- Mark (10/5): - Staff were very friendly even though I did not speak Spanish well. It is about a 30 minute Metro ride to the center of Madrid, but away from the tourist crowds and close to the Chamartín station where I needed to catch my onward train to Vigo. On the last day I decided to try their breakfast buffet, which had freshly made coffee, nice pastries, fruit, and juice. I was on the first floor, which was above the ground level on the street-side, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend it for travelers who have similar needs.

Está cerca de las paradas de metro (apenas 7-10 minutos andando). La llegada con el coche y registro fue sencilla, también tiene un parking propio el cuál es económico y está bien.

- Lea (6/5): En välttämättä suosittele - Hotelli oli todella meluisa, viereistä huoneista kuului kaikki meteli meidän huoneeseen ja nukkuminen oli hankalaa. Palvelu oli hyvää ja siivous samoin. Olihan hotelli jo aika kulunut, sänky oli aika epämukava kun natisi joka käännöksellä. Sijainti oli merkitty keskustaan, mutta siitä oli todellisuudessa 9 metropysäkkiä keskustaan. Metroasema toki lähellä ja liikkuminen helppoa. Hotelli oli kuitenkin suhteellisen kallis, joten en koe saaneeni rahoille vastinetta.
