• Bobby (4/5): - Room was clean, acceptable, and in an excellent location for touring old Dubrovnik. So why the bad review? You are paying full price for a hotel with minimum staffing. If you arrive after 3 pm you may have to ask several times before someone from the nearby restaurant leads you to a closed door in the wall with the name on the door itself, no other signage. Then you have to enter the room combination on the electronic lock and if you get the timing right after a couple tries, let yourself in, pick up your envelope with keys and find your room. This for almost $300 per night. In addition, the air conditioning was not working and the noise from the restaurant if you left the windows was not good for sleeping either. They worked on AC next day but still not great and I wouldn't touch the controls for fear of shutting it off.

It is in the heart of old town with all possibilities of shopping, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The staff are very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was great. • Lisa (10/5): First trip to Europe - Great hotel location! Staff was great to communicate with especially since our flights kept changing due to strikes in AMSTERDAM. Breakfast was delicious and the luggage storage was a nice feature.
• Dana (10/5): - The hotel far exceeded our expectations; the room was larger than the photos seemed to show, and better in any way: the modern, stylish decor, comfortable bed, large bathroom, more towels than I’ve ever had in a hotel. The cleanliness was absolute, the breakfast offered many options and included expresso (our choice) coffee. The staff could not do more for us, from the friendly receptionists who texted me when the room was ready and responded immediately, gave local and down to earth advice for sightseeing, to the clearly highly trained waiter who waited us at breakfast. And it is a few steps from the Pile Gate, where all taxis and other means of transportation will stop. As locations go, it is in the Old Town, meaning that all attractions and dining are just outside the hotel door. We would not be staying anywhere else when returning to that magnificent place.
• Janine (6/5): AC Marginally functioning - Excellent breakfast and location. AC was marginal. There is no common space. The front desk is only staffed during the day.
• Matthew (10/5): - A lovely room in a well kept hotel in the Old Town, with some exceptionally helpful staff who were able to assist with excursions. Very close to the Pile Gate so a majority of the sights are within a short walk with numerous restaurants, bars and small takeaways giving lots if variety.

• Amy (8/5): Pros and cons - Great location right by the gate to old city Room was very small but clean. The bathroom smelled like sewage initially. The air conditioning did not work very well and the room was stuffy. No on-site staff, but they were very friendly when we did deal with them.
• Bonnie (10/5): - The hotel is right inside the Pile gate and down the first street (alley). It has been remodeled and is very modern. The staff was in touch with me before we left the US. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that there is no elevator. Lots of stairs to get to our 4th floor room. It was loud all night if we had the windows open. We had to close them to sleep.

Taxis können nicht in die Altstadt hereinfahren also muss man sein Gepäck bis zum Hotel selber tragen Hotel hat keinen Aufzug und obwohl das freundliche Personal geholfen hat, muss man 1.2 oder 3 Etagen steigen

• DANIEL (10/5): - O hotel é mt bem localizado, fica logo na entrada da Oldtown. Quartos novos e confortáveis.
• Rodrigo (8/5): - El lugar está muy céntrico, cómodo para ir y venir con facilidad, el staff (tanto Ma.tea como el Host del Restaurante) muy serviciales y atentos... El único gran tema es que NO tiene elevador, y eso sí tuvo un impacto importante en la comodidad para subir/bajar equipaje, entrar/salir de la habitación... ya que las escaleras están pesadas especialmente para una persona (adulto mayor) que se cansa más fácilmente subiendo escaleras para moverse por el hotel. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

We had a fire alarm incident when we were there which was unfortunate because the students were not capable of dealing with the situation appropriately. Outside of that, it is a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Dubrovnik Disneyland. Lol for the side streets...

• ??? (8/5): - 旧市街の中にあり場所がわかりやすく便利で、こじんまりとした清潔な部屋でした。 ただ空調が今の時期としては寒く、シャワーも時間を置かないと再度使えなかったのが気になりました。 スタッフの方は皆親切でした。
