- Rudy (6/5): Empatía 0 - Necesitaba salir muy temprano el domingo, para una diligencia, y el personal nocturno no se encontraba en su área de trabajo, 30 minutos esperando, buscando y sonando el clason, algo molesto para los que están durmiendo, y todavía molesto cuando le sugerí que cuando hubiese movimiento en el área de recepción se quedará en el área, otros huéspedes dejaron sus llaves solamente y se retiraron, y otra cosa a app solo ofrecía una habitación con un costo de $1900.00 y fraccion y al llegar había habitaciones para 2 personas mucho más baratos, prácticamente pude haber ahorrado el 50%
- Javier (8/5): - Lo único que no nos agradó, Que cuando ingresaron a la limpieza que hacen diaria, solo tendieron las camas no cambiaron sábanas. Y solo sacaron la basura y trapearon no lavaron el baño Son los detalles que miramos pero de bien más todo está al 100.. Gracias y nos vemos pronto
