because the card wasn’t opening the door.KEY CARDS NEVER WORKED! Asked Barbara to be let in she had tried her best to dismiss my family “she can’t do anything because her card didn’t work.” Mind you there was a worker who went in with no issue& other families. God forbid a person drowns on Barbara’s shift with her faulty key card stating “no one else can help you” “no one else has access!” “My card doesn’t work there’s no one else!” “The pool is supposed to be closed it’s not even supposed to be open” there was no sign stating the pool was closed. Only opening hours was listed . Mind you I called up seven days ago, asking if the pool is open, they said yes. Then three days before my stay, asked again over the phone, it was open. As well as checking in the day before, Barbara helped letting me know when the pool was open by letting me know the hours. She tried very hard to dismiss us stating to come back, we lived over 200 miles away and had no plans on return.Management needs to be present! Barbara has terrible service!
- Analicia (4/5): Save your money and stay somewhere else - An older hotel which has been remodeled. Upon arrival at 2:30 PM, we were told that there were no early check ins and we had to wait until 3:00 PM. At 3, the lobby was filled with people checking in and some being told that their room was not yet cleaned. It appeared that the hotel was very short staffed from house cleaning, front desk, and maintenance. The room was nice and remodeled. I appreciated that there was no carpet. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable. There was quite a bit of space in the king room, which felt like 2 rooms due to the door closing off the bedroom from the living area. The walls are very thin, as we had a noise complaint called on us for my 4 year old talking. The next morning we got up and had the continental breakfast which was a “bagel bar”, cereal, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. We decided to go swimming and this was the nail on the coffin. The pool opened at 9 am, which is the time we arrived. Several people were waiting in the hall, and soon told us they were waiting for maintenance to open the door. When maintenance returned, he used a MacGyvered metal coat hanger to open the door handle on the other side because none of the hotel key cards worked. Upon entering the pool area there were large pieces of food crumbs on the floor. In the pool, it was worse. There was so much food floating in the water. The water was cold (considering it was inside). The hot tub was lukewarm and the jets did not work. Definitely not staying here again!

- Roger (8/5): A good review! - The problem was the renovation crew hadn’t sponged the grout on the bathroom floor, thus it was crumbling and sticking to one’s feet. Otherwise the staff and basic cleanliness were excellent!

I was told the only breakfast available was a bagel bar, except they didn’t even offer cream cheese. On the plus side: the suite was spacious, the bed and pillows were amazing, easy parking, friendly staff. I’d def stay here again.

- Rosequania (10/5): Great Office Remote Space - It was very clean and spacious. I had to book last minute and worked remote. The extra room away from the beds with the closed door helped my partner sleep more. I just closed the door and spoke on the phone.
- Santiago (4/5): Not the same! - Had to wait 2 hours for my room to be cleaned. Pull out bed didn’t have any bedding…no sheets, blankets, pillow cases or pillows. Staff was friendly. Booked one night stay for $173.00. Not the same Best Western!!!
- Kayla (2/5): Bad stay at spark - I honestly didnt like my stay there with my family. We showed up to check in. I just had surgery on my ahoulder and i was asking if i could check in early around 12 pm. The lady said there wasnt a room ready for early check in and to call back like around 1 or 2. So i called back at 2 then she said there was no rooms available. So we showed up at like 2:30 pm. The lady told me there was no rooms. So we waited again like 15 minutes till ahe was still saying they werent available. The lady that was working was rude to me. When i finally got the room she didnt explain how to get to my room, where the elevators were. I was in soooooo much pain i wanted to get into my room. When we got into the room the floor wasnt swept, there was no kleenex, the main door to our room wouldnt lock right. You had to shut it hard for it to lock. I was expecting alittle better service from this place because of it being a hilton.

- George (10/5): Albuquerque offers its best - Great place for the price! Indoor pool and Jacuzzi were amazing! Manager Manuel was so freindly, helpful and amazing. Only cons were tvs didnt work but we didnt make a big deal about it, our choice. Hotel offered to fix the issue but we didnt bother. 5 stars!
- Hee (6/5): - Not easy for excess to property.
- Victor (4/5): Very unpleasant - Confused our rooms, no amenities, hair in tub and all over sink when we got into the room. The hot and cold water is labeled wrong. Only bagels for breakfast.
