- Deben (6/5): - The staff was great. They need to. Update their amenities. The room was small and it wasn't much to do on the property. The location of the property was kind of far away from the main area and it was not walkable to get anywhere from the hotel. It was hard to walk places from the hotel because they did not have any sidewalks and it wasn't safe to walk. My overall state was not bad but I would not stay again. One of the great things about the facility was the staff was so nice.

- Ian (8/5): Fabulously jumbled and smiling - Staff was very responsive and pleasant and made us feel very welcome and responded to all our needs. This property is a little bit funky if you're sensitive to design and layout. Definitely not harmonious or feng shui aligned. A couple examples: the pool is right next to the front door and check in. Feels very awkward to be in your suit while bags are being unloaded 3 feet away. The Bathroom on our suite was bigger than the bedroom with lots of extravagant marble, but there were no small hand towels, no towel hangers, and the toilet paper holder was old school industrial and there was a commercial paper towel dispenser by the sinks. There also is no AC and the rooms get stuffy, so you have to be ok with fans. And the food menu is less than basic and definitely not Indian. The restaurant is almost in the downstairs hall and room suite, there are no cushions on the chairs which are very straight and rigid, and you can only get a glass of wine after 5pm when the bartender arrives. I ordered some vino blanco and she had to bring some from outside. BUT, the staff was very responsive, just couldn't accomodate some of the asks. Overall it feels like someone dropped a ton of cash to build something unique, but doesn't understand luxury or service. If you want a comfortable place to relax and feel pampered this isn't it. If you want a unique architectural and cultural experience this might be your spot.
