- NEHOSMARY (8/5): - En general es un hotel lindo pero creo que han descuidado el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, el agua salia de la ducha hacia las camas. La ceramica del baño no estaba bien acabada y filtraba el agua por debajo. El lavamanos tenia moho. La calidad de las toallas parecian lijas. Las areas comunes y piscina lucen hermosas el personal es muy amable y servicial. Por favor tengan dos jarras de cafe cuando se acabe una, colocan la otra asi no dejan el area sin cafe. Lahabitacion donde filtra el agua desde la ducha a la cama es la 401.

- Camilo (10/5): - My stay at the Landmark boutique hotel was a tale of two halves: In the first half, there were a couple issues regarding service and amenities in the room that caused some friction. However, after bringing up concerns with management they were very proactive, took feedback well, and ensure the rest of our stay was pleasant. Outside of this experience, the amenities and hotel are beautiful. It's elegant, chic, and the rooms are the kind of rooms you want to spend time in even if Medellin's beauty beckons. The food choices in the hotel (run by third parties) are ok. We preferred Smash since it had better service and healthier food. However, there are plenty of great food choices in a 5-minute radius. Also, it is fairly central to many of Medellin's sights and the area around it is fairly quiet versus other areas in El Poblado. Highly recommend this for couples or solo travelers looking to stay in a comfortable, stylish place, with a diligent team.

While the closet space is limited the rooms are well equipped, even with a steam iron. Very attentive and helpful staff. The only downside was breakfast at Smash: they charge for syrup with French toast and even ration sugar. They charged me for a tiny portion of syrup- about the size of a spoon!

The hotel is also in a safe area with lots of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

I would have given a five star but decided on a four as room maintenance and cleaning can be further improved. The deluxe room with balcony was quite nice (great view) but a bit too small in my opinion. When I brought up an issue regarding timely room cleaning it was addressed right away and we we were offered free transportation to the airport to compensate for the inconvenience. We appreciate that level of customer service! We would definitely come back here as we like the location and facilities.

- DeWayne (6/5): Please review this hotel before you stay - So I came in trying to figure out what's going on. My brother, who lived down the street, came to visit me and they told me I have to pay. If I have a friend to come, that's not on the list. So I put them on the list, and I came downstairs, and they told him he can't go upstairs. I don't know what's going on with that, but That was one thing. The second thing there are no hat cracks to the hole hotel room . Also, it's very hard to communicate with the staff downstairs. Try to let them know.It was little bugs flying in my room. Pretty crazy day

However, if you’re looking to stay in the most central part of El Poblado or close to the main attractions, this might not be the ideal location. It’s a bit removed from the liveliest areas. Also, there was quite a bit of construction going on nearby during my stay, which could be a bit disruptive at times.
- Honee (8/5): Great hotel just check the pictures - I would have loved to have given this hotel five stars but could not. Upon our check-in, we were given the smallest room I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Smaller than anything I’ve ever seen in Europe or in New York City. We couldn’t even walk at the same time in the room. It was so small. We had booked an upgraded deluxe room and were shocked when we saw how tiny this room was. The next day, the staff did move us to a room that was a bit larger that was the exact same type I had booked originally. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable, and it is in a great location. I would not hesitate to stay there again, however, definitely double check the pictures of the room you booked to the room you get.

The restaurant staff in my opinion needs improvement. Long wait to order and inattentive. If you dont speak Spanish your out of luck. We speak English and French and limited Spanish. The food was very good. It was fresh and tasty.

- Mariam (10/5): Amazing hotel - This place is located in a good part of town, close to bars and restaurants but still quiet enough where you can sleep. It is beautiful inside with a rooftop jacuzzi and pool. Staff is gracious and answers all questions quickly and with a smile. The room has a tropical theme and I loved my stay there. Definitely recommend it and definitely will stay again if I return to Medellin.

We were shown a room that was smaller than the original and had to request a similar size room. The next day we had issues with the shower again and had to have someone come up to resolve the issue. This time the shower water leaked into our room all the way under the bed. We were offered no compensation for our troubles and the hotel was not what I expected it to be.

I got an hour long massage from Doris and it was probably one of the best massages I've ever received. The hotel is a few blocks (walking distance) from some great restaurants. - EDUARDO JAVIER (8/5): Buen hotel, habitaciones ruidosas. - The hotel is nice, as is the room. The location is very good, and the only problem is that the walls let through all the noise from the neighboring rooms, you can hear everything. On top of that, people in the hallways shout all night long, and it is almost a daily issue because of the type of guests who stay there, they go out at night and come back drunk in the early morning, yelling. This happened every single day during my stay. It is more of a guest behavior problem than the hotel’s fault, although they should definitely have better control over the situation, as other guests were even coming out into the hallway yelling at them to be quiet. In short, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place. If you want convenience because of the location, this is a good choice El hotel es bonito al igual que la habitación. La ubicación es muy buena y el único problema es que las paredes dejan pasar todos los sonidos de las habiataciones contiguas. Se escuha TODO. Además, la gente en los pasillos gritan toda la noche y es casi un tema diario por el tipo de personas que van y salen de noche llegando ebrios en la madrugada y gritando. Esto pasó durante todos los días que estuve ahí. Es más un problema de la gente que va, que del hotel mismo, aunque deberían tener mayor control de eso, ya que otros huespedes se asomaban "gritando" para callarlos.... En fin. si buscas paz, este no es el lugar, si buscas conveniencia por ubicación, este es un buen lugar.

- Albert Carl (10/5): - The staff at the hotel were very professional. They cared about the well being of its guests. The tour booking agent Santiago was also very personable and able to help us book fun tours during our stay. I would for sure go back!

- Sisi (10/5): - The hotel was charming and clean. The staff were super nice, and their cafe downstairs had a pretty good breakfast. I stayed in the room that had a loft with 2 beds and bathrooms. The downstairs area was very tight. Especially if you have 2 suitcases that open light a butterfly.
