- Robert (10/5): - The Inn is a historic building with all the charm of an 1800 century structure. A bar and restaurant are on the first floor. The service and food I would rate a 10 out of 10. You know the food is good when the local people come here to eat. I highly recommend Barncastle Inn
- Arleen (8/5): Historic building - We spent 2 nights. The hotel is a beautiful, historic building built in 1830. Significant effort has been undertaken to honor the history of the building while modernizing the infrastructure. The only complaint I have is that the bed was uncomfortable and the bedding itself is dated. The hosts are very attentive and friendly. They also run a restaurant out of the hotel and although we didn’t eat there, the meals smelled wonderful!
